Author’s Note: These are still not all the details I wanted for the wedding but unfortunately life is catching up with me and I go back to work on Tuesday, this means I won’t have much free time to write. Wrote the majority of this today in one sitting, so I’m sorry if it feels rushed (it kinda was lol) I hope you guys enjoy this! This might be my last story for a while, but I promise to try to write some drabbles here and there and help keep this beautiful fandom alive. Thank you guys for the best summer, I had the best time!!
"We looked so happy." He says aloud, fondly looking at their smiling faces shining back at him, the light from his phone glowing in the dark of the room. He'd taken a selfie of Mun-yeong and himself after her first successful swim, it'd taken her five tries but she had succeeded, battled her demons and came out stronger albeit wetter as well. The pride that had colored her face had to be savored and disregarding any watery harm that could become his phone, he'd hastily snapped a candid picture of them. Her soaking wet from her splashes before something slippery had touched her foot and she'd left the water, declaring it had to be a shark. He'd snickered at her, eyes bemusedly glancing around at the still lake water.
In the photo their faces were pressed together, her rosy cheeks mashed against his own. Her eyes had disappeared into half moons beaming with joy, his smile was free and unguarded. He almost didn't recognize himself. Happiness unnatural on his face.
A year ago, driving aimlessly with her had ironically led him to finding himself. It wasn't an epiphany per say, there was no definitive moment that unconcealed his inner being. Rather he'd seen the extent of himself, how happy he could be if he allowed happiness in. If he stopped slamming the door shut every time he felt glee running through his veins. She'd been the first bang at his door and hadn't stopped since they met. The trip was once in a lifetime. He'd fallen for her long ago but seeing her on that trip made him truly understand what love was. What it meant to love her. All-consuming.
They weren't perfect, they still fought. Slamming doors and crashing into the van walls tangled as they ripped their clothes off and fell into angered fits of passion. They worked on apologizing with words too instead of actions, but at times actions spoke louder for both. They also smiled so much so his cheeks ached from it, holding her in his arms felt like a gift. It was the best time of his life, he embraced the good and the bad.
She shuffles in the bed, rolling into him and accidentally knocking the phone from his hands. Simultaneously knocking him back into reality. Even in the depths of slumber demanding his full attention. He can't control the loving way his eyes peruse her face, gorgeous under the soft moonlight trickling in through their sheer curtains.
After the trip the thought of sleeping without seemed unfathomable and surprising him once more Sang-tae had been the one to encourage him to move into her room. "I'm an adult, I can't share a room with my little brother. See if Mun-yeong wants you, I need space. I'm an adult Moon Gang-tae, you can't sleep in my room." His brother uttered those words as he'd pushed him out the door of said room, his meager belongings stuffed haphazardly into a book bag. He feigned indignation before all but skipping to join Mun-yeong in her, no their new room.
Her smile when she came in and saw him putting his clothes away in an empty drawer had been so beautiful, so soft and vulnerable. He didn't fight the urge to collect her into his arms, as they fell into bed. He was right where he was always meant to be.
A year later, he's still here. With his first love, his only love. His heart beat. His bulldozer. His tempest.
"Aishhh... Why are you awake? Do you want to have some fun? Again?" Her sleep raspy voice is filled with mischief and promise as she presses her naked body into his own slipping from slumber into consciousness with seductive ease.
Putting the phone away he turns to her, eyes bright as he leers down at her offering. After a lifetime spent refusing the things he wanted most, he's ready to be indulgent, greedy even. Slowly he crawls over her, warm bodies melting into each other, her legs parting under his weight as he slides into the space given. A soft gasp falls from her swollen lips as he caresses her hip, fingers trailing in exploration.
"I like playing with you." Her eyes crinkle at his words, adorable half moons greeting him. Without hesitation he captures her mouth in a deep languid kiss, tongue parting her flesh and swallowing her subsequent moan. Capitalizing on her distracted state, he drags his hand down to her treasure, sighing as he feels her warm wetness. Arousal washes over him as her moistness coats his fingers as he penetrates with the tips of his fingers. Beneath him she writhes in pleasure, drawing him closer as she grinds on his hand.
Shifting he maneuvers himself, hard erection at her opening, their eyes meet as he breaks their kiss.
"I love you Ko Mun-yeong."
He means it. Loves her with every fiber of his being, and spontaneity spurs him on, driving his words. With a deep thrust he fills her, his name a sermon on her lips as her hands wraps around his neck.
"Marry me?"
Her eyes are clouded with desire, so much so that at first his inquiry only elicits stillness as her brain processes his word. He watches mesmerized as her eyes fill with tears, love leaking down her cheeks. A quiet sob shatters his heart but her answer sews it back together.
"Only you would turn sex into a marriage proposal." Her breathing increases as he draws back longer to plunge deeper into her, eyes ravaging her face. When she discloses no more words, lost in their tangled limbs and the incessant motion of him driving into her, he draws out completely, tip teasing her folds.
He chuckles at her annoyed huff, catching her hands as she tries to drag him back into their dance.
"This is emotional manipulation." She glares at him, enticing breasts jiggling from her long suffering inhale.
He shrugs, "You've done worst. You almost ran me over one time." Cutting off her rebuttal, he presses a single digit to her mouth, grabbing her hand and removing the promise ring he placed one year ago.
She watches with rapt eyes as he meets her gaze once more, "Mun-yeong, will you marry me?"
Emotions swirl in her eyes, underneath the love he sees wonder and...doubt.
"I mean it. I really want to. I want you forever. I'm ready to turn that promise ring into your engagement ring. What do you think about forever?"
Her smile is bright enough to blind him, "Okay. Forever sounds like a good start." With gentle hands he places the ring back, perfectly fitting on the marked skin of her finger. The ring looks more beautiful than it did seconds ago, its purpose renewed.
After a not so gentle nudge, he laughs sliding back into her. They fall into a slow searching rhythm, her legs tightly wrapped around his waist as he thrusts into her.
"If you ever try to leave me I'll break your legs and drag you back." She promises.
He laughs louder, her declaration like a love letter. Their lovemaking somehow sweeter now and they find pleasure and solace in each other's warmth.
You're so warm.

"Hyung, I have to tell you something."
Sang-tae glances at him momentarily, the scratches of his pencil on his notepad loud in the silence of the living room. The verbal confirmation that his brother has heard his words is a slight mmm he receives in response.
Taking a deep assuring breath he says with a nervous grin, "I'm going to marry Mun-yeong." Saying the words aloud forces a awkward laugh to explode from his chest.
He's marrying Mun-yeong.
His brain still struggles to wrap around that staggering reality. The urge to pinch himself to see if he's in a dream rises over him.
The pencil scratches pause and he hears the soft pat of the utensil hitting the pad and in a matter of seconds his brother is a ball of animated excitement.
"Married? My little brother is getting married? I'm so happy! When? I can't believe my little brother is getting married! I always took care of you but now you will be Mun-yeong's problem. Not mine."
He chuckles at his brother's pure reaction, ignoring the smidgen offense he feels at the latter part of his brother's exclamation, he's not a problem. If anything those two will be the death of him.
"We didn't set a date yet. I only proposed last night, I wanted you to be the first person I told."
His heart swells up when his brother jumps out of his seat to pull him into a tight embrace, Sang-tae has come a long way in showing affection. Giving him hugs and back pats on a regular now, he never knew how much he longed for that closeness with his brother until he received it. It makes him speechless every time his brother initiates a hug.
After a few seconds of their warm embrace he feels his brother pulling away, then he says, "I have to go tell Mom. She should be the second one to know, she's going to be so proud. Moon Gang-tae is getting married. You're an adult too."
"Let's all go tell her together."
When he enters the room to ask Mun-yeong to join them in telling their mom, he finds her at her vanity looking effortlessly glamorous in a bold yellow silk dress, although she's in front of the mirror her eyes are locked on her hand, her ring more precisely.
He watches her silently captivated by her and the open awe that is filling her eyes to a brim. She lightly touches the ring with her index finger seemingly lost in the glimmer of the diamond.
"Hi." He breathes out, chest tight with emotion.
Slowly she turns to look at him, those eyes now directed at him and he can feel her love surrounding him like a thick wool blanket.
Holding out a hand he says softly, "We're going to tell my mom about our wedding. Let's go."
Without even a moment of hesitation she takes his hand, smiling tenderly at him. He draws her into his arms, engulfing her in his strong arms. He sniffles as he breaths in the fresh floral scent of her hair, magnolia sweet.
"Are you crying?" She teases, "I never thought I'd marry a crier."
He scoffs denying her accusation, stealthily wiping a lone tear. "I'm not crying."
She looks at him skeptically, before smirking mischievously, "Mmmm you do look so pretty when you cry though.
A vibrant red blush blooms on his cheeks as he coughs at her praise, still not comfortable with direct compliments or comments on his looks.
She gleefully watches him squirm before grabbing his hand, "Lets go pretty boy, we have a wedding to plan."
The drive to the hospital is boisterous as Sang-tae and Mun-yeong cheerfully discuss the wedding, he merely listens and nods along. Content just hearing how excited they are.
When they tell his mother about his upcoming nuptials, the tears flow freely. When Mun-yeong trails off to fix her makeup in the bathroom and Sang-tae wonders off to greet the patients in the hospital he has a private moment with his mother.
