What IS it about the Triplicate Space that’s so GOOD and makes the entire place feel so Unsettling and Otherworldy?? It’s just. So good.
I love that little hidden ending(?) of the game as a whole (the parellels set-up by the strewn about recordings, making it feel almost as if you are talking to Alegander and making your connection to them more personal, the puzzles as you unlock more and more of this bizarre space, the dedication to TRIANGLE, the fucking church-thing-area where you can see Megamaki swimming outside the window...) and the soundtrack is 100% a huge part of that.
It also raises several questions, but I honestly like that. A lot. Leaves room for more if they do end up making another game, but also answers enough questions/leaves you satisfied if there is all there is.

Im half awake but like..how come no one is questioning why the triplicate space is so unhidden behind the broken boat where you find Floofty?
I get you need the key and it’s Grumpbeard's ship but Floofty had to know it was there or just seen it sense they lived there for a lil while, Did they walk around the ship and go
“Huh it’s appears to be a large metal triangle on the floor how peculiar”
ALSO WAIT WIGGLE WOULDVE SAW IT TOO WHEN SHE GOT ON THE BOAT TO SING

I've seen a lot of people try to figure out who is sending you the letter received from finding and picking up the triangle key.
Everyone I've seen has tried to connect the grump's sign-off, "-B", to other grumps with names. Specifically, grumps whose FIRST names start with B. However, I think it's not that.
Of course, the letter Clumby sends you is signed off with "-C," but Clumby's last name also begins with c. Her full name is Clumby Clumbernut.
But that's not it. In the final segment of the game after you listen to all if the tapes in the Triplicate Space, at the end of the voice clip of Alegander freaking out that the tapes were listened to, he says "By the way, this is Jamfoot." Again, Jamfoot is his last name.
Whatever. This isn't an actual theory, just some shit I wanted to get out. See ya

Just a fun tidbit for fellow Bugsnax fans, I visited Helen Sadler (Lizbert’s VA) at Grand Rapids Comic Con today and she didn’t know about the cute new character-saving scenes that were added for the Bugsnax DLC/update. She was very happy to hear that Liz and Eggabell are OK!
I didn’t get a picture with her, but here’s a pic of someone’s unsettling handmade Shuckle plushes.
