How to own the best franchise in 2022?
Are you considering starting a side business? Or do you want to start a business as your principal source of income? It must have been exhausting for you to choose what form of business you should pursue.
Furthermore, the epidemic has caused economic instability. It has resulted in massive employment losses and business disasters. It must be a difficult decision to determine where to invest and begin your company. There is a lot of misunderstanding when it comes to beginning your own business.
As a result, people are thinking of starting franchise firms that are not only successful in reaching corporate goals but also reduce business risks.
Is this franchise in a rising industry, and would you like to know what the best franchise to buy in 2022 is?
Industry trends and customer demand are excellent indicators of whether your future franchise will be successful. While selecting the greatest franchise to purchase in 2022 with huge popularity may appear to be a lucrative proposition in the short term, it may not pay off in the long run. It is critical to consider the franchise's and the industry's longevity.
Here are a few more questions to think about:
- Can the franchise's products or services become outdated?
- Is there a glut of these goods or services in your area?
- Is there a need for these products or services in your market?
- Is there something unique about the franchise that you can't find anywhere else?
Although it is impossible to forecast the future, addressing these questions can assist you in determining whether a franchise opportunity has development potential.
Make a statement by picking the best franchise to purchase in 2022.
Every sector has competition, but to stand out from the pack, select the greatest franchise to buy in 2022. Part of what distinguishes one firm from another is its ability to distinguish itself within its industry. Consider how the organization differentiates itself to both customers and franchisees when selecting a franchise. This provides you with the finest franchise opportunity.
In India, tea means more than just a cup of tea to start the day. It's a beverage that Indians cannot live without. Tea cafés are becoming popular meeting places for Indians to converse over 'chai,' making it an ideal location for investors to spend their money wisely.
Every year, the country drinks 837,000 tonnes of tea. Tea franchises are developing as a big economic possibility due to the drink's enormous usage. A tea franchise is a profitable business concept since it requires fewer resources to get started. In India, there are several tea cafés that operate on a franchise concept. Chai Sutta Bar, one such café, provides attractive franchising possibilities to like-minded entrepreneurs.
As a country, we consume the most tea in the world. In fact, tea is the world's second most popular beverage, trailing only water. CSB is the world's most popular tea manufacturer. CSB is one of India's leading tea companies, with a chain of tea shops serving a variety of teas, coolers, and shakes at cheap costs. The original taste and distinctive ingredients used by the brand set it apart. It has processing factories in Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Uttrakhand, Bihar, and Gujarat.
CSB only purchases the best tea leaves after tea tasters confirm their quality. Each blend is individually prepared to evoke a genuine tea sipping experience and is created to fulfill tea addiction and love.
CSB operates around 300+ stores throughout Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Kerala, Tamil-Nadu, Goa, Andhra Pradesh, Uttrakhand, Sikkim, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Delhi, and Haryana. The brand plans to build outlets in other areas of India in the near future.
As well as CSB operates in Nepal, Oman and Dubai.
Why should you invest in the CSB franchise?
As CSB expands throughout the world, it seeks enthusiastic and ambitious entrepreneurs to join its strong batch of franchisees. The success of any franchise, like the skill of tea-making, is contingent on the franchise creation process. Fortunately, the brand developed the best strategies for both and is now renowned as a successful Small Scale Business. A middle-class family may also afford to create a CSB franchise.
In a friendly ambiance, CSB delivers great milkshakes, coolers, and freshly prepared Tea. In addition, tea is served in a Kulhad made entirely of organic mitti from India. The relationships its franchisees may build within their communities play a significant influence in their success as well as their passion for what they do.
Is it still necessary to have great leadership skills to own the finest franchise in 2022?
Experienced leadership goes a long way in franchising, especially when it comes to selecting the greatest franchise to own in 2022. Executives with creative vision and experience expanding organizations know to keep your prospective franchisee at the forefront. Our management team at the CSB franchise includes some of the brightest brains in technology, operations, and education. We also have a staff devoted only to developing profitable business models and immersive leads that will set your tea franchise apart from the competition.