"Mom. I wish you were here, I miss you so much. Mom, I'm scared. I know you didn't mean to but I grew up thinking you only had me to take care of hyung. I'm so happy right now it scares me. I don't know if I deserve this. If I deserve her." He falls to his knees, suddenly a stray leaf falls on his shoulder and he looks at his mother in surprise.
Blinking through his tears he hiccups, "Thank you mom. I'm going to be happy. I'm going to live a life you would be proud of." With a final sob he stands, putting his mother's leaf in his pocket.
The drive home is quiet, emotions saturating the air. There is no need for words.
*****************************************************************************************
"It's too...common." Mun-yeong dismisses another elaborate wedding dress as the store clerk runs off to bring her another.
Ju-ri and her mother watch in genuine shock, the dress in question was anything but common with it's pearl detailing and mile long train. They'd both been similarly baffled when the writer pulled up to their house and announced her wedding and demanded that they all go dress shopping.
Ju-ri felt her mom's wary eyes on her face, gauging her reaction. Their was none except happiness, she'd long given up her crush on Gang-tae, Sang-in's persistence wearing down her walls. He wasn't perfect but he made her feel special and Gang-tae had never done that. She'd also come to consider Mun-yeong a friend, finally recognizing that she never hated her, jealousy had been the driving force in their antagonistic relationship.
So she'd been honored when Mun-yeong had invited them to choose her dress, even inviting Seung-jae along, the art director squealing in excitement at the news of nuptials.
To no shock to anyone, Mun-yeong's taste was extravagant and every gown that had been shown to her simply didn't meet her high standard.
She watched with sad eyes as Mun-yeong seemed to gravitate to her mom, wordlessly asking for her opinion with her eyes. They had grown close in the past year, at times she found the two together in the house after work, her mother nagging Mun-yeong about eating as she piled food onto her plate. Mun-yeong would grumble about her persistent nagging but every Thursday like clockwork they would have dinner together.
Mun-yeong walks out in another jaw-dropping gown, off the shoulders with a cinched waist and full dress, resembling a princess from a fairy tale. They all ohh and ahh at her, sans her mom who merely looks inquisitively, eyes locked on Mun-yeong's face.
The store clerk is all praise and compliments, flowery words bursting free like a dam, "You look gorgeous! This is the dress! Your husband will be blown away!"
Mun-yeong looks over her shoulder, face impassive as she peers at her vision. Unimpressed she responds, "My husband will be blown away by my face alone."
Ju-ri chuckles under her breath at the clerk's barely concealed annoyance.
Her mother speaks up, "Try the next dress I picked it out. I think it's quite lovely." Mun-yeong's eyes are shining as she goes to the dressing room, Ju-ri is certain that dress will be the one.
The dress is exquisite, the bodice immaculately detailed with embroidered floral swirls that bleed into the body of the dress, which is equally gorgeous with effervescent sheer material that falls in powdery waves, bellowing up when she twirls around with a radiant smile on her face.
"Wow." They all gasp at her, knowing that this will be her dress. This dress was meant for her, they're all in agreement.
No one mentions how that dress was taken from the hands of another hopeful bride, how Ju-ri had distracted the woman as her mother sneakily took the dress and snuck in his Mun-yeong's dressing room. Then Seung-jae had innocently stared at the woman convincing her that no such dress had been there, as they all giggled and left her to her confusion.
Ju-ri begins to pack up ready to leave the store before Mun-yeong speaks, "We're not done yet." She suppresses a sigh they'd been at the store for hours now, Mun-yeong scaring off the first two clerks who had attempted to help her. The first bringing a dress so plain and unappealing that Mun-yeong had declared she was trying to sabotage her wedding before threatening to twist her neck. It was a wonder they were not instantly removed.
"You all need to get dresses too especially you Ju-ri, I can't trust you to not show up to my wedding looking like a country bumpkin." They glare at each other as Mun-yeong's eyes run up and down her outfit-a frumpy but comfortable t-shirt and loose jeans- in disdain.
"Yah! Don't insult my sweet daughter!" Her mother rushes to her defense yanking Mun-yeong's ear harshly.
"I'm not insulting her! It's the truth she dresses like a little boy!"
Ju-ri laughs loudly as her mother's grip tightens as she punishes Mun-yeong. Basking in the chaos around her.
Hours are spent until they all have dresses for the wedding, Mun-yeong slamming her card down ignoring her mother's protest as she pays for everything.
The small smile on her face reveals how important this trip was to her, how significant they’d all come to be in each other’s life.
*****************************************************************************************
She gets a call from one of Gang-tae's university friends imploring that she come and collect her wasted fiancee. She rushes to the car, knowing that the ants will be even more insistent in his drunken state, driving at a breakneck speed she arrives in no time.
All eyes dart to her as she enters, casually dressed in a denim mini dress and knee high brown boots, ridiculously tiny Louis Vuitton handbag dangling from her wrist.
"Mun-yeong! Hey! That's my fiancee! She's so beautiful..." Gang-tae's slurred voice grabs her attention, easily identifying him in a corner of the dingy bar. She makes sure not to touch anything as she approaches their table.
Gang-tae's friend wave sheepishly at her as she eyes the exorbitant amount of empty beer and soju bottles on the table. He'd promised to stay within his limit which they'd found was embarrassingly low, from his vivid scarlet cheeks it was evident that he did not keep his word.
"Are you trying to kill him before we get married?" They all flinch jumping at the low cold register of her voice, frozen under her glare.
"Yah! Don't glare at my friends, they're scared of you already." Gang-tae chastises her, pulling her into his lap, pressing a wet peck on her cheek. She smacks his shoulder complaining about the heavy stench of alcohol on his breath.
"You said you were only going to have two beers. Why are you so drunk? You're so annoying."
"They kept buying me more, it's not my fault." He whines, head falling on her shoulder, warm breath tickling her neck.
One of Gang-tae's friends finally speaks up, the only one brave enough to do so, "That's not technically true. We bought you two beers and tried to cut you off you demanded more."
His bravery seems to embolden the rest who all nod and hum in agreement, another speaking up, "And you started drinking our beers."
"Then you started singing about your pretty fiancee and how much you loved her and wanted to kiss--"
Gang-tae slams a hand on the table, flushed face hiding his blush but his red ears reveal the truth, "I wasn't screaming.... It's this room. Everything echoes, I sound louder here."
She looks at him in disbelief, containing the smile that's itching to come out. He's so cheesy. Maintaining her icy facade she pretends to be bothered by his actions.
Before she can pin them under another icy glare, the waitress appears next to them, "Just checking on you all, do you need anything else?" She asks, eyes slightly widening when she sees Mun-yeong perched on Gang-tae's lap. Signs of a hungry disillusioned ant.
"Gang-tae?.." immediately Mun-yeong's eyes narrow at the waitress lack of honorifics, far too familiar addressing her fiancee.
"Do you know my fiancee that well? You're speaking to him very casually."
"You're fiancee...I didn't know.." She trails off blushing as she glances at the ground.
The waitress flounders under her hard stare as she grabs the lone knife on the table, using it to punctuate her next words, "Consider this your first and only warning then, don't salivate over my fiancee. Or I'll cut out your tongue." She stabs the knife into the table, smiling serenely as everyone looks at her in horror.
Grabbing her mouth the girl rushes away before inquiring if anyone else needs anything.
"Mun-yeong ah I told you to stop threatening people. She's nice she always gives me free drinks."
She jolts at the revelation, hopping out of his lap and grabbing his arm, "We're leaving right now. You are not allowed to come back here ever again."
Without a word to his friends at the table who are watching with gaped mouths, she drags him from the bar shoving him into the driver's seat, angrily buckling him in.
After a few minutes driving he breaks the silence.
"Are you jealous?" He smirks at her.
"Shut up." She retorts, making sure to accelerate over speed bumps.
Then somewhere along the drive she starts to feel his hands caressing the naked skin of her thigh. When she gazes over she meets his glossy unfocused eyes, she looks down at the wondering hand with a raised eyebrow.
"What are you doing?"
Running his hands even higher, he looks at her with innocent eyes, "Nothing."
Rolling her eyes she looks back at the road, trying her best to ignore his provocations.
Her breath hitches as his fingers reach the edge of her panties. She wiggles in her chair in complete shock at his bold move.
"You're really drunk aren't you?"
He hums in response, fingering at her panties, poking under to meet naked skin.
"I wanted to do this as soon as I saw you come in. You've been wearing shorter dresses lately. It's driving me crazy."
She's flabbergasted at his confession, completely unaware that he paid attention to what she wore.
"Are you doing this on purpose? Are you trying to tease me?" He sticks his hand inside the thin lace of her underwear, nudging at her warmth, her eyes roll in the back of her head.
She's unprepared for his finger to suddenly sink into her, as he leans dangerously over the console to torture her.
"What are you doing?" She hisses trying with all her might to stay in her lane, swerving before righting the car with a firm pull of the steering wheel.
She moans as he sinks in deeper, knuckles deep in her wet center, his eyes enraptured in his own movement under her dress.
"Pull over." He commands leaving no space for a refusal.
She obeys immediately, body vibrating from pleasure.
