The Beauland Constitution of 2022
On this day, July 3rd, of the year 2022, the newly-formed Governing Body of Beauland does create for itself this Constitution, which will be known as The Governing Law and Constitution of the Nation of Beauland, in order to establish our Nation of Beauland and to ensure the wellness of its Citizens by the principles of logical thought, loving compassion, and peaceful cooperation, for which the Flag of Beauland shall stand.
SECTION 1.
First, let the Governing Body of Beauland establish that the body of the Nation of Beauland is comprised of the bodies of its Citizens; wherever a Beauland Citizen should occupy space shall be the National Land of Beauland, for it is only a Citizen's Body that they are born with and shall have full control over, as no nation or government can claim title to a Human's body without violating a Human's inherent right to autonomy. The Governing Body of Beauland recognizes that a Citizen's Body, being their own form and an extension of the Nation of Beauland, will be referred to as a Citizen's Private Property and cannot be seized, controlled, injured, bought, sold, traded, debated, or otherwise influenced by the Governing Body of Beauland and remains under the private control and ownership of the Citizen to whom it belongs. The Governing Body of Beauland does reserve the right to grant Citizen Status to whomever it wishes, but can recind Citizenship at any time, on accounts of Treason, Heinous Crime (according to The Law Book of Beauland), or Citizen's request.
The Mainland and Nationship of Beauland belongs solely to its founder, His Royal Softness Prince Nathaniel Cherubim Igneus-Valentine, Head of the Pink Branch of the Governing Body of Beauland (who, in formality, and when speaking with the representatives of other nations, will be called "Beauland"). The Mainland of Beauland shall also constitute the bedroom of where ever His Royal Softness Prince Nathaniel Cherubim Igneus-Valentine, Head of the Pink Branch of the Governing Body of Beauland, calls home at whichever moment His Royal Softness Prince Nathaniel Cherubim Igneus-Valentine, Head of the Pink Branch of the Governing Body of Beauland considers to be "the present moment", regardless of whatever internationally recognized Nation or Country it resides in. Should the event occur of his Death, the Nation of Beauland will no longer exist, even with its remaining Citizens (in which case the Governing Law and Constitution of the Nation of Beauland, The Law Book of Beauland, and all other aspects regarding the existence of the Nation of Beauland become void).
SECTION 2.
The Head of the White Branch of the Governing Body of Beauland shall be its President, the Executive Power of Beauland, appointed by democratic vote of its Citizens, including the Head of the Pink Branch and the Head of the Blue Branch. The President shall be a mediating party between the Heads of the Branches of the Governing Body of Beauland themselves, between the Heads of the Branches of the Governing Body of Beauland and Citizens, and between the Heads of the Branches of the Governing Body of Beauland and citizens and government officials of foreign nations. To be clear, the President of Beauland shall always travel with another member of the Governing Body of Beauland, and the President will be addressed before the other members of the Governing Body of Beauland.
The Head of the Pink Branch shall be the founder of Beauland, His Royal Softness Prince Nathaniel Cherubim Igneus-Valentine, until the day of his death. This leaves in him all legislative powers of Beauland, including (but not limited to) the ability to propose, draft, and approve Bills and Laws to be created, amended, or retired from The Law Book of Beauland. However, let it be known that the Head of the Pink Branch alone is not able to write a proposed Bill or Law into effect without a democratic vote by the Citizens, as well as an approval from either the Head of the White Branch or the Head of the Blue Branch, so that no Bill or Law shall be proposed, drafted, made into Law, amended, altered, or retired without the knowledge of Beauland's Citizens and other members of the Governing Body of Beauland.
