#im over it. im done.#they have been complete shitheads today#and my stupid lead has been on a planning break for the past 2 HOURS AND IS NOW ON HER LUNCH FOR ANOTHER HOUR#so its judt been ME AND A NEW HIRE#and ive been trying so so hard all morning doing my best and doi g a REALLY GOOD GODDAMN JOB#IVE BEEN DOING AMAZING#the new hire is like 'omg ur so smart?' cos i KEEP finding fun and creative solutions to problems#but the kids are jjjjjuuusttt.......#i cant#i cant!#im crying in the bathroom cos i didnt know shed IMMEDIATELY GO ON LUNCH#i thought there was time!!!! for her rto come back and maybe even ask her if i could take the early lunch#cos she was just doing paperwork and diplomatic stuff#ahe wasnt in the trenches#im dying here#and the new hire is dying#anyway my 'quick bathroom break' has kind of turned into 10 mins