He unbuckles them both before tugging her dress further up her torso, then tugging her panties down her hips, leaving her bare for his viewing.
"Put your hands on the steering wheel, don't move them."
Her breath stutters at his dark seductive tone, before placing her hands around the steering wheel.
"Good girl." He praises her, rewarding her with two fingers plunging into her empty hole, she groans at the sensation, widening her legs tempting him to take more. He raises to the challenge, thrusting into her harder, curling his fingers to scrape at her walls.
"Please, please." She begs, thrashing in her seat as pleasure coils in the pits of her belly.
"Touch yourself."
Lightning fast, she releases the steering wheel and presses an urgent finger against her swollen nub, rubbing at it roughly, teetering on the edge, his voices shove her over, "Come, my beautiful fiancee come for me."
Her walls clamp down on his fingers, squeezing tight as he continues to thrust into her, eyes locked on her face openly watching her fall apart on his fingers.
She sighs, pressing her head into chair and closing her eyes to savor the euphoric thrill that shoots through her bloodstream.
Her eyes snap open at the soft familiar sound that comes from his direction.
He's snoring, head lolling awkwardly between them fingers still deep inside of her. She can't help the shocked laughter that bursts from her chest.
"I'm marrying a psycho." She chuckles to herself, pushing his hand away and driving back onto the road.
*****************************************************************************************
Planning for the wedding goes off without a hitch, she reluctantly asks Sang-in to be their announcer at the wedding, pushing him away when he begins to obnoxiously cry on her shoulder.
The idiot does find them a beautiful venue, a grand hall overlooking the ocean with outdoor seating and a surplus of cherry blossoms. She complains about the nuisance petals but the way Gang-tae's eyes sparkle when he sees the location makes her decision an easy one.
Every minute detail is organized, all t's are crossed and i's dotted and suddenly it is the day before the wedding.
Her nerves are rampant, conjuring every issue that could plague the long waited day. Gang-tae's exuberance keeps her buoyed through her pessimism, his unwavering love pulling her from darkness and uncertainty.
She's sitting silently on the couch when she hears the front door open, taking a deep breath she calls out, "Gang-tae? Is that you?"
There's no answer and that piques her interest, pushing off the couch she walks to the entrance, calling out again, "Gang ta--"
Her voice tampers off as she sees who's at the door. Forced to look down to meet the huge eyes that are staring up at her, tears pooling before they spill over.
"Miss Witch?" Min-jo's small voice rattles her heart as she stands frozen.
She glanced at Gang-tae in question, they hadn't discussed this at all.
He shrugs with a huge grin on his handsome face, "I know you wrote her letters. I thought you would want her there."
"Can I hug you Miss Witch?" Min-jo pleads hopefully, already stepping into her space.
".....No. Don't touch me."
The brat ignores her, wrapping her thin arms around her knees in a tight embrace.
She doesn't push her away.
Immediately.
Sang-tae is unaffected by the sudden appearance of a small child in the house and happily greets her before dragging her to look at his newest fairy tale book, "Mother Tree".
The castle is bustling with life, joy and laughter, nothing like the home she grew up in.
*****************************************************************************************
The wedding day arrives on a sunny summer day, the sun setting the world ablaze. She forces Gang-tae to get ready in a separate room, recalling an American movie she watched as a young girl. It was bad luck for the bride and groom to see each other before the wedding, they needed all the luck they could get.
Soon-duk pins her hair up, securing the braids she'd carefully twisted into a stylishly messy bun on the top of her head. Tendrils frame her face beautifully as she stares at herself in the mirror.
"Final touch." Ju-ri states pushing the tiara into her hair and lowering the veil to cover her face.
"You look beautiful!" Sang-in claps his hands in excitement, rushing over to peer closer at her. She simply nods in agreement, she does look beautiful no need to state facts.
"How about me? How do I look?" Min-jo curtsies in her hanbok, it had cost a small fortune to have it delivered in just a day but she had no regrets. The girl has squealed in amazement when she showed her the attire.
"You look enchanting, definitely the prettiest girl in the room." Sang-in coos at the child, getting goosebumps from the sudden temperature drop in the room.
"What did you just say? Do you have a death wish?!"
The idiot manager is saved by Jae-su peeking his head in to announce that the wedding is about to begin.
As he locks eyes with her he smiles, "You look...nice. Gang-tae is going to be blown away." She sniffs at his compliment, nodding her thank you.
They all leave the room quietly, patting her on the shoulder as if she's going off to war.
With a final glance in the mirror, she stands up and approaches the door. Ready to begin the next chapter of her life, their life.
*****************************************************************************************
First, Min-jo comes out with a little basket in her arms looking adorable in her hanbok as she throws magnolias petals on the floor.
She grins at him before whispering, "You look like a real prince." He winks at her as she takes her seat in the front aisle.
Don't cry. Don't cry. Don't cry.
Gang-tae chants to himself, shuffling in his suit, loosening his tie as he waits at the end of the altar. Jae-su announces his bride and his reaction is instant, at the first sight of her moisture runs down his face.
When he sees her finally, time slips away. Time stands still.
She's dazzling in a bellowing white dress that flows with every step she makes, her diamond studded tiara glimmering in the plentiful braids adorning her head. He doesn't breathe the entire time she walks down the aisle, breath stolen by the goddess before him.
He inhales when she stops before him, softly scoffing at him as she holds his hand, "You're already crying." Despite her callous tone she wipes the tears from his cheeks and squeezes his hands in comfort.
"The bride and groom will say their vows." Sang-in announces over the microphone, surreptitiously wiping at his own wet face. There isn't a dry eye in the room. He's in good company.
Taking a settling breath he starts first as they had discussed, "Mun-yeong, being with you has made me the happiest I've ever been. Before you I wasn't living, merely existing. You saw through my lies and saw my deepest desires, you never gave up on me every though I was stubborn. You're the only woman who's ever had my heart. You're my first love and...I want you to be my last."
He watches her lips quiver at his declaration of love, before a single delicate teardrop escapes. He brushes it away, drawing her into a warm embrace letting her find comfort in his arms, "I love you. I love you so much." He whispers into her skin, holding her together as she breaks apart.
With a shuddering breath she draws back, fortifying herself before reciting her vows, "Moon Gang-tae, I grew up never knowing what love was, thinking it was something only others would experience. You are the first person to ever come to my rescue, to treat me like I'm something precious and worth protecting. You gave me a family, for that I'll forever be grateful. I don't know what I did to deserve you but I'll fight for you everyday. I love you."
They gaze into each other's eyes, their relationship flashing before their eyes. Everything they've overcome, all the tears and heartbreak has led them to this moment. Destiny.
"Kiss her." Sang-tae nudges him impatiently.
He smiles listening to his brother, leaning over to lift her veil, revealing her gorgeous face before kissing his wife. Their first kiss as a married couple. He tries to keep it chaste but she's having none of that as she slips her tongue into his mouth.
The sounds of cheers fill his ears as he's kissed passionately.
"The bride and groom will have their first dance." Sang-in announces as the first note of Sam Kim's "Breath" fills the air.
I’ll remember the moment I laughed with you. I’ll remember the time I was holding you.
Her body is smooth temptation against his own, she'd slithered away after the ceremony only to return in a silky white dress that hugged every curve of her body. It would take every bit of control to stop himself from dragging her to the bathroom and ravishing her, the coy smile she flashes at him lets him know she is well aware of her effect.
Wrapping her in his arms, they sway to the haunting romantic lyrics of the song, bodies firmly pressed together.
"You know what this dress is doing to me." He whispers, grabbing at her slightly to release some of the pressure in his pants.
Laying her head against the wide berth of his chest she hums, "I do. I plan on doing this to you for the rest of your life."
He groans at the threat wrapped in a promise.
He's looking forward to it.
Clink. Clink.
Jae-su garners everyone's attention with a sharp tsp of his fork against his champagne glasses. Gang-tae turns away from his wife, they'd been locked in another eye embrace, lost in their own world as they fed each other.
"I'd like everyone's attention please."
Everyone stops and turns their full focus on Jae-su, Sang-tae hovering on his side, wriggling from his glee.
"Sang-tae and I have a few words to say to our little brother."
"He's not your little brother, he's mine. You're just his friend."
Jae-su sputters, glaring at Sang-tae. "He told me I'm his brother! Let me be apart of your family, stop rejecting me!"
Sang-in clears his throat in the microphone, loudly, eyes locked in Mun-yeong's glowering form, saving them both from her wrath.
Jae-su flinches when he sees the dark glare the bride is sending his way, swallowing nervously he presses on, "I've known Gang-tae for many years, we've been through everything together. When he first met Mun-yeong I wasn't sure what it would lead it. I thought she was a lun--an interesting woman!" He recovers quickly, ""But now I know I've never truly seen Gang-tae smile before, a true smile not his joker smile. Since he's met Mun-yeong his smile is real now. My little brother is truly happy for the first time in his life."
Sang-tae hastily steals the microphone, "You're not our brother." He adds first, making Jae-su sputter defensively before he continues speaking eyes locked on the couple.
"My little brother is a coward, he's never been brave or strong. I protect him all the time because I'm his big brother and it's just job. But Mun-yeong is strong too, she's one hell of a fighter and I know she'll always protect my little brother. We are a family, all of us." He pulls their mother's leaf from his pocket, adamant that their mother should witness the wedding and bringing the leaf with him.