What do current franchisees think of the system?
A franchise may link you with existing franchisees throughout the due diligence process so you can get a sense of what life will be like as an owner. You'll be able to speak openly with these company owners and ask them any tough questions you have regarding the franchise. You may learn a lot about what to anticipate from franchise ownership by listening to what these owners have to say.

It is one of few evergreen forests of India, which remains green throughout the whole year. In 1828, it was established as sanatorium and health resort. The word Mahableshwar has been derived from Sanskrit word meaning ‘God of Great Power’ (Lord Shiva). was originally named Malcolmpeth in the honour of Sir John Malcolm, the Governor of the Bombay Presidency.Mahabaleshwar served as the summer capital of Bombay province during the British Raj.Mahabaleshwar is not only famous for Sightseeing points but also famous for strawberries and honey. Strawberry with cream is the most popular drink.

Place of Stay: Ashoka Villa Resort .Which is 1.5-2 kms inside from Mapro Garden Panchgani.Resort is nice but road condition is worse.

Mode of Travel: Two Wheeler
Day-1
After having Tea and Breakfast we started our journey.Kates point is the first point of our one day trip. We reached here by 8 am.
Kates Point & Elephant Head Point
At a distance of 7 km from Mahabaleshwar Bus Stand, Kate’s Point and Elephant’s Head Point are the most picturesque viewpoints of Mahabaleshwar in the Satara district of Maharashtra. It is among the best
Babas cafe restaurant is at the entrance of Kate’s point. They serve varieties of snacks and drinks..Strawberry with dryfruit and cream was very good. Many Bollywood stars had visited this cafe earlier.
We also met with one guy whose name was Shahrukh who owns shop here. He explained very nicely about Kates Point.
Kate’s Point area has 3 points in total; they are Kate’s Point, Echo Point, and Needle Hole Point or Elephant’s Head Point. Kate’s Point is named after the then British governor Sir John Malcolm’s daughter. The original name of the point is Nake Khind and is situated at an altitude of 1290 m. Dhom dam, as well as peaks of Kamalgadh and Pandavgadh can be seen from Kate’s Point. It is one of the must include places in
Elephant’s Head Point or Needle Hole Point is another popular vantage point in Mahabaleshwar, situated next to Kate’s Point. The overhanging cliffs of this point are similar to the head of an elephant and its trunk. Thus the point got its name as the Elephant’s Head Point. One can see a natural rock formation with a hole in between, thus giving the name Needle Hole. Kate’s Point and Needle Hole Point are often confused with Elephant Head Point which is near Lodwick Point. From this point, tourists can also get a view of the Sahyadri mountain range.
We spent here one hour approximately at this point. Next we proceeded to Old Mahabhaleshwar. We reached Mahabhaleshwar Temple by 09:25 hrs
(2) Old Mahabhaleshwar Temple
At a distance of 6 km from Mahabaleshwar Bus Stand, Mahabaleshwar Temple is an ancient Hindu temple situated in the Old Mahabaleshwar in Satara district of Maharashtra. Temple parking area is very big and for two-wheeler parking charges are 10 rs and for four wheelers charges are 40 rs. In this premises we have 3 temples and Ashram. Outside this premises within 500m distance we have very old Krishnai temple.
Mahabhaleshwar Temple:
Mahabaleshwar Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is one of the important pilgrimage sites for Hindus. The temple was built by Chandarao More in 16th century and is a model of the Hemadant architectural style of South India. The hills have been named after Lord Mahabali, whose name stands a symbol of strength. The temple is enclosed by a 5 feet wall and is divided into two areas, inner room and outer room. The sanctum sanctorum has Shiva linga made of black stone, which is 500 years old swayambhu lingam. This self-originated lingam is in the shape of Rudraksha and is called Mahalingam.
