So yeah recent news have confirmed that two new Transformers movies are part of a new direction Paramount’s taking with the new franchise after confirming that the Bay universe is finished the moment the Bumblebee movie became a hit.

But what makes this newsworthy is that one of the two planned movies happens to be based on Beast Wars! As someone who grew up with the Beast Wars era which was how I was introduced to Transformers in the first place. So not only will the G1 fans will be seeing more of the G1 rebooted movie universe set up by the Bumblebee film but the Beast Wars fans will be also seeing the characters they grew up with get a chance at the big screen. What a time to be a fan in general. :D
