I'm starting off the weekend planning out the week ahead and I'm wondering how I can best protect myself from this virus. It's safe to say I'm a bit apprehensive about leaving the house unless it's absolutely necessary like going to work or gym. I am very mindful to take precautions while out and about in these Toronto streets. I have been wanting to go to the grocery store to get almond milk, avocado, veggie, fruits and turkey bacon but I hear the line up are crazy at ant given grocery stores so that's not an option. How is quarantined life treating you? Well as for me I am bored out of my mind completely and utterly so. I can't seem to get into a creative head space because I am so anxious all the time. My acute insomnia is back again in full swing and I think maybe the cause is my anxiety, and when sleep do comes it's at weird times and I end up sleeping for a lifetime. One upside of quarantine life is that I have read every book I have on my to-read-list and have even catch up on all my shows including reality tv fix.