Pechanga Temple: At a distance of 6 km from Mahabaleshwar Bus Stand, Panch Ganga Temple is a holy site situated near Mahabaleshwar Temple at Old Mahabaleshwar in Satara district. The Panch Ganga Temple is constructed at the confluence of five rivers, Krishna, Venna, Savitri, Koyna and Gayatri. All the rivers come out from the mouth of a statue of a cow in this temple, thus the place being called Panchganga Mandir.
Atibaleshwar Temple: This is a small Shiva temple which is often overlooked by most tourists who visit the temple complex at Old Mahabaleshwar. As one walks up to the Panchganga Temple,Atibaleshwar temple would be on the left hand side, about 200 metres before reaching the Panchgaga mandir. There was a narrow passageway between the wayside shops to reach temple. there was a large Nandi bull at the entrance to this temple. The main Mahabaleshwar temple is on the right hand side. Both these temples were supposed to have been originally built 2500 years ago, but the Atibaleshwar temple still has the original structure.
Krishnai Temple At a distance of 300 m from Mahabaleshwar Temple and 6 km from Mahabaleshwar Bus Stand, Krishnabai Temple is an old temple situated few meters away from Panch Ganga Temple in Old Mahabaleshwar. Krishnai Temple is supposed to be source of the Krishna River. The temple was built in 1888 by a ruler of Ratnagiri on a hilltop overlooking the Krishna valley. The temple has a Shiva lingam and a beautiful statue of Goddess Krishna. A small stream of the river flowing from a cow-face (gomukh) falls in a Kund or water tank which is the source of River Krishna. One can also visit Strawberry farms which is located close to the temple and can purchase fresh Strawberry.
After spending one to one and half hour we moved to our next destination Elphinstone Point.
Elphinstone Point
At a distance of 10 km from Mahabaleshwar Bus Stand and 5 km from Old Mahabaleshwar, Elphinstone Point is one of the famous viewpoints situated atop a hill near Arthur Seat Point in Mahabaleshwar.one has to walk for 5 mins from parking area to see the viewpoint. There are small stalls which provide snacks like Maggie, Bhel and Corn. Sugarcane juice and cooldrinks are also available.
It was discovered in 1830 by Dr. Murray and has an old mansion in its vicinity. The viewpoint got its name from Mount Stuart Elphinstone, the then Governor of Bombay Presidency. The mansion now lies in ruins and local authorities are planning to demolish to erect a picnic shed in its place for tourists.Elphinstone Point is one of the highest points in Mahabaleshwar overlooking the two valleys, with rivers Koyna on the left and Savitri on the right. The lofty cliff commands a panoramic view of the Pratapgarh Fort, Koyna Valley and nearby plains. One can also admire the ravine, which lies between Elphinstone Point and Arthur Seat Point.
Beware of Monkeys here as they can grab your food or water (if kept unattended).
Duration of Visit: One hour.
On the way to Arthusr seat Point there are few small points like Marjorie Point,Savitri Point,Monkey Point and Castle Rock Point.
Marjorie Point
Marjorie Point is about 500 meters below the valley with drop-offs from this point arising from the valley itself. Offering enchanting panoramic views of the Sahyadri Range, Marjorie Point is named after a prominent British administrator who found this location and served in these parts before independence. After clicking few pics we moved to Savitri Point. After reaching Savitri Point we came to know that this point was closed for few days, so without wasting time we moved to Arthur Seat Point.
Arthur Seat
One has to walk nearly 20-25 minutes from parking to reach Arthur Seat Point. That is the final point at Arthur Seat. Outside toilets are available at this point.
At entry point as well as throughout the point there are many stalls which serve Corn,Bhel,Maggie,Strawberry, cool drinks etc.One can enjoy this items.
Note: Arthur’s Seat Point area has 6 points in total viz Arthur’s Seat Point, Echo Point, Hunter Point, Tiger Spring Point, Window Point and Malcom Point. Hunter Point as its name suggests was used for hunting by British Officers.
Echo Point returns back one’s voice when shouted loudly into the valley. There is one more Echo Point in Mahabaleshwar at Kate’s Point which is more popular of the two.
