I interviewed for a 100% remote job which would have gotten me out of working in the office (something I have had trouble going back to doing) and away from my current boss (I have found treating him like a stupid but belligerent customer is the most effective way of dealing with him).
Today I heard back that they would like to hire me, but have had to put a pause to their hiring. They hope to have a job to offer in 2-3 months.

my new notetaking system is too new for anything like this yet, but in my head i live in a future where i have an actual file cabinet i can store old notes in, organized in file folders by topic, and it's a wonder <3
#N posts stuff#because i'm writing on loose leaf papers in a binder instead of bound notebooks it would be easy to remove sections as needed#eg) currently taking notes on Elementary but when i inevitably move my focus to something else#i could remove all Elementary notes from the binder and keep them in a folder for future reference w/o taking up space in th active book#all hypothetical at this point - i don't have enough notes like this yet to need it and i'm also at a stage in my life where i like#lol genuinely can't afford to spend money on the Folders let alone a satisfactory storage container for them but i can dream <3#we have file cabinets at work and opening them is a very satisfying sensory feeling - the pull of the lock mechanism#and the glide of the drawer - the thought of having one for myself all dedicated to things i love is so :'3#binder stuff