"Mom and I are so proud of you little brother, you have a wife now. You need to be brave and strong too, always protect her."
Gang-tae sniffles loudly as he listens to his brothers speeches, turning to Mun-yeong with a liquid smile. She only shakes her head before using a handkerchief to wipe his tears, the cloth was for her but he clearly was more in need of it. Spontaneously crying at any given moment. It was sickeningly endearing.
Everyone claps at the speeches, swallowing expensive bubbly champagne as the wedding swings into motion.
The music is loud as they all twirl on the dance floor, Jae-su and Seung-jae screeching into the microphone as they sing over the music blasting from the speakers. Mun-yeong considers cutting their microphone before Ju-ri pulls her away, spinning her around.
Min-jo captures her hand as well, joining them, happily jumping up and down completely out of sync with the music. It takes her a moment of dancing and being forced into picture after picture before she realizes that her husband is missing.
"Where's Gang-tae?" She asks Sang-tae who is drunk after one sip of champagne, he sways lazily to the music, fists pumping in the air.
He stumbles a little before answering her, "He went to the bathroom."
Pushing Min-jo into Ju-ri, she walks away without an explanation, the heat causing her dress to stick to her moist skin. She fans herself as she wonders out to find her wayward husband.
She walks down a dimly lit hallway, wobbly on her heels using the walls to support her as she searches for Gang-tae. She turns into an enclave, turning in a circle before retreating too intoxicated to walk any further.
Then she feels a hand clamp down on her wrist and drag her into a room.
It's the room she used to get ready today, the scent of her own perfume wafts around her making her dizzy.
"Are you looking for me my wife?" She sighs falling into his arms, delighted at the sound of her new title on his lips.
"Yes, where did you go?"
"I couldn't take my eyes off you in this dress....I needed a minute."
She perks up at his words, walking him backwards until he's pressed against the wall. His hands latch onto the satiny smoothness of her hip.
He groans at the invitation in her eyes, "They'll notice we're gone."
She shrugs nonchalant as she tugs at his bow tie, "You'd better be quick then."
He stares blankly before spinning them around and slamming her into the wall, immediately devouring her champagne flavored lips. Tongue swiping and plunging into her slack mouth, groaning at her firm grind into his erection.
Her fingers trail down his chest, stroking his abs before reaching his fly and tugging his zipper down the metallic sound sinfully loud.
He loses his mind when he slips his hand under her dress and meets bare hot skin. She'd been dancing all night with no panties.
"Mun-yeong, what are you doing to me?" He whimpers, fingering her and grunting when she readily accepts his invasion, spreading her legs wide and riding his finger.
"I told you we have to hurry. I've been ready since I saw you in this suit." She tugs him against her, pulling up her own dress to rock into his cock, before spinning around to present herself to his ravenous eyes.
"Come on, husband. Fuck me."
Viciously pulling his length from its cloth prison he takes the rigid flesh in his hands, positioning it at her entrance before sinking into her, his arms planted on the wall beside her head.
The rhythm is immediately brutal, she surges back onto him and he thrusts forward, on edge from watching her all night, envisioning this very moment on loop. Drawing back only to plunge back in, over and over, hands sliding over her mouth smothering her harsh moans.
He twists her head forcing her into a dirty kiss that's all tongue, sucking her moans from her throat before they can escape.
Suddenly they hear voices in the hallway.
"Where did those two go? It's their wedding they can't just disappear." Jae-su complains loudly, whine in his voice.
"They're probably together doing something naughty." Seung-jae replies giggling as astute as usual, much smarter than people give her credit for.
"What? No way! Gang-tae would never do that!" He exclaims dismissing her claim as their voices fade down the hallway.
Gang-tae blushes embarrassment stilling his movement until Mun-yeong sinks back onto him, eyes narrowed as she glares at him.
"If you stop I'll kill you."
As if he could even if he wanted to, it feels too amazing.
The slap of skin against skin is hypnotic as two becomes one.
His balls tighten as he nears the end, he reaches down desperately finding her clit in one motion and rubbing against her until those smooth walls clamp around him, a little slice of paradise.
Pistoning into her wet depths, he falls over the edge groaning at she shakes in his arms, silently tumbling with him, milking him dry. Watching as she drags her nails down the wall, wishing that was his back, craving her marks and the pain.
Next time.
When they stumble back into the reception, he can feel the director's knowing eyes on him. Almost choking on his champagne when he's cornered and interrogated by the shameless ex-director.
“Why are you smiling like that? Did you get some action?”
The man slaps him hardily on the back, guffawing at his blush and telling him the wonders of young love and short refraction periods. He contemplates drowning himself in the water outside, but he dismisses the idea knowing his wife would follow him into the afterlife and drag him back only to follow through on her threat to break his legs.
They dance all night, the stars twinkling above them. Neither seeing the shooting star flying across the sky, neither needing its elusive wish.
Somehow, they make it home safely, both disgustingly drunk as they fall into their bed. They kisses sloppily until they pass out, clothes thrown on the floor as they pass out in tangled limbs on the plush mattress.
She refuses to tell him where they are going for their honeymoon. Avoiding his question as she hands over their boarding passes and they get their passports stamped. She covers his eyes to prevent him from seeing where they are ended.
When they are finally seated in their first class seats, he hears the pilot welcome them aboard and promise a safe trip to Africa.
Where do you want to go?
Serengeti.
All his dreams are coming through because of her.

Return
TITLE: Return CHAPTER NO./ONE SHOT: Chapter Two AUTHOR: theterrifyingtermite ORIGINAL IMAGINE: Imagine that, at the end of Endgame, Loki comes back. Only one problem: this isn’t your Loki… RATING: T NOTES/WARNINGS: Trigger warning: Loki is not very nice in this part. Leading lady is dragged about a bit and treated pretty harshly on a mental standpoint - and caused physical pain through that avenue. The fact that this is not okay is addressed later on in the fic.
(and yes - I know the majority of this is totally based on a Star Wars force ability but my creativity only goes so far, so forgive me lol)
Chapter Two:
“Loki?” came her repeated whisper, bridging the length of the room.
Still he stared at her, jaw working; teeth clenched.
It was then that her gaze began to travel down his body; her eyes automatically drinking in the sight of him. He had overturned a lamp, and his boots had shuffled around the rug until it lay rumpled.
But it was him.
And yet, it wasn’t the man she remembered.
His hair was shorter and curling up at the ends. His hands, unusually bare for his state of formal attire, were raw and red. His robes were scorched, torn; dirtied. His face had a sharp edge to it, and his eyes…
…they looked like the memories he had shown her.
Another heartbeat, and her eyes widened. “You’re younger-” she breathed, shifting back a step.
A mistake. The air took on a near electric rumble.
She should have stopped then.
Her mouth kept moving.
“-you look like you did right after New York.”
Another mistake. His eyes narrowed, and he was across the room in a flash, fully the hunter chasing down skittish prey, even as she tried to dart away. He grabbed her by the arms and shook her.
“Who are you?”
Danger emanated from his being; she found herself wilting under the pressure of it.
“I- I was; I mean, we were – “
“How do you know me?” His voice had raised to a shout, fingers digging bruises into her; his words going deeper.
She choked down a sob, forcing herself to meet his eyes. “We were friends. You loved me; you proposed-.”
“Liar,” he spat at her, interrupting her, teeth bared in an expression akin to a snarling wolf.
Her heart shattered; she wondered if he could see it in her eyes.
“I’m telling you the truth. I found you after an accident. You never told me what happened,” a laugh flung itself from her, before her eyes welled anew. “You came back to visit me time and time again, and then, well…”
He scoffed at that and released her arms, one hand coming up to grasp her throat, pulling her up on her toes. “Give me one good reason not to be rid of you now.”
“Look for yourself. Memory walk. I know you can,” she gasped out as his fingers tightened.
His gaze sharpened to a deadly point. She was barely able to keep her eyes on his, yet she knew she must.
The man before her was not the man she had known. She knew that now. But he was still Loki. He was – even if he was younger, harder, and more hurt than she had ever known him to be.
And that allowed a bolt of fear to suddenly race through her.
“Please don’t hurt me,” she whispered, her heart pounding.
“As if it matters,” was what he snapped at her, a dangerous glint in his eye. Then the grip at her neck shifted to the back of her head to hold her in place as the gates of her mind flew open.
She closed her eyes.
___
There was their first meeting. Of a broken man on a sidewalk; of begrudging assistance and hysterics. Of fairs and boots and saving her; loving her; choosing to come back time and time again; holding her–
Of regular days. Living, walking; just being together. Teaching him how to cook. Teaching him how to bake. Laughing and groaning and frustration and joy. Peace. Simple happiness.
Nutella and fishes.
So ridiculous; so simple. They had been so happy.
In another world, this easy delight was unable to be recognized.
Promises; protection – and then peace at heart. Something so dear growing to something so precious.
___
It was nothing like before. He had done this with her many times before, to share his own life when words failed him; to know what she meant on an internal level. This thought was crowding the images through which Loki was blazing a tunnel. And yet, there was nothing she could do. He ignored her. She felt as if she were floating away from her body.