                    Tiger Spring Point
Tiger Spring Point has spring having natural cool and safe potable water. Wild Animals used to drink water here. Original name of this point is Gayatri Taake. I had water from this point in a glass which was clear and cool.
Malcolm Point is a great place to view Toranagad, Pratapgad and Savitri Valley.

Window Point is in front of Arthur’s Seat Point. It got its name because of its naturally formed window shaped mountain. This Point was closed during our visit.
Arthur’s Seat is the most popular point in Mahabaleshwar. Although, popularly it is called as Queen of the Points, original name of the point is MadhiMahaal. Located at around 13 Kms from Mahabaleshwar Market, Arthur’s Seat point is at height of 1470m
It is famous for floating of light objects. If you throw light things like cold drink cap in the valley, it comes up again due to air pressure. This point is named after Arthur Malet who lost his wife and 1 month old daughter in a tragic ferry accident in Savitri River. Arthur used to sit here and stare at the river. From Arthur’s Seat Point, one can see picturesque vista having Konkan on one side and Desh (Deccan) on the other. The stratification of rocks on southern side looks like world famous Grand Canyon of Colorado.
Beware of Monkeys here as they can grab your food or water (if kept unattended).
After spending for 2 hrs around 3pm we reached Venna Lake.
Venna Lake
Venna lake is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Mahabaleshwar. Venna lake is man made lake and not a natural lake. Row and Peddle boats are available for the tourists. Horse riding, fun fair games like toy train, merry-go-round are popular with children. Venna lake Choupati stalls serve typical choupati food.
Visiting hours: 9 am to sunset, everyday.
Peak Time: After 4:00 PM (Parking of vehicles will be difficult during this time and also heavy rush at boating point too.)
Waiting Time: 30-45 minutes
Admission fees: Charges for Row and Peddle boats
Row and Peddle boats are available for the tourists. It is very popular spot among honeymooners as well as families. Waiting time for Venna Lake boating is around 30-45 minutes.
Venna Lake Boating Charges
Row and Peddle boats are available for the tourists at below charges.Deposit is 1000 rs.

Row Boat         60 mins             Max 7  ₹ 800

One can also buy agricultural products like carrots, Strawberry and Corns. We didn’t had much time for boating activity but enjoyed the beauty of this point by taking few clicks and video.
 Lodwick Point
We reached this point around 03:45 pm. From parking area there is a broad pathway which leads to this point after walking for 10 mins. Located around 5 km west of Mahabaleshwar, Lodwick Point is another vantage point on the list of numerous viewing points of the city. Offering unparalleled views of the cityscape and surroundings, this point is popular among tourists. It was known as Sydney Point until the British officer General Lodwick climbed to it. The point was renamed to honor his achievement and a 25 feet memorial pole was erected at the point. The head of General Lodwick sculptured in marble is positioned at the base of the pillar. You can enjoy impressive views of the Pratapgarh Fort and Elphinstone Point from here. Wrapped in lush greenery it is the perfect spot to unwind.
There are two Elephant’s Heads in Mahabaleshwar. One is an obviously shaped elephant trunk at Kate’s Point which has been wrongly posted as the Attraction Photo for the Elephants Head at Lodwick Point. The other Elephant Head is a ridge just beyond and below Lodwick Point which with a bit of imagination, does resemble an elephant’s trunk.
 Bombay Point/Mumbai Point/Sunset Point
This is our last point of day. We reached here by 05:15 pm.This is perhaps one of the oldest viewpoints in Mahabaleshwar, and it is also called Bombay Point, or Mumbai Point. Sunset Point is the ideal place to go and unwind after a long day of exploring the incredible Western Ghats. From here, you can see the sun spill colours onto the clouds as it sets into the majestic Sahyadri range. We clicked beautiful pics of Sunset as well as Horse riding was done.
Sunset Point is a favourite of the tourists and sees a huge crowd every evening. Although, it is also a perfect place for a late afternoon picnic. There are also delicious snacks as well as one can do Horse riding

Summer vacations are that time of the year when most Indians are out in trains, planes and buses, ready to enjoy a holiday and forget about the monotonous daily life. If you too are thinking of the best travel destinations to take your family to this year, let me lend a helping hand. Spread across the subcontinent, here are the top 10 destinations for a promising summer holiday.
