Maybe Leonetta had much more drama but I could always tell when they were together and when they were not.
Binuel… they are always just as lovey-dovey regardless that I actually legit forget when they are dating and when they are not. I remember the time they were like ”oh, why did we break up?” and I just went ”wait, you aren’t dating right now??”

what is the most underrated ship, in your opinion?
Omg this is such a good question!
This got me thinking and I’m so glad it did cause I found a few. I know I’m suppose to only pick one but another series popped in my head so I’m sticking to it.
Underrated ships I would say would be Gastina, Thiana, and Karamel
So Gastina from Soy Luna, they’re one of my absolute faves, sometimes more than Lutteo (only sometimes lol since I also love them with all my heart). It’s just I rarely see people talk about Gastina and there’s not that many fics about them. Whenever you ask someone their favorite Soy Luna ship, rarely it’s Gastina. Or favorite soy luna character, rarely anyone says Nina or Gaston. They’re really underrated. I have seen posts about them on Tumblr which is nice I just wish there was more lol
Thiana is from Bia, which is Ana and Thiago. Other than the fact that Bia itself is such an underrated show, this ship is underrated for me as well. Ngl I appreciate how I can share my absolute love for this ship with @shadathebookworm @putonmyfavoriteshow @assim-eu-sou. They are honestly my favorite ship from Bia (Binuel is awesome too it’s just Thiana, they have that spark!) Not trying to downgrade Binuel, I just personally have Thiana a little higher in my heart. They are cute and spicy as well. They have it all. Yet we don’t see much talk about them and don’t get me started on the lack of Thiana fics
The next ship is Karamel from Supergirl. Don’t get me wrong I think Kara and Lena would’ve also made such a great couple, I am not trying to get in between that. I just really love Karamel so much especially because they were kind of my first ultimate favorite series ship growing up. They were comedic, angsty at times and so sweet. I love how Mon El had such incredible character development and truly grew from a selfish narcissist to being a great guy whose respectful, cares about saving the planet and helping others. I found it adorable about how they would have there silly banters and spy together wearing the same glasses. It was just so cute and funny for me. Middle school me was obsessed okay 😆

So, I have rewatched Bia...
Some good news: I liked it way more than the first time! It's something with dcla shows, they need a rewatch to be appreciated more.
They do a lot of things right in this show and I see how much they cared and what they were trying to achieve with it. But, there big thing is that a lot is left unanswered. There's so much left to explore.
I think there's been a plan to have a third season, but due to the pandemic, it wasn't possible, so they had to wrap up everything quickly. But... they just did so weirdly!!
The Helena situation reminds me a lot about the Angie situation in S1 of Violetta. We as viewers know the truth the whole time, and we just wait for the characters to know. The difference here is that, Violetta finds out in season 1, and then is aware Angie is her aunt for the rest of the show. Watching S2 you almost forget she ever kept it a secret. But in Bia... she doesn't know until literally THE LAST TWO MINUTES. Again, I think the plan was to make a third season, and in that season they'd explore how it is now that Bia knows, plus Helena telling everyone else.
But it doesn't take away the fact that
PAULA HAS NOT FOUND OUT LUCAS WAS DRIVING!! Sure, Victor DID tell her and she didn't believe him. But if he told her again, or if anyone else told her, she'd probably believe them that time.
What was up with the last scene of Victor and Helena??
"Whatever happens, I love you" to Thiago is so odd too, if Helena wasn't gonna leave anyway

