me: god I want muscles. my gender envy towards stronk ppl is immense
me, trying to exercise: oh yeah I got the everything hurts and I have no energy disorder. and the breathing is hard disorder. hm.
#like this is written somewhat comedically#but legit disability makes it hard to do gender affirming things#i want to bind but it's physically hard for me to put them on and take them off#and i probably shouldn't due to asthma that my docs basically ignore aspects of which indicate it isn't well controllef#because numerically my self reported symtpoms experienced are low because i prefer to not end up on steroids to fix my breathing#and avoid things that trigger it#which yes is a form of control but like. there's multiple less major symptoms that are irritating that all i can find online#are drs being like 'yeah if you experience this you're not well controlled and u should talk to a specialist'#and my pcp is like 'huh wild. really? yeah i don't know anything about that.'#and the specialist our insurance covers is like 'hm. idk maybe come back when ur symtpoms are bad lol. that'll be $200. also we're booked#3 months out lol'#not even getting into the fucking#lack of any fucking treatment or resources or anything for#fibromyalgia#so. fucking yay i guess#fibro#asthma#chronic pain#chronic fatigue#trans