1. Manali
Rohtang Pass, about 51 kilometers from Manali
Call it a cliché but making a snowman and posing with it is a must-do in snow-capped hill stations. An excellent way to beat the heat and enjoy family time too, snow remains one of the best choices this summer. And Rohtang in Himachal has plenty of it. This holiday season enjoy adventure sports in Manali, ice-skiing in Rohtang and submit yourself to the lush beauty of the valley in Kullu.
2. Rishikesh
Plan a weekend getaway to Rishikesh
Known as the yoga capital of the country, the holy town of Rishikesh offers relaxation to adults and some thrilling adventure sports to kids. Trying out bungee jumping and rafting here and pamper yourself with spa sessions and yoga camps. Just 230 kilometres away from Delhi, you’d be surprised at how rewarding and rejuvenating this quick weekend getaway to Rishikesh can be.
3. Himachal’s Luxury Resort
Spend your holiday in the stunning Himachal valley
While Himachal is one of the most popular places to vacation, it also offers an offbeat, relaxed holiday away from the crowd, in its luxury family resorts sprawling in the beautiful valleys. Pleasant early mornings, trekking, lakeside picnics and camping on the river side, if these tempt you enough, buy yourself time and relaxation at Himachal Pradesh and discover nature your own way.
4. Meghalaya
Spend your holiday in the stunning Himachal valley
Head to Cherrapunji, the wettest place in Earth for those who have never been to this part of the country before, Meghalaya is the perfect destination for an introduction to magnificent North East India. Hills carpeted with tea plantations, little rivulets meandering here and there, a floating lake, peaceful monasteries and the wettest place on earth – Meghalaya has it all.
5. Bhutan
Explore the untouched beauty of Bhutan
Tucked away along the North East border of India, this small country is fast becoming a major tourist attraction. From the peaceful monasteries to vibrant festivals, from a unique culinary style to exotic beliefs and practices, Bhutan is a different world altogether. A unique culture and pleasant climate wait to be enjoyed in Bhutan this summer. Also, Bhutan offers visa on arrival to its guests.
6. Bandhavgarh National Park, Madhya Pradesh
Come June, when the monsoons have settled in, and every nook and corner of India begins to bloom with exotic tropical beauty. This is the best time to explore India’s rich biodiversity and the best place is Madhya Pradesh’s Bandhavgarh National Park. Take your kids to Mowgli’s home of dens, lakes and treehouses and watch them gaping in wonder and amusement.
7. Rajasthan
Shocked to see Rajasthan on this list? Don’t be. Though temperatures are high during the day, mornings and evenings are surprisingly pleasant and beautiful in Rajasthan. Unlike most coastal and inland regions, summers in Rajasthan are dry and not humid, making the heat quite bearable. If you want to make the most of a holiday in Rajasthan during summers, just tweak your itinerary a little. Spend early mornings, bird watching and trekking and sleep away the hot afternoons in your comfortable air-conditioned hotel rooms. In the evening, set out for some sightseeing, shopping and cultural shows or even a late night ice-cream by the lake. Mount Abu, Udaipur and Jaisalmer are some of the places you can travel to during summers.
8. Mahabaleshwar
Every summer, India indulges in a wide variety of tropical fruits like mangoes, chikoos and musk melons. This holiday, why not plan a tour to nature’s cradle of these succulent fruits? Mahabaleshwar in Maharashtra is not just breathtakingly beautiful but also home to the fragrant Alphonsos, strawberries and other fruits. Spend days picking fruits, learning about farming and relishing delicious jams and squashes while at your comfortable hotels away from the hassles of city life.
9. Munnar
If South India is on your travel list this summer, Munnar and Kodaikanal are the best bargains. Being on the hills these picturesque towns offer pleasant climate and plenty of interesting activities like boating, golfing and trekking. Come close to nature with trips to Eravikulam and Palani National Parks and with homestays being an excellent option for a taste of local life.
