Lucifer not knowing who the radio demon was means that he has no idea about all this overord bs.
He's just been making ducks.
Maybe that's why Alastor doesn't like him. And that's why he's been cleaning off all the overlords in the first place. He wants to make a differene. I also think, as a serial killer he was killing bad 'n powerful people.
Then others was made to believe he was evil for it and now he also perceives himself as such and that's why he thinks that's the best way to be. Because he believes he's doing what's best. He overdoes it, sure, but I would've gone mad too tbh.
And to befair, Rosie is a hellspawn, and she's not all that evil. They as friends make sense to me. He also respect the more ancient more powerful overlords as they're classy and don't abuse the normal public (unlike Val). Plus they might be too powerful for him to take.
