🌲Dukátové buchtičky💛 Ďalšia výzva je splnená 😉Keď som v anketách čo v lese navariť dostal tipy,že by to mohli byť dukátové buchtičky,hľadal som možnosti ako to spraviť aby z toho neostalo uhlie ;) Voilà #biggreeneggminimax si s nimi hravo poradil ;) Uvariť krém už bola malina ;) @biggreenegg.sk #islovajcenavandrovku Recept pre 3 osoby 👨‍👩‍👦 500g polohrubá múka 300ml mlieko 1/2 droždia 1 vajce 40g cukor 1 dl olej štipka soli ovocie na ozdobu Krém: 800ml 3,5% mlieko 4 lyžice cukor 1 vanilkový lusk @yogyspices 1 zlatý klas 50g maslo Z trošky vlažného mlieka,droždia a štipky cukru urobíš kvások,ktorý po nakysnutí vleješ do múky,pridáš vajíčko,olej a štipku soli.Vypracuj jemné, vláčne cesto a nechaj ho aspoň 30 minút vykysnúť.Na vymastený pekáč poukladaj buchtičky pekne jednu vedľa druhej,nie ako ja :D Big greenko rozpáľ na 180 stupňov s konveggtorom a peč približne 30 minút do zlatista. We bloody love it, 13 hour slow cooked sous vide confit duck leg. Cooked at 70c overnight with our Texas BBQ rub, dark soy, garlic, miso paste and lemon peel finished on the bbq. The duck breast was cooked naked over fire, medium rare to 54c with crispy skin.