The Head of the Blue Branch shall be the Grand Judge, appointed by the Head of the Pink Branch and approved by the Head of the White Branch, after a democratic vote. With the Grand Judge rests the judicial powers of the Nation of Beauland, so that they may uphold what is outlined in The Governing Law and Constitution of the Nation of Beauland and The Law Book of Beauland. The Grand Judge does oversee every legal trial between the Citizens of Beauland, with the aid of the Head of the Pink Branch, in front of a jury of peers, to guarantee the rule of Order, Peace, and Fairness in the Nation of Beauland. Should the Grand Judge make a decision:
i. Without the presence, knowledge, or aid of the Head of the Pink Branch,
ii. Without providing both the defending and plaintiff parties a jury, a chance of defense, and/or a fair trial,
iii. With bias towards a certain party due to bribery, relationships, or etc.,
Then the Grand Judge is to be immediately impeached without democratic vote by the Head of either the Pink or White Branch. A new Grand Judge is to be appointed as soon as possibly, until which all trials are to be halted. If a new Grand Judge cannot be found within a week, the place of the Grand Judge, acting in accordance with all responsibilities of the role of Grand Judge, will be taken up by either the Head of the Pink or White Branch, for a maximum of two months, the end of which time requires the swearing in of a new Grand Judge, which shall be determined by means of popular democratic vote among the Citizens.
SECTION 3.
All democratic votes by the Citizens of Beauland shall occur when asked of by the Head of the Pink Branch of the Governing Body of Beauland through whichever online platform is chosen for the act of voting. Citizens will voice their opinions on a "Post" or in a "Thread" as described by The Head of the Pink Branch of the Governing Body of Beauland. If there is no majority among the voting Citizens, which shall have three days from the start of the vote to its end to voice their opinions, then the Heads of the Branches of the Governing Body of Beauland shall be the ones to break this tie. If they cannot reach a majority vote amongst themselves, the aforementioned process is to be repeated up to three times before the subject on which is being voted is revisited by the Heads of the Branches of the Governing Body of Beauland, be it a proposed law, an election, or etc. Changes shall be made regarding the contents of the law or the person being decided upon in the election, and the vote redone. This process shall repeat until a conclusion is reached, be it a majority vote is finally decided upon, or the vote is withdrawn and cancelled because it is more trouble than it ought to be worth.
SECTION 4.
The Pink Branch shall have authority, under the command and authority of the White Branch, to regulate and collect Taxes from the Citizens of Beauland, as well as administer to them the Nation's Currency (which will be referred to as "the Beauland Button", even in the event that the shape, nature, or construction of the currency changes). It shall have the authority and responsibility to:
i. Borrow money from other nations on the Credit of the Nation of Beauland,
ii. Regulate Commerce with foreign nations,
iii. Establish National Banks and the rules of bankruptcy regarding the Banks belonging to the Citizens of Beauland,
iv. Regulate the value of the Nation of Beauland's Currency, the Beauland Button,
v. Decide the punishment of counterfeiting the creation and selling of the Beauland Button,
vi. Establish Post Offices, Roads, and Railways,
vii. Copyright the advancements of Sciences and The Arts among the Citizens, especially those that make up its collected Taxes, for the purpose of allowing Creators to keep their rightful ownership of their Creations,
viii. Provide and maintain both a Royal Navy and Army for means of the Nation of Beauland's Defense,
ix. Arm, train, and discipline the Navy and Army so that it acts in the interests of the Citizens of Beauland and does not defend from foreign nations without due cause,
x. Handle the purchase, creation, and maintaing, including in drafting and creating laws regulating the function of, all governmental buildings and structures such as Forts, Docks, Offices, Railways, Houses, Arsenals, and other needed Buildings not here mentioned that are under the control of Beauland, and
xi. Bring into existence through drafting and creating such laws that will grant the power of the Pink Branch to accomplish the listed responsibilities and authorities vested herein this The Governing Law and Constitution of the Nation of Beauland.
SECTION 5.
No Citizen of Beauland, except those who are appointed as part of the Governing Body of Beauland, shall be allowed to withhold any responsibility of the Governing Body of Beauland, and therefore will have no ability or authority to act in any of the manners listed above, which shall be done only by the Pink Branch of the Governing Body of Beauland.
