Jessieeee!! I binged your Jurassic Island fic the other day and I am absolutely OBSESSED🙌🙌🙌 I can’t stop thinking about it, it’s so damn good!❤️❤️❤️ It really does show how passionate you are about this project and how much love and care you put into it:) I don’t know if you have plans to continue it, but either way, I just wanted to say that it’s incredible and I love it very much and everyone should go read it😊
AB! You're so sweet please 😭 Thank you for this! I do have plans to continue it, but I do move slowly in it because I do want it to be what I want the end product to be. It's definitely a passionate project, I loved the actual book soooo much.
But I have a Tom ETL that's living in my head 25/8 that's begging to be written at the same time so I have both documents up consistently
I have in chapter 10 from Reese Taylor's and AJ Jones's POV as of right now. The only one I can see changing is AJ to Brenna instead, but I do really enjoy AJ in the story!
In the spirit of the fic itself, this is from a (later) chapter in a scene that's already been written:
“No,” Brenna says with tear-filled eyes. “No, you’re going to do it yourself because we’re getting off this island. I’m not leaving without you.”
It's far from over, and while those we've lost have been ones that we can accept... There will be ones that rip our hearts out. But I'm happy you're enjoying it 🤍🤍🤍

Absolutely love that Yasha spent an entire week with caduceus stressing about Beau. I love their friendship. I love that Caddy almost certainly was very patient and found things for them to do together to help out the family and make the grove prettier and tend to the graves and the whole time Yasha is just trying not to worry that her wife went somewhere so dangerous and had to keep it to two people, for some reason, and she lives for the nightly/daily sending stone ritual they probably have but it's only barely enough. And I love that caduceus waits until everyone is back together and they have a mission before being gently exasperated in Yasha's direction ("or yasha could be a little less worried about things and let go of some issues and go to the back of the line for once...") and it just kills me. He mutters that he's been listening to those issues for a week, and THAT means Beau told Yasha what she and Caleb were up to and she got so stressed that going to Caduceus was the only way that was not going to end in Beau coming back home to another eight stacks of firewood taller than Yasha and a local ecosystem with a dent in it from all the hunting. Plus it meant having muscle and a healer on hand in case they were needed. I love them. I love the little things the cast yes-ands and the glimpses they imply.

Heyy! For the ask game: #1, 13, 17? 👀
hiii, good morning (at least for me 😂)
1. I'm a writer. Literally, that's what I do 😭 copywriter, to be specific, graduated in journalism.
13. my biggest pet peeve might be when people are unnecessarily rude to the ones that work for them — you know, waiters, cleaners, cashiers, attendants.
17. YES. I'm so sorry for that but I think people in my life know everything about me. 😭

I feel like I am giving myself a very skewed idea of what Breaking Bad is like specifically in relation to Mike and Jesse’s relationship. In canon Mike is like “I won’t shoot you dead on the spot bc you remind me of my murdered son” and in my head they might as well be wearing matching bff bracelets from Claire’s
