Imagine this as a crossover royale:
The setting would be some weekend brunch buffet, where we find members of The Banana Splits and The King's troupers (as in Heyyy, It's The King!) not so much enjoying brunch as the fact of Bingo crossing paths with Clyde (imagine, a drummer meeting up with the class jock!) at the omlette station and Drooper sharing conversation with no less than The King (as if Fleegle was a little busy on the buffet table himself).

Poetry Corner
There's something to be said of
your average Funtastical type
some Sunday morning,
particularly at the brunch buffet
of a high-class sort.
Imagine--frequent trips
over and back to try new stuff,
or maybe some old favourites,
as well as maintain the company
of close 'toon company.
Especially so the omlette station,
the waffle such, or even
the fruit such, finding Magilla in particular
having plenty of bananas,
and not much else.
Not to mention the odd rouud of
corned beef hash, or breakfast hot dish,
or even biscuits and gravy;
plenty of comfort food to be had,
as well as the comfort of company.
Who could, say, imagine Peter Potamus
swapping dive stories with Ruff and Reddy,
or Super Snooper and Blabbermouse
in close contact with Inch High,
over breakfast all the while?
After all--
what could be more interesting
than a Sunday brunch buffet
becoming Hanna-Barberian?
