The essence of RyoIsh to me is Ishmael trudging onto the bus, physically and mentally exhausted from a long day at work with all of her shithead coworkers, desperately needing a damn smoke and getting one by wordlessly snatching a cig right out of Ryoshu's mouth. And just as Ryoshu's eyes start glowing and her hands snap to her sword, prepping the OSHARE, every single muscle in Ish's body freezes except her eyes, which roll to the left to give Ryoshu a withering gaze with the tempestuous fury of countless waves crashing against a hapless vessel, compelling Ryoshu to back down with an admiring smirk and remark "F.E. Kinda hot, actually."