Pieces of their life; of herself were being pulled, torn, and shoved away heedlessly.
Nothing was overlooked.
Was this what it felt like to die?
___
I haven’t been honest with you, he had whispered to her one day.
They had been curled up on her sofa, some mindlessly silly film playing quietly.
It had been a year ago. There was snow and cold, and safety being so near to him.
She had hitched a shoulder up in a shrug, tilting her head back to look up at him. He had kept his eyes forward, refusing to meet her gaze. Reaching up and brushing a hand against his face hadn’t helped.
That touch; that familiar feeling of him coursed through her until it was roughly passed over.
There was a quiet fear in his eyes. A bracing for rejection.
He told her that he was King of Asgard; that he had been King of Asgard for some time, and that’s why he had not been able to see her as frequently.
It meant something. It suggested something deeper; something darker than she had wanted to believe him capable of.
And yet.
Would he tell her the story one day? With a smile, and a gentle poke to his nose, the question was asked.
In another world, there had only ever been one person to care for him as he was.
He had blinked, bemused, before slowly agreeing. The hesitance slipped away when she had curled up closer; had laced her fingers through his own.
After pulling her close and burying his face in her shoulder, he had sighed, and a film of contentment colored over the details of the rest of the evening that had faded away.
___
Her hands were grasping at something familiar.
His body, that she knew at once through her touch.
And then, the blur was eased, and she found herself pulled into that perfect day.
Not this one, she begged internally, feeling the words towards the invading presence of his mind. Not now.
He didn’t listen.
___
It had been some time since she had seen him. Past his due time. Yet, as promised, he had come. He had come, swung her around the kitchen and laughed with her. Then he had pulled out a blindfold and rumbled in her ear about a surprise.
She had nodded.
He had covered her eyes, wrapped her up again into his arms, and whirled them away to some distant place.
When she was allowed to see again, all that was before her was verdant. The brightest green grass and trees ever known. There was an estate in the distance, past a field of wheat and tall grass, but he pulled her in the opposite direction.
Where are we? She had laughed, stumbling after him and his long legs, barely able to speak for joy.
Over the ocean, he had grinned over his shoulder, pulling her down a path and along a stream.
Eventually they had come around a corner, and he had briefly squeezed her hand before slowing to a walk. She was still giggling; he was still smiling brightly. Come this way, he had murmured, leading her down a little side way she hadn’t noticed before they darted up it.
They reached an arbor: a perfectly sculpted globe of tightly woven vines. Loki tugged her inside it, spinning her around again by her hands; dizzying them both.
When she was breathless once more, he pulled her against him, lowering his mouth to hers for one agonizingly blissful moment. How she had loved him. Oh, she loved him so dearly still.
In another world that thought; that feeling was met by a flinch before being rushed over.
Then he was gazing at her, eyes suddenly cautious, and his voice shaking. Things were changing on Asgard. She had been so patient; so willing to understand. Only a little more time, and then…
And then…
She could stay with him. In all decorum, naturally. Did she know what that meant?
A smile. A gentle prodding.
A faltering. A question.
An easy answer.
A ring.
And then she saw very little of the rest of the memory, but the feeling of his jacket under her shoulders; of his body burning hot against her own; of knowing she was so very safe and cherished in his arms.
___
This world he had pulled her into had different rules.
Somewhere; somehow, she could hear their child screaming.
___
And then there was the rest of the night; of waking up at first light to find him still there. Of the whispers of his speedy return.
Two weeks. Maybe three. Then never again.
A lingering kiss.
A smiled goodbye.
Crossed-out days on a calendar.
An apology to her boss; a vague redirection.
A bag organized.
Waiting.
Waiting…
In another world, no one had ever waited for him before.
…waiting…
___
And then a flare of light; of power – and Loki was flung from her mind and from her body.
She was barely conscious of sliding to the carpet and collapsing in a heap.
All she knew was her child had calmed; satisfaction from within overwhelmed her before she fainted. ___
When she was able to open her eyes, it was with a greater effort than the last time she had been in this position.
She groaned, head swimming; memories jumbled together. So many sights and feelings had flown through her at once. It was as if the last few years of her life had been lived at once. Every joy and every pain – they had all been torn through; devoured.
The baby was moving harder and faster than ever before this moment. It felt as if raw energy was exuding from her womb; withdrawing bit by bit with every passing breath. Loki was crouched on the other side of the room, staring at her, his own chest heaving.
“What was that?” came as a hiss through her daze.
Squinting, she dragged herself up to a sitting position, one arm cradling his – their – her child, and tried to glare back.
It was useless through the blur of tears and pain bludgeoning the inside of her head.
“That was all of us,” she gasped out finally, reaching the other hand up to rub at her eyes.
He had started to deny it and mention something else when his voice broke, and she dropped her eyes as well.
His gaze was focused in on the ring still on her hand, and he stood up instinctively, darting over to where she sat. Even as his hands grasped at hers; even as several denials were cried, she was helpless as Loki pulled her fingers out of a fist and wrenched the ring off her finger.
He moved away from her immediately, tucking the hand clutching the ring against himself, as she reached out after him, tears welling up faster and harder.
“That’s all I have left,” she cried out, watching in desperation as he snatched up the Tesseract once more, no doubt willing it to pull him away.
A sneer she had seen so many times, but never directed towards herself curled up his lip, and his eyes sharpened as he glared at her and then pointedly looked down.
“You have more than enough already,” was the tight response.
And then, in a swirl of light, he was gone.

Shall We Date? Love Tangle Part 1 - Miguel Hernandez and Nolan "Arvin" Zarek Jr. Routes
Tumblr media
Dangg what is this elite dorm, everyone’s like super famous and qualified in their own respect, even the heroine for once hahaha. Protection of endangered animals or something? She sounds pretty. It’s literally a love tangle where you pick between two guys aye. I guess I’ll just go with Miguel and get my dose of an Olympic swimmer😂 he seems really nice though, he helped her out cleaning her room by carrying the heavy boxes out, I guess it does help with his physical training in a sense hahaha.
I’m surprised that Miguel is so good at card games and Nolan is the sore loser hahaha, so funny how angry Nolan gets😂 Such healthy people to wake up early and go for a jog haha. I wonder if he’ll really retire from swimming as it is though. I agree with the heroine, when it comes to your dream and passion, it’s hard to not get heated up about it when it’s so important to you and the frustration of being inadequate naturally will bother you. Their goals and dreams may be different but they both put in a lot of hard work for their careers.
Despite what Nolan says and how he acts, he seems to really treasure Miguel considering the way they met. It really is hard to find someone as kind and forefront as Miguel after all, even I admire him. Can’t deny how hot Nolan is though lolol, can’t wait to do his route after hahaha. Dangg, gotta admit that Miguel teaching her how to swim and her being all nervous and stuff made me feel nervous too lmao, it is true that teaching someone to swim does warrant close contact and everything… Whoaa when he helped her fasten her swimsuit since it was loose though, like omggg, this is why I’ll never get a swimsuit like that hahahaha. I’d be way too embarrassed for a guy to help me even though it is a desperate situation!
Having a little picnic at the beach together with her handmade wraps that she made in consideration of his strict athletic diet is such a great first date hahaha. I feel like Miguel’s lost his reasons for wanting to swim competitively, especially when he was talking about how he used to love swimming so freely in the past. A slump huh? It would be pretty hard to get out of that… But the power of love will prevail!!! Probably. Oh man, he does look pretty good in a suit but I’m biased since I love guys in suits lolol, guess you can call that a fetish I’m fond of hahahaha. When he kissed the back of her hand though, the fanciness of his actions and this party! But man, he’s so direct about praising how beautiful she looks in her dress that it makes me feel embarrassed lmao.
Guess Joy can console him before the heroine kicks in and “cures” him!😂 Sometimes the heroine’s cluelessness angers me, like when she was more concerned about Miguel and Joy’s relationship more than Miguel’s current state of mind after not being able to swim and how she misunderstood Nolan for being a jerk. You’d think that after she spent some time with Nolan she’d realise that Nolan would only taunt him so Miguel can stop fake smiling when he doesn’t need to around them, but oh well. Good luck Miguel. Mental battles are difficult to overcome. But he’s got her support and he’s a strong guy so it’ll be all good.
Kinda sad to see even the little kid get angry at Miguel.. but great that Nolan understood him well enough to support him alongside the heroine to make him realise how important swimming is to him and how much the people around him care for him. As cliche as it is, diving into the pool and being able to swim again because he wanted to save someone important to him is probably the most likely way for him to swim again. Happy ending for all with Miguel winning races and them celebrating together in happiness with the heroine as his lady luck that helped him get back into swimming 😊 it’s a satisfying ending I guess but these Love Tangle stories seem to be rather short.
Tumblr media
Heroine is so great with Nolan in the swimming pool omg. It was kinda cute when he teased her for not being able to swim in the deeper waters and then she surprised him by wrapping her arms around his neck and sensually asking him to take her to safety😂 so cute. It’s nice to know that despite his cold exterior, he tried to go to a place the heroine would like and since he only knows that she likes animals, he took her horse riding haha. But as expected, Nolan became a lawyer so he could overtake his father especially since he’s been overshadowed his whole life and has never truly been in his father’s line of sight as a child or an adult so I’m sure he wants to show him a piece of his mind. Still not the most fond of Nolan since he can be quite harsh with his words but actions speak louder than words and you can see how considerate he actually is with the way he does things for her whether it be the date or blocking wind for her and showing her the beautiful night scenery.
