People weren't meant to live for ever. Living life was like going to bed after a long day of hard work. It was inevitable that the longing and desire to close one's eyes would eventually arise. When you got to a certain age, this longing could start to nag at you. It was... It was like it knew. It was like it could feel. It felt how the sun of someone's life had been set. How evening had fallen. It was only unfortunate that the owner of this said life not always had a clue.

Gotta Get Back Up

Hello! I am grateful for this week because a lot of things happened, even though the interesting events started on the latter part.

October 4, 2017, Wednesday read newspaper while having breakfast @ McDonalds This is when I got the chance to read amazing articles. One is about anti-poor mentality and the other one is about being a teacher. Both articles have revved up something in me... 1. I should not judge people based on their looks and learn to treat everyone fairly. 2. I should be able to teach someday, even in a non-conventional way, because I felt frustration while I was reading the article - frustration because of not being able to spread my knowledge to others which has always been my goal in life.

learned how to make a combo box in excel I have been struggling with my Trend Micro quoting tool because I have to give the 1, 2, and 3 years option in every quote that I send. That means I have to copy paste a lot before I can even send a quote. To make things easier, I started with Data Validation. Making data validation tool is okay, but it's not efficient because there is no autocomplete. If you want to pick an option, you have to scroll and click on the correct option. With a Combo Box, you may type just 1 or letters and the whole phrase will automatically show up. YAY! I tried it several times before it worked. So yay for me being patient af!

dissected the inside of a Marlboro LOL Gin and I were running out of things to do. His cigarette pack is always on top of the table so I grabbed it and took one. I insisted that we dissect the stick to see how the popping ball of mint looks like... We weren't disappointed. It looks like a Stay Fresh candy but in color blue. We learned while having fun =))

October 5, 2017, Wednesday 15 minutes late I went out of the house at 6:45am, hoping that I'd be able to buy medicine from Generics. 7AM came and they haven't opened so fukk it I left and headed to work. It was a rainy morning so the commute had been a struggle. I spent 20 mins from Caltex to C5 exit. And then another 20 minutes from C5 exit to McKinley Hill. Damn it.

photo shoot for That's My TL I have been selected to be TLs partner on their competition. It was also my first time to be a part of this kind of photo shoot. It kinda fellt like our looks were OA compared to the others because it looks like they didn't prepare as much as we did, but Ray said it's okay because it's a themed photo shoot so you have to give it your best. Feels damn nice to have a beki teammate to look after you <3

got the quote prices correct for Trend Micro We had an issue before about the prcing because my knowledge is different from what they're doing in Malaysia. Rohini lynced me and requested for me to try one more time before we go live on Monday, and the quotes are now correct. Yay!

ate isaw, bbq, betamax, and tenga at Bayani Rd. The traffic was so bad that night that we had to walk the whole stretch of Bayani Rd for us to get to Housing. Luckily, we found an ihawan along Bayan Rd. It's right beside the 7eleven at AFPOVAI. It's so amazing because they also offer rice and drinks, so you may have a chance to sit and chat with your friends, unlike the regular ihaw ihaw where you have to stand while waiting.

learned that the traffic is because DU30 was at the AFP HQ and got sad because I didn't see him :(

October 6, 2017 first time to eat @ Galo Yes to Spanish chicken. Wait, is it really Spanish style? (too lazy to search) LOL I would rate it 5/5 if the chicken wasn't half cooked. A great meal for only P175!

breakfast w/ Ray & Sherrie It's my first time to have breakfast with them and also my first time to go out after 9am LOL

October 7, 2017 accompanied Tita Mell @ SM for her facial Fck that tricycle driver who didn't drop us off at Bldg. B and also for not even trying to give us a change after giving him an amount higher than the fare. But thank you to this kind SM employee who helped me transport Tita Mell from Bldg. A to Bldg. via wheelchair. I really appreciate the customer service staff for such great service.

bought lots of food We got Combo pizza @ S&R, pizza and macaroni salad @ Greenwich, and shawarma Turks. We decided as early as 6pm that we're not going to eat dinner anymore. That's how full we are with all those food from SM.