SECTION 6.
There shall be no need for Passports, Migration, or Importation regarding the Citizens or non-Citizens of Beauland, as it is the bodies of the Citizens of Beauland that make up the Body of the Nation of Beauland. There shall be no Boarders, only the consent of the Citizens of the Nation of Beauland whether they visit or shall be visited by other nations or the citizens of other nations. No-one shall be considered "illegal" in the eyes of Beauland; anyone who is made a non-Cititzen by the Governing Body of Beauland, for whatever reason, shall not have their Human Rights revoked, but shall simply no longer effectively be included in any part of the Nation of Beauland, and therefore will be considered "Outside" of the Nation of Beauland. The Nation of Beauland will no longer recognize the non-Citizen as a Citizen, and therefore will the non-Citizen have freedom from any imposed Laws or Taxes imposed by the Governing Body of Beauland.
SECTION 7.
The Governing Body of Beauland, by recognizing that each Citizen makes up its Nation of Beauland, and that it is each Citizen's Human Right that they have full power over themselves in governing their bodies, does grant each Citizen the right to voice their concerns about the Constitution and Request it be revisited or Amended, though the Governing Body of Beauland may choose whether or not to make Amendments, especially in the case a proposed Amendment does infringe upon the rights of the Citizens of Beauland. Beauland recognizes these rights as the freedoms of speech (but not social consequence, so long as it is without the desire or intention to incite harm or violence), religion (without the desire or intention to incite harm or violence), the press (without the desire or intention to incite harm or violence), sexuality (between two or more consenting adults, all of or above the age of 18), and artistic creation (without the desire or intention to incite harm or violence); the right of a Human Being to life, food, shelter, water, basic income, universal healthcare, full bodily autonomy, and respect, regardless of their sex, gender identity, ethnicity, national origin, class, age, education, religion/spirituality, and/or disability. No law shall be created by the Governing Body of Beauland that infringes upon these Human Rights.
The Governing Body of Beauland does not influence its Citizens, but rather, its Citizens can choose to take part in the Nation of Beauland, creating their own societal structure through their own cooperation (or lack thereof). The Royalty of Beauland, acting as the Governing Body of Beauland, does not control its Citizens, though it can reject Citizens and recind Citizenship if it chooses so that a Citizen or non-Citizen cannot do any harm in the name of the Nation of Beauland.
The Army and Navy have little power over the people of the Nation of Beauland and are strictly in place to protect and serve the Nation; they do not have a higher place in any social hierarchy in the Nation of Beauland.
Education is handled at the Citizen level, where all Citizens may teach themselves and each other whatever skills they believe will benefit themselves and each other to create a better, more unified Nation of Beauland. There shall be no state sponsored or governmentally controlled education.
SECTION 8.
It is the understanding of the Governing Body of Beauland that the future is uncertain, and that as the world changes, there will be consequences of changes unforeseen by the Governing Body of Beauland at the time of drafting and creating The Governing Law and Constitution of the Nation of Beauland. It is in the best interest of the Nation of Beauland that The Governing Law and Constitution of the Nation of Beauland be revisited and Amended as needed every 10 years by The Governing Body of Beauland so that it better reflects the world in which it and the Nation of Beauland exist.
With the digital signing of The Governing Law and Constitution of the Nation of Beauland, the Governing Body of Beauland does ratify The Governing Law and Constitution of the Nation of Beauland.
His Royal Softness Prince Nathaniel Cherubim Igneus-Valentine, Head of the Pink Branch of the Governing Body of Beauland, also known as "Beauland"
His Royal Starriness, Baron Surya Sungod, Head of the Blue Branch of the Governing Body of Beauland
His Royal President, King Theodore Beauland Bearson III, Head of the White Branch of the Governing Body of Beauland