It’ll be tough to be a lawyer emotionally. Sometimes I wonder if I’ll be able to handle it in the future. But dangg if I was the heroine, I’d be pretty mad and disgusted at Nolan for asking those questions about the animal shelter to help his case rather than because he was genuinely interested. Sure she should have kept it to herself but she trusted him as a friend even if they don’t know each other that well. Nolan needs to get his act together and express himself better, he’s so confusing and condescending! Hmmm… If a guy really wants to know you, he’ll share his past and dreams with you? I don’t even know if I feel that way lol. But anyway, I know that he’s bad at expressing himself but he’s still so pushy and inconsiderate for important things that it just irks me! I really can’t like Nolan because he’s so high maintenance lol. It’s like I acknowledge the problems he has but the way he treats the heroine is just so… It makes me uncomfortable? He’s just very overpowering and domineering at times.
But yeah it’s really difficult when the person you admire the most in the world for so many years disappoints you, especially when that person is your father.. I guess Nolan solved everything in his own way~ and got the girl in the end! Lolol, it was a nice touch that he ended up going to work at the unemployment centre but I think it was used as more of a trope rather than really putting any effort into understanding the circumstances of the employed but then again, it’s an otome lol.
Overall, I’d say Miguel is the better guy in terms of his consideration of kindness, he’s also much more sociable and caring. He’s a good guy, I like him haha. Nolan is okay but no thanks.

Week 4: Knowing God’s character and nature
Aloha!
Last week was such an emotional and spiritual rollercoaster as we learned how to hear God’s voice and what a huge breakthrough it was for me. I would say this week felt more intellectual compared to last week which meant less crying lol but it was still such a wonderful session. We had our speaker, Derek Schoenhoff, come all the way from Dallas, Texas. He also did his DTS in YWAM Kona where he met his wife and was also a pastor here at Kona, for several years.
He was such a gifted speaker who really shed light to God’s true character. It’s amazing growing up into a Christian home and going to church all the time how there was still so much more to know about God. This session brought to light still the subtle lies that I believed that if I wasn’t disciplined in my walk that there was this sense of guilt before the Lord for not being in the worldly sense “faithful”. Being in my 30s and just having experienced the reality of life and what the world defines as being worthy of love and accepted seeped into my walk with God. I knew in my heart that I am saved not by anything I’ve done but purely by God’s grace and Jesus’s life and resurrection, yet I came to realize that I still bought into the lies at times that it wasn’t enough to please Him. That’s when I came to realize how much I’ve let the voices of the world really drown out God’s voice and now knowing this truth, how much more I need to protect it. I am reminded of my previous women’s bible study back at NOVA with my home church where we studied Hebrews, particularly chapter 2:1 where it says
“ Therefore we must pay much closer attention to what we have heard, lest we drift away from it.”.
Paul wasn’t kidding. And this drifting experience is not a slow and peaceful boat that drifts away, it’s a strong unseeing force that really can put your boat in the middle of nowhere within minutes. I know this because when we went snorkeling this past weekend with our team at Two Step, we didn’t realize the current was pretty strong. If you are not careful enough the current can take you in and push you towards a reef full of prickly sea urchins or sharp coral! That’s how easily we can drift when we allow God’s voice to be drowned out by the world. We can drift so far that we think we can’t hear God’s voice or if we don’t fight hard against the current, it can smash us towards a prickly reef of a life of fear and worries of this world.
One of the biggest breakthroughs for me during this session was to see God as someone who is so excited and happy when I turn to him, so excited that he runs towards me with open arms and picks me up like I’m His most favorite daughter in the world. I no longer see God as someone who is not present, disappointed, annoyed, or angry. This was difficult for a lot of us to experience due to our own past hurts from our own parents. There was a session on forgiveness where we wrote a letter of forgiveness to all those who hurt us and we would burn it in the fire. Although it sounded cheesy I highly encourage it because more than the act of writing and burning it, it’s the work of the Holy spirit and your faith that allows you to have power to break free from the chains of bitterness so you can experience freedom and healing. I’m a believer. I wrote my letter of forgiveness towards my father and mother, previous intimate relationships that I’ve been, and some friends that have let go of our friendship. As I was writing this letter my heart not only healed but God allowed me to see through His eyes. I was able to see how much my parents are also broken sinners like me who loved me the best they could and sacrificed so much so that I would have a better life, that my past relationships although were painful God used it for good, and that it isn’t my fault for relationships to drift apart. The speaker came up to me and shared that God was so proud of me and I replied that it may take time, but he encouraged to believe in faith that it was done.
This was really profound to me because I never realized God uses my faith to reveal His promises. From the past sermon that I attended at Livingstone church here in Kona, the pastor spoke how faith in our heart without action is not faith but hope. Faith requires action and God loves to see our faith in order for Him to reveal His promises to us ( He loves doing that too). It makes sense right? If Moses didn’t obey in faith to return to Egypt to set his people free, he wouldn’t have witnessed such intimacy with God, seeing miracles before his eyes, seeing the red sea split, and the pillar of fire guiding the Israelites at night. It’s different from being legalistic because our worth is always secured in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ but more than just having eternal life, God wants so much more intimacy with us because He loves us so much more than we can phantom. So I said a “yes and amen” to this forgiveness letter. That I truly am free from bitterness and to see those who hurt me through God’s lens.
We also learned that God is love and the opposite of love is fear.
” There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. “ (1John 4:18 )
I would say I am a pretty anxious person and I have the tendency to worry a lot. It stems from my distrust from God and my past wounds. Also my parents tend to be anxious too and I grew up always being overly prepared so that I wouldn’t have any regret. This however made me beat myself up when I failed or if things didn’t go my way and become more anxious which can become a viscous cycle. I realized God never wanted me to live like this. Yes God doesn’t call us to live life recklessly and never prepare but he also doesn’t call us to fear or worry about things to the point we are over controlling and because we don’t trust Him. Whenever I go before God in prayer and I feel afraid to approach Him, I instantly recognize that I already have the wrong view of God and either go to scripture or remember the precious moments when I was fearless before God, running into my daddy’s arms.
One practice that I really felt blessed by was when we were told to close our eyes and imagine us being 3-years-old and God taps our shoulder asking what game we wanted to play. I said “hide and seek” because it was a game that I remember my dad and I used to play when I was little. I remember he would say “ I’m gonna get you!” and  I giggled and screamed out of control because I was full excitement that my dad was so happy to see me and play with me. This is how our God sees us too. Our God is present, he just loves playing with us and spending time with us. He enjoys us playing with him like a 3-year old more than coming to him with our good works trying to earn his approval just like any father is fully of joy when he plays with his 3-year-old kid.
Yes we do have to remember God is the King of Kings. This protocol helps us to remember God is God and we are not. The amazing thing about God is that we don’t have to stay in our protocol, but God responds with grace and as a Father. That although we approach Him with reverence and holiness, God from His throne embraces us shamelessly.
Some great thinking points that I would like to share that challenged me...
Some other great points:
-The Cross answer two questions for usWhy the cross?
    1) If God is sovereign, why did he choose the worst kind of death? Why did he endure physical, verbal, emotional, sexual abuse? Why did he endure gossip? Because if he didn’t, we could say, Jesus you don’t know what it’s like to endure what I did. Not only does he know, but he endure much more worse than we ever did.God where were you when we endured the darkest time?
    2) God was there when we were abused, when Jesus was abused.. It says God was present and grieving. Genesis 6:6. We don’t often think of the broken heart of God. God is also working. Planning the resurrection- the process for restoration and if you make the right decision you will discover life.
-Ephesians 3:17: I have my roots and foundations in Love. Our beginning was not when we were conceived, it STARTED ON THE MIND OF GOD.
Three things you can do with the feeling/desire for vengeance against someone:
Act it out
Deny it
Surrender it to God, Give it to Him. Let it all out before God. He can handle it. Depression is unresolved or unexpressed anger. We should be able to express all of our anger to Him.
-The goodness of God does not change with your circumstances
-Spoken lies, when believed, are curses.
-Forgiveness is not excusing, minimizing, justifying, or tolerating the sin. It’s not about getting even, it’s not conditional ( if you change then I forgive..), it’s not an obligation . It is not a feeling, or a process (not staying committed), it’s not forgetting. It’s not a one-time event...every time it comes to mind, we need to forgive otherwise the old feelings will send you down an unhealthy rabbit hole. What forgiveness is a choice based on faith and obedience to God. Doing to others as God has done for you. Forgiveness is a healing agent for your relationship with God. It’s letting go of your rights to justice and anger. Forgiveness is choosing not to hold someone’s sin against them. This is what God does.
-Apologizing is not a biblical concept, it’s about feeling bad about something.Biblical concept is repentance..it’s asking for forgiveness with a commitment to change.
There is so much more so if anyone is interested, please feel free to reach out to me and I would love to share more.