With Bia, for me, I feel like there's always a buildup to "bigger" events. Bigger events that never end up happening. It feels like a lot of the time I felt like "that's it? That's all they're gonna do?"
At the same time, there's a lot of good ideas here. Bia does fix a lot of problems previous shows had, and that's good! But despite doing that, I don't feel as entertained as I am with the other shows. I've discussed before that I feel like the humor in this show is more planned. They SAY stuff that sound silly and funny, but they don't act on it. And when they act on it, it's for a video where they do a challenge, where it's planned humor, where you expect someone to get cake in their face or decorate a guitar in a silly way. And maybe this makes the show more realistic - absolutely. But... I don't know, for me, I just didn't find it as funny as previous shows.
I also think that, just because a show "fixes the problems of the previous ones" does not automatically make it "better". Sometimes, a show can be TOO perfect, and then it can almost become boring because what's there to discuss? It's weird, because, of course I don't WANT stupid decisions, but... sometimes characters need to act a little stupid for something to happen. And when they act stupid here, it's either due to a pretty reasonable reason, or not so stupid as they first find it to be, or it's solved quickly.
I also do not think social media plots are that interesting. It IS relatable, because we all have seen youtubers like the ones at Laix, for example. Youtube drama like this happens. But I just don't find social media plots as interesting. I never found the social media plots as fun in the previous shows, either. The only thing interesting is that, watching the shows in chronological order, you see how social media evolves.
With all of this said, I need to say I think a majority of the characters are really charming and fun to see. They have great chemistry with each other, and I root for almost everyone to succeed. The characters I don't like are characters you're supposed to not like, and even then, they humanize most of them so you can see why they act the way they do.
Ships wise, I'm not as invested as in previous shows, but I do find most ships cute. Binuel is the most healthy main character pairing and they are adorable. Thiana has my heart, I love their progression. Daisy and Pietro are really cute, too. I think Pixie is a lesbian, but I like the dynamic between her and Luan.
I'm sorry to say, I do not like Chiara and Guillermo. I don't know what the general thought about them are, since the Bia fandom is significantly smaller than the others, but I get uncomfortable with their age gap and I didn't really feel it between them at all.
I don't think any relationship Alex had was that fun either. Carmín and Mara should've dated each other, thank you.
So... this was how I felt about Bia after this rewatch. A lot of missed potentials that I am not sure if I could blame the writers, because I think they WANTED another season but couldn't. IF they had another season, I think all plots could have been solved, nothing would have felt rushed and they could have brought everything together in a nice knot. As I mentioned, I always waited for something bigger to happen, and then I never felt like it did. But it's still a very sweet show and I can see the love they put into it!

The Downfall of Mara Morales Part 1.
It begins with Alex inadvertently revealing that she made the Banner in Season 1 and Carmín, Bia and Manuel begin verbally tear her to pieces, because of her pettiness and for how stupid the reasons for her actions are.
Carmín: I know I hurt you in the past, but you aren’t better than how I used to be.
Mara: Oh How is that?
Carmín: Because you waste your time, trying to hurt people who never meant you any harm.
Alex: Carmín is right you act like you’re the victim, but you are the one who cast more harm than anyone.
Mara: Please, Alex don’t act so high and mighty, you hated #Binuel just as much as I did.
Alex: That was before I found out the truth about the Accident.
Mara: Oh Tell me what is the Truth about the Accident?
Bia: That my sister wasn’t driving when it happened and I can’t believe, that you seriously hate me, because of a Boy. I never did anything to you.
Manuel: “I think I need to remind you, that I only approached you because I thought you were the girl who I heard singing at the FUNDOM opening party.”
Carmín: “Manuel is right and the only reason why you wanted to conquer him was, because you wanted to prove that a Cute Guy could fall in love with you. “
Mara just rolls her eyes and leaves. The next day she uploads a new Video on MSTYLE where she mocks the main couples.
Chiara: “I can’t believe this. Mara is such a Witch.”
Guillermo: “She’s really testing me and if she does one more bad thing. She’s going to regret it.”
Chiara: “What are you taking about?”
Guillermo shows Chiara Mara’s Audios, that he has saved on his Phone.
Guillermo: “These contain the truth about Mara and If I publish them, everyone is going to find out what’s she’s really like.”
Chiara looks at him, she is feeling conflicted. On one Hand, she wants to see Mara go down, but she doesn’t want Guillermo to be La Cobra again.
They than receive a notification that Mara posted something on her story. It’s her bragging about LAIX being in the old FUNDOM building.
Guillermo: “Okay she asked for this.” Guillermo goes to his Messages and puts a Link to Mara’s Audios in a Group Chat. The Link is spreading all over Social Media and people are starting the hashtag. #CancelMara.
