A new beer label illustration for a collab between Heirloom Rustic Ales and Ivory Bill! Inspired by one of my all time favorite paintings, the Ghent Altarpiece.

I originally just wanted to create it as a sequel to my previous Drukhari picture but as I kept going this idea that it would na a cool beer label popped up. So here it is:)
How do you like it? Should I do one for Sisters of Battle and Orkz as well?

Working on photographs of these aluminum cans I did for Mammoth Brewing, with prepress by VN Graphics. Translating my earlier full-color illustrations to limited-color versions that could be printed directly on aluminum was an exciting challenge. DM me if you are looking for a graphic designer for your next beverage packaging project! 🍻

I illustrated this beer label for Heirloom Rustic Ales’ sixth anniversary! I feel incredibly lucky to have worked with them for the past 6+ years. It is not every day that your clients become your friends, and I am so grateful I get to keep making cool stuff with my friends. Many thanks for letting me run wild with your ideas and for the trust you have in me! 💚 photo via Heirloom

A friend who brew his own Imperial Stout beer asked me to draw a logo for his bottles. He had just broken his jaw and had to eat mushy food for some weeks, so he asked me if I could draw a baby drinking a ghostly beer. This is what came out ☠️ Loved doing it! Hope I get to do more beer projects like this one.