This past Saturday I planned our first outing for team only to go to Two step. It’s called two step because literally as you are taking two steps down rocks to the ocean you are in the deep with coral beneath you. Like I mentioned before the current was strong and only one other team member was a good swimmer. We foolishly encouraged those who couldn’t swim to try since they had their snorkeling gear and we could hold them up but that was a dumb mistake. Thankfully no one was seriously hurt except one girl who got scraped by sea urchin which you need to pee on...yes memories wahoo~ but all in all we had a great time together making memories. We went to Magic sand after and watched some of the biggest waves there that almost destroyed 3 of our team members while they were playing on the shore. This wave came out of nowhere and I will never forget the unrelenting power of the sea. We then went to Costco and got pizza with ice-cream for dinner!
Prayer requests:
1) Healing for my neck and shoulder. I pulled my right shoulder while working at the farm and it wasn’t even doing something that strenuous but i was really discouraged because I wanted to believe in faith that God could heal. It’s 80% better already but I am cautious and I don’t want to live in fear because of it. I’m mostly symptomatic in the morning because the arthritis is worse then and I am really stiff. I’m committed to getting back into shape and doing physical therapy while I am here.
2) Outreach: We are going to Mazaltan, Mexico for outreach for 2 months! Then we will return the last month to the YWAM base in Honolulu to do our remix session which is unique with the Restorer’s DTS and allows us to debrief and process all that has happened. Please pray for clarity to what ministry God wants us to do, unity in our team, grace and direction for our leaders, and safety.
Mahalo for our prayers and supports,

Hi! I have a prompt, however it's a little different than the ones you have been given. Here it goes: Sonic, Knuckles, Tails, and Amy venture to Blaze's world to help her and Silver with something (you can feel free to be creative in regards to what this something is) It isn't necessarily a SonAmy prompt, but some hints would be appreciated ;) Have fun with it! 😊
I’m actually excited to do something that’s not Sonamy! (although, I will include a little bit for ya XD) A lot of people think I only write Sonic and Amy, or just Sonic in general. I’m actually open to a lot of different things! If I know the world well-enough. If not, I can always try and investigate xD
Thank you! I’ll definitely will!
World: Probs AU-Canonish? (Blaze’s world is still a bit foreign to me. I’ll have to do some research!)
Couple/Motive: Help Blaze in her world and Silver with something. (Slight hints of Sonamy will be appreciated. But I hope Silvaze will also have the same grateful nature to it as well xD They act like brother and sister, but that can look like more too sometimes. Not on purpose anyway…. Not likely, lol!)
Summary: -listed above-
Prompt:
“Woah! You’re saying-!”
“This world’s going to die from the dimensional excesses that Eggman opened up while trying to create his own dimension! If we don’t do something, not only will Blaze’s world perish, but all the dimensions as well!”
“Including my realm…”
“Hmph.” Sonic folded his arms, looking away. He didn’t like getting cut off, but Tails had a unique way of saying things the ol’scientific way.
Silver looked down in distress. He had just created a peace in his world, and for some reason, this Princess drew him to wanting to help her.
For some reason… he felt he owed her that much.
“We’re with you, Blaze!” Amy chimed in, stepping forward with her hands out behind her. “We’re not gonna let any world get destroyed by Eggman’s recklessness. It would be so unfair!”
“Amy’s right. We’re in!” Sonic stepped forward, assuming the spotlight again, though not really trying too, but struck up a thumbs up and signature smile.
Knuckles then barged his way into Sonic’s moment, as Sonic staggered back by his abrupt entrance and intrusion. “Count me in too!” He held up a fist, smiling giddily, as Sonic looked over his shoulder and shook his head at his antics.
“I’ve been dying all day to punch something through! Over and yonder! haha!” he threw some punches before flexing a moment, as Blaze looked oddly to him and Amy jumped up, scolding him.
“Hey! Don’t bombard people like that! Give them some space why don’tcha?!” Amy pushed Knuckles back in line.
“H-he-hey!” Knuckles waved his hands around as she pushed him away, and Tails and Sonic just smiled awkwardly towards them, before nodding to Blaze.
“I can try and get your old ship back up in order, but I’ll need some spare tools.”
“We don’t have time.” Blaze stated, almost sorrowfully, as if she would have liked the luxury of that. “We have to shut that device down that’s tearing the essence of our world away!” she pointed up to Eggman’s machine floating in a dimensional tare, having his logo on it, and absorbing the life remnants of her world.
“Terra will surely fall at this rate.” Silver stepped forward, narrowing his eyes at the threatening device. “And with Terra… Gaia… and with Gaia…” he lowered his head, also feeling despair.
“Hey, why so gloomy?”
Sonic walked up and put a hand to his shoulder, smiling optimistically. “Don’t you know there’s always a silver lining?” he wagged his infamous finger at him, being charming, but just trying to comfort him and give him some hope. “We can’t do anything if all we do is mope around. And besides, that’s no fun!”
“Sonic’s right!” Tails put his two hands up, and turned excitedly and boldly to Blaze. “Leave it to me! Sonic may be fast on his feet, but I’m quick at fixing! If you’ll give me a chance, I just know I can get your ship to fly up there and we can all shut it down!”
“Tails…” Blaze looked touched by his enthusiasm.
“You two fix the ship.” Sonic turned, followed by Silver. “We’re gonna go the fast track way.” he winked, as Silver smiled knowingly, and used his ability to have them hover in the air.
“W-woah!” Tails was amazed to see that! Sonic didn’t even have tails to fly! “You’re floating!”
“Heh-heh.” He smirked, looking like a true peter-pan for a moment, before Amy’s voice off camera came from the side, and the two hedgehogs looked over.
“Ohhhh!!! Sonic!!”
“Eh?! Wa-a-a-h!” He tried to move in the air away from her advancing towards him in what looked like an emotional panic, but Silver didn’t budge him.
He even tried to swim in air…
“You can’t be thinking of going and leaving me behind! We’re you!?” She jumped up and grabbed his leg, making his arms flail around.
“A-Amy!!” he cried out, clearly uncomfortable with this.
“Oh, Sonic! Let me come with you! I can be great backup support!” she clinged with a killer grip to his leg as he squirmed, trying not to hurt her, but still attempting to loose her somehow.
He finally gave up, drooping his body forward and turning to Silver. “Eh-heh..” he closed his eyes and looked nervously awkward towards him.
“It’s… pretty dangerous.” Silver tried, seeing Sonic’s expression and then turning to look at Amy, seeming to say that in kindness and consideration of her.
“Oh! I can handle myself!” she turned her cheek and puffed it up, pouting. “Tell hi-i-i-im So-o-o-onic!” she wiggled Sonic’s leg with her clinging body as it wagged his body back and forth in the air, before he looked utterly exhausted from the movement.
“I… suppose more aid could help.”
Sonic suddenly looked surprised at his words, and looked back at him.
He shrugged. He couldn’t deny the pretty girl.
He rose his hand up and she began to hover on her own too, and happily kicked her feet in glee.
Sonic looked to the camera and shook his head, before turning to face the device. “Let’s take this thing down!” he held his fist up towards his chest.
“Yeah!” Amy shouted, raising a hand up and lifting a leg.
“Right.” Silver nodded, and took off first, the other two following him.
“H-he-hey! Don’t forget about me too!” Knuckles tried to rush after them, but his poor attempt at keeping up with three flying bodies was comical to say the least…
“Haha, come on, Knuckles. We’ll make use of you.” Tails teased, and gestured with his arm to come follow them instead.
Knuckles looked bummed out. “Ahhh… and I wanted to punch things..”
“You can nail hammers into place with your fists?” Blaze suggested, as Tails turned to her in surprise, and then laughed at her joke.
She fondly smiled and slightly chuckled, but remained composed mostly.
Knuckles followed after them, grumbling at her little joke that he actually believed for a few seconds there, happy about the prospect.
“Hmph.”
Sonic, Silver, and Amy made it to the device, landing on it’s platform, as essence rushed by them like wind carrying pollen in it… although, this pollen was life!
“Ah..!” Amy ran to the edge, looking over the world, and putting a hand up to her mouth… then to her chest. “It’s…”
The world was slowly turning into rumble and dust…
“Dying…”
Sonic and Silver walked up behind her, looking to her and then the world.
“…Yeah, we better hurry. Quickly.” Sonic nodded, and put a hand to Amy’s shoulder, as she slowly turned her head, and nodded in solemn agreement.
The three began to the entrance.
“Here goes nothing.” Silver crossed his arms in an ‘x’, powering himself up, as Sonic held a protective arm out over Amy, keeping back.
“RAUH!” Silver thrusted a powerful blast towards the entrance, and the gate dented, until Silver loosened it from it’s latches, and flung it over him, having Sonic and Amy duck as it went flying over them, denting the sides of the device and heading down to the world, turning to fire as it did so.
“You two coming?”
Sonic and Amy turned back to see Silver at the entrance, as he smiled and gestured for them to go in.
Amy smirked, “Just a little longer…~” unaware of it, Sonic had held onto Amy when the gate went flying, and she leaned her head up against him in joy of it.
“H..huh?” he blinked, not understanding, before looking at where his arms were, realizing around her, and quickly moved them away, “Ah..!”
“Hehe~ Aw… barely a moment to spare.” she swayed her body back and forth, disappointed he didn’t seem to want to hold on any longer.
Sonic rolled his eyes and let out a groan, walking passed her as she giggled from his expression.
