The Alabama Metal Man makes another appearance. Wanted to do a more polished illustration showing the fabled encounter of a cop sighting this lesser known cryptid when investigating reports of a UFO Been working on this on and off for the last month. Keep putting it on pause to do studies but thing it’s worked out for the best.

WIP Wednesday!!

I wasn’t tagged but thought I’d show y’all some progress on my black and white painting of Oliver because I needed a break from the million dots and have been battling his neck - I’m finally happy with how it’s looking now!

So this was attempt no.1 when it was far far too blue and just looking washy and bad and I really wasn’t feeling it

So I decided to paint it out and try again! And this time I’m so much happier - it has far more depth to it and the blueness is gone.

I’m still working on the hairs - they are something I like to build up over time - otherwise I mess it up!! None of his stubble has been added yet either as I’ll leave that until after I’ve finished his face!!

I hope you can see the difference 😳😳😳