10. Havelock Island, Andaman Island
Enjoy the white sand beaches and the beautiful ocean at Havelock Island
This summer travel to the beautiful and romantic Havelock Island in the Andaman Islands. Imagine staying in a wooden lodge with windows opening to the endless sea. Or picture walking on the white sand watching the sunset. Indulge the water baby in you with unlimited water sports and activities. It’s time to take out those pretty summer dresses and pack your bags for Havelock for a memorable island vacation.

#Foodwalk on the streets of Rajendra Nagar, New Delhi. Long post alert.
A brief about this location: Rajendra Nagar is divided into 2 parts, Old Rajendra Nagar and New Rajendra Nagar. This is one of the famous areas in New Delhi.
Furthermore, with establishment of IAS/UPSC coaching institutes, this area has become highly commercial. It's abundant with IAS aspirants from around the country.
So has evolved the restaurants and eateries in this area.
We see a variety of food delicacies from Bihar, to Maharashtra to any southern state. This area and street is prospering with so much crowd for universal food options.
Though I have been eating out a lot in my past, I thought to do a quick food walk to taste few joints.
I along with my wife, strolled around the street, started with famous Pani Puri (or Gol Gappe as we say in North) kolkata style. This has become famous almost every where and we can locate a bundy (they call their thella a bundy in Hyderabad) in every area. We took to some non-veg snacks and tried Chicken tikka from a new outlet, however they made it more like an achari chaap. May be the effect of the chaaps that they sell along.
We then walked to an old meat shop, where they serve freshly minced mutton kabab's. Well, please see the pic and you will feel the authentic taste of this mughlai cuisine. This was as per my expectation, and is a must try for foodies who love mutton kababs.
After few clicks, please note, I am not a good at photography, we moved on to see how this area has prospered.
You name a dish and there is a street vendor for that (e.g litti chokha, Vada Paw, Rolls, pastas, Chinese, chaat bhandars, South Indian, and list goes on etc.).
Then we met an old counter owner from North East, who has been selling momos since years. Trust me these are the best momos, across all near by area. Best in quality, fresh ness and taste.
This walk was about to get over, when we stopped at a Kerala restaurant and tasted their authentic tea. It was made in their style where they boil tea in a separate utencil and then mix it with thick boiled milk. Trust me this tea was so refreshing, I can't even explain.
Hereby, this walk ended with some good discussions however we decided to do a part 2 and many more soon.
Please check the pics and the story might come to life.
Thanks for reading this long post.

The Franchise Option Is the Best for Diversification with Best Franchise Consultant in Mumbai
"Don't put all your eggs in one basket." - Warren Buffett
Traditional Business: No single product/service industry is ever booming in business. Those who depend on the same business face losses and bad days at some point in their lives. E.g. Now that the price of gold has gone up, consumers have turned their backs and it is time for gold shopkeepers to sit on the fence. The real estate sector has been in a slump for the last three to four years. Many clothing retailers, electronic showrooms, hoteliers, all have been hit by the recession as well as an online businesses.
Modern Industry and Franchising: The majority of consumers are turning towards branded products. So, franchise shops like McDonald's, Yevle Amrutatulya Tea, Pizza Hut, Domino's, Bata, etc. are doing well with the help of Best Franchise Consultant in Mumbai. Even if your current business is doing well, you should take a franchise for yourself or your children. You will be able to manage your current business properly. As Warren Buffett puts it, your income will start in many ways. If your son or any member of the family is free, it will be better for his career to get rid of such a franchise.
The need of the hour: Today we see in society that the children of big businessmen, the children of politicians, the children of many administrative officials are seen flying cars on their parents, having liquor parties. The hands of youth and the head below are the house of Satan. With the rise of crime and waste in such free-roaming children, money is wasted and children are ruined and the name of your esteemed family is tarnished in society. Then you can choose such a good franchise as an alternative business with Best Franchise Consultant in Mumbai.