Silver looked a little dumbfounded, not sure how the two interacted like, but figured it was just how they were.
Going in, they tackled robots and were doing pretty good as a team!
“According to those signs, we’re probably nearing the control panel.” Silver pointed up to the runway line of ‘CONTROL ROOM AHEAD’ signs being repeated so many times above their heads.
“Heh, Eggman’s getting old, huh?” Sonic teased with a playful smile.
“That reminds me,… what are we gonna do when we get there?” Amy inquired, looking to Sonic, as he turned to the side to see her keeping up through Silver’s abilities. “We don’t have Tails with us. Or anyway to contact him.”
“Amy’s right.”
Sonic looked up to Silver.
“What if he’s there, that’s a possibility we haven’t considered either.” he turned his body to face Sonic, gesturing his hand as he flew.
“..heh.” Sonic smirked, confidently. “We’ll do what we always do!” he looked ahead, getting ready…
“You mean…” Amy looked worried.
“Yahoo!!!” Sonic burst forward into a spin dash.
Amy shook her head. “Thought so.” she sighed.
“W-what? What does he mean?” Silver looked to Amy, who just shrugged a sheepish smile.
Suddenly, above them, huge explosions went off, as a blue blur dashed about the large room they almost had entered.
“Wooooo-” Sonic dashed around, before going by them. “Hooo!”
Silver and Amy stopped in mid-air, before looking to Sonic… and then noticing the heat rising on their faces.
“… oh no.” Amy turned around, clearly showing her distress when she saw the flames coming quickly at them. “Run!” she cried out, trying to run in the air, but she wasn’t going anywhere!
“R-right!” Silver bolted with her by his side out of the corridor, back down the long snake route as they dodged robots they missed before, and got out on time.
Silver got hit with some of the after-blast though, and felt the pressure push him down out of the air, and have him and Amy crash down on the platform too.
They rolled a moment and bounced, as Sonic stood triumphantly, seeing the essence draining machine start to pin it’s nose down, and slowly rotate, as if to drop a straight plummet down. “Darn.” Sonic noticed that some sort of gravity defying device was still in place, keeping it up.
“Are we satified with keeping it off… or cutting it’s strings and having it down all together?” he shrugged his question, before turning around, looking fearful as he heard…
“Soooooniiiiiccc!!!”
He gulped slightly, but barely hearable.
Amy slowly got one hand under her, and then the other, before whipping her head up as fast-paced music played.
He flinched, and ran around dodging her hammer throws before she got to her feet, “I won’t forgive you for endangerous us back there, Sonic! Ruuah! You were reckless as always!”
“Ahh! Amy! If it was so obvious, why didn’t you prepare?! WAH!” he jumped and did the splits to avoid her smash, and then landed both feet on her hammer, having her blink twice before struggling a moment to pull it up, him holding onto it. “Woooahhh!!” he was spun a moment before being launched at Silver.
“You weren’t even suppose to do anything without TELLING US FIRST!… opps!” she stomped her foot down, shouting out with all her lungs capacity, before noticing her folly and seeing the two hedgehogs with swirls in their eyes, up against an outer metal wall.
“She has quite an aim… doesn’t she?” Silver commented in his dizziness.
“Yes,… you could say it’s part of her charm.” the two men fell down, Sonic face first and Silver just on his stomach.
Amy held a hand up to her mouth, realizing she had hurt Silver in the process. “Silver! Sonic! I’m so sorry!” she dashed over, as the two men shook their heads, Sonic placing a hand up to his head, before looking up to Amy.
He nodded and put a hand out, “It’s okay, it’s okay…” he assured her, before stretching out his back, “Emmm-ah! Gotta admit. I missed your hammer swings. Almost forgot about them it’d been so long.” he stretched out his legs, as Amy looked slightly hurt by his words.
“You forgot..?”
“Hmm?” Sonic looked up from bending a knee to stretch one leg out, and held a hand on the ground to balance himself. When he noticed his error, he just smiled sweetly to her and moved to the other leg. “Nah, not really! H’up!” he hoped up a little, and scratched a hand behind his head, tilting it a little in a silly way. “I’d never forget you. Not even for a second.” he winked, as Amy smiled sweetly.
“Aww..” she swayed back and forth, falling once more for his charms.
“Well… I for one won’t forget.” Silver walked in, rubbing his head, as Amy looked apologetic with a guilty smile, closing her eyes in her embarrassment.
Sonic just grinned, liking the silliness of the moment.
The three turned when they heard an engine, and saw Tails waving from Blaze’s ship.
“Ahooooy!” the ship looked like a pirate ship, but with some technological adjustments, was made into a sci-fi spaceship!
“H-hey!” Sonic waved a hand up, “Good timing, Tails!”
“Have I ever been off?” Tails laughed.
“Just a smudge.” Sonic teased, winking, and then picking Amy up.
“Woo-ah!” Amy exclaimed as she got scooped up, and held her arms around Sonic, almost out of reflexive instinct. “W-what was that for?”
“What? Don’t I always carry you to safety?” Sonic looked at her as if this was natural, and she was being odd for pointing it out.
Silver also seemed weirded out. “But… I brought you both here…” He sweatdropped.
Sonic turned to Silver, “Thanks for the lift! I can make it from-W-waoh!”
The device started to dip deeper, and they were running out of enough of an angle to get a running start from.
“Silver! You fly!” Sonic instructed quickly, darting back a bit to get a running start.
“Ah! Sonic!” Amy cried out, before looking up to the Ship, which Silver was hovering near, about in the middle, looking back and wondering if they’ll really make it.
“We’re never going to-!”
Sonic suddenly stared down at Amy.
As they’re eyes held a moment… she then smiled knowingly.
“Emm-mmm. Nevermind.” she beamed with confidence in him.
He curled up a corner of his mouth, and then looked determined to succeed.
“Here we go!” Sonic dashed forward, building momentum as the ship still began to dip.
“We’re coming around Sonic!” Tails saw him losing his footing by the deep downward fall the machine was starting to take, and arched Blaze’s ship to the side.
“Blaze!” Silver called to her, seeing her in the cockpit behind Tails.
“Huh?” She turned to him, confused where he was talking from.
“Fire at the orb!” he pointed to the device that was Sonic’s figurative ‘string’.
“It’ll pull the whole thing down!”
Blaze nodded, glaring at her new objective, she slipped down the Ship’s interior ways and jumped the stairs, rolling into a dome-shaped fighter-canon slot and turning on the gunpower.
When the canon became operational, she moved the controls directly to aim at the sparking orb.
Narrowing her eyes, she breathed out, “…Not… my world.” She then fired a powerful canon shot straight into it.
Sonic, changing where he was running, ran straight down, as Tails dipped under the machine, having it threateningly drop as if to hit him, before Sonic jumped!
The machine’s massive size covered the small scene from the line of the camera’s sight, and the next scene was it, in blazing fury, hitting the water and causing a massive wave to sweep over the ocean.
Then…
“Sonic!” Tails cried out, looking above him at any sign of him.
“I didn’t hear a thump!” Knuckles came rushing in, huffing and puffing, having been down by the engine.
Tails looked behind his shoulder, afraid by what Knuckles had said… before…
THUMP!
“Hey, buddy!”
“Haha! Top of the morning to ya!”
Tails turned to see his two friends on his windshield, Amy kicking her legs as Sonic held her with one arm, and the other to hold onto the ship.
Amy laughed, as Knuckles and Tails cheered in rejoicing.
Sonic then looked to Amy, returning his smile to a casual one. “You were saying?”
“Hehe. Sonic… you can do whatever you put your mind… haha! And feet too!” she lovingly stated with a sincere heart, and he dropped his eyelids down suddenly, tilting his head, as if he liked the sound of that.
Silver floated up to the windshield of where Blaze was, as she put a hand to it. “You saved my world…” she stated, and bowed with her head. “Without you and the others… I would have been able to-”
“It was my pleasure.” Silver placed his hand with her own, as she rose her head quickly, and looked deeply touched by his words.
“…Why? Why are you aiding me?” She asked, sincerely, before looking away. “I can understand the intents of Sonic and his friends… They are all… fiercely loyal and kind towards a righteous cause… but you…” she looked back at him.
He stared at her a moment.
“You came here to protect your world’s future… but you ended up saving mine.”
“…Heh.” he smiled, closing his eyes and looking down.
“You could have returned.. You could have-”
“Guess you could say… I’m your friend.”
“A-ah..!” Blaze lost all speech, stunned by his words, as he rose his head back up, and looked to her.
“Y..You are all so kind…” she looked away, holding back her emotions.
“Maybe you deserve some kindness.” he put both hands up against the shield, trying to see more of her face she was now hiding from him.
“….You… you may be right. I… I can be hard when it comes to matters of the heart… but you all..” she turned back to him, nodding. “You all have taught me so much… I will never forget this kindness.”
“…Nor I you…” Silver held her stare for a moment, before flying up and away from her windshield. “I’m going home now. Tell the others… and Sonic… thank you.” he then dashed off in a ray of green, disappearing…
She watched a moment, the emerald light fading from her eyes, before closing them and stepping away a bit. “Silver… I shall not forget your name.”
(YAY! :D That was fun! hope you like it, precious Anon!)
