In which both Leo and reader get grilled by their families, because of the "pretty eyes".
Warnings: Spelling, loong.
The reader and the turtles are 19.
—--------------------------------------
“They call him… The Batman”, Donnie said, reading from his computer screen, causing Leo to break from his starting contest with the wall. He didn’t even remember how he got to staring at the wall. He remembers returning to the abandoned cafe with his brothers, after their meeting with this, Batman and… her. She had said his eyes were pretty. No way she actually meant it. Not with eyes like hers. They were… Leo did not know how to describe them… deep? Colorful? Lively? Filled with emotion-, oh this is how he ended up zoning out in the first place.
Leo was once again pulled out of his thoughts, as Raph started yelling about how stupid it was to use half an hour to google something he could have guessed in seconds.
“I’ve read rumors about a supernatural bat creature in Gotham, but I assumed that he was an urban legend, or that he was a mutant like us”, Donnie said deeply fascinated.
“That guy was definitely human”, Leo finally spoke. “And I think his super natural powers are just his gadgets. Anything about the girl?” Leo could see Raph facepalm out of the corner of his eye.
“Nothing”, Donnie said. “Only stuff about this Batman, or whatever he is”. Why did that pull down on Leo’s mood? No information about her at all?
“We already know what he is!” Mikey was practically dancing at the whiteboard. “He’s awesome!... Unless he’s a bad guy… That would make him… 40% less awesome”. Leo could already tell by the look on Raph’s face that he wanted to punch their little brother all the way back to New York.
“No one knows his motives, but it does appear that he only attacks criminals”, Donnie continued. “Especially this clown guy”.
“So he wears a Dracula costume and punches clowns. Who cares?!”, yelled Raph. “The dirtbag stole my sai!”
“Dracula costume? What kind of Dracula movies have you been watching?”, Donnie muttered.
“Is that why that girl hang around him?!”, Mikey yelled from his whiteboard, jumping with the same enthusiasm he had shown ever since they arrived in Gotham. “He has bitten her and now she is under his control? This city just gets better and better!”
“I don’t think so Mikey. She did say Leo had pretty eyes”, Donnie said. “Hypothetically, I don’t think a human under vampire control would say that. I actually don’t even think vampires in fiction can control people like that…”
Leo already hated this conversation.
“Look all I’m saying is Shredder stole the ooz from TCRI and came to Gotham, we know he’s been working with a new partner, right? It’s gotta be this bat creep and that Leo loving sidekick he has around”, Raph said, exasperated.
Leo remained unmoving with his arms crossed, but the mentioning of the girl made something move in his stomach.
“I’m not so sure”, Leo said. “The way they fought, avoiding lethal blows. They wanted to figure us out. Like a detective".
“She wanted to figure you out”, Raph mumbled, just loud enough for Leo to hear it. Leo would have spoken up, and Mikey not done it first.
“Okay bros. I broke it down”, he said, pointing to his drawings on the whiteboard. “Awesome: Little bat throwing things, cool car, sweet hat, Leo’s first girlfriend. Not awesome: Kicked our butts, may be evil, mean voice, Leo’s first heartbreak”.
“Either way”, Leo broke in, before giving his brothers any chance to add on to Mikey’s whiteboard Batman and sidekick breakdown. “After Wayne Enterprises, we have no idea where the Foot will be next. The Batman is our only lead”.
Donnie nodded. “Whether friend or foe, he and his sidekick was at the scene of the crime. And if you give me a minute, I think I’ve gotten an idea”.
---
“I was right outside!” you yelled like a spoiled child, waving your arms in the air, while Batman carefully looked at the magnifying glass in front of him, a sample he had taken from the sai laying in the little glass tray. “I did nothing but watch those metahumans kick Penguin’s butt! I could have helped you!”
“I did not need help”, Batman said, stoic as he always was when wearing that mask. “I had it under control”.
“That blood in your mouth said otherwise”, you sighed leaning against the deck next to you. This man was stubborn and you knew it. It was no use fighting him on his opinions, as it would be a losing battle for anyone except him.
You heard the familiar sound of a grappling against metal, and saw as Batgirl made her way out of the air vent.
“Heard on the scanner that the police took in some of Penguin’s men. Said they were jumped by four crazy frogs. I assume those were my lizard guys”, she said.
“Your lizard guys are strange”, you told Batgirl.
“They are turtles”, Batman said, pressing keys on the computer keyboard. “And the DNA on this weapon suggests they were mutated by an outside agent”.
“Mutant ninja turtles”. You raised a brow. “And me who thought Gotham couldn’t get any stranger”.
“The technology the ninjas have already stolen could be used to refine a mutagen like that”, Batgirl noted. “But why?”
“The cloud-seeder is the last piece of the puzzle. Which is why I had to move it to a secure location outside of Gotham”.
“I really wished you guys brought me in on this!”, Batgirl said. “I mean I saw the monsters first. It’s my case”.
“And pass up the opportunity to watch them swordfight Penguin later in the future? No way! I had front seat tickets!”
“There were too many unknowns. You could have gotten hurt. Both of you”. Batman turned his attention towards you. “You have to be more careful, (Y/N)”.
“What do you mean? I was beating that blue one pretty good”.
“Yet you didn’t notice the red one almost tapped you from the back”.
You felt a movement in your stomach and cold run down your back, yet your face started to feel hot. You did not notice at all. When would that have happened?... How long did you look into those blue eyes? Did the red one see an opening, only for Batman to save you, while you were being engulfed in a mutant turtle’s eyes, not noticing the world around you?
“N- no, I didn’t”.
“No, and you’ll have to work on that before I start calling you for backup”. Feedback from Batman always sounded harsh. And it did make you feel self conscious. But when it came to fighting alongside Batman, it was a matter of life and death. “In the meantime”, Batman continued, before you could dig too deep into your own feelings. “I’ll need to start working on a way to counteract the mutagen”. Batman stood for a moment. “And for that I could use both of your help”.
You could feel a big smile form on your face as Batgirl thanked the man you saw as your father figure. It wasn’t often that he actually asked for your help, or any help at all, making this a rare occasion, forever saved in your memory.
“All though”, Batgirl said as Batman looked closer at the sai he had gotten from the red turtle. “If those creatures left the Penguin's men tied up for the police, maybe I was wrong about them”.
“Maybe”, was all Batman had to say about that.
The drive back to the Batcave from Wayne Enterprise was silent. With you and Batgirl squished together in one seat, while Batman was driving the Batmobile. The silence that was so common when it came to Batman. It was a far cry from the Bruce Wayne that had taken you in as his own daughter. I was as if the moment he took the mask on, he became a different person. Not less loving than the Bruce Wayne you had given the title father, but less expressive and harder to read.
“Pretty eyes?”, Batman said, finally breaking the silence. Batgirl looked at you in confusion.
“It caught him off guard didn’t it? I’ll say it worked”, you said, playing with a smile on your lips. The bat stayed silent. You knew that silence. It was not an approving silence. You tried playing it off, talking about something else. “Did you notice how easily excited the orange one got? And how mad that red one was? They kind of remind me of Robin-”.
“Your brother is not comparable to a bunch of ninja turtles”.
“Well you might think that”, you mumbled, thinking of your pestilence of an adopted brother, that often caused chaos in your daily life, by sneaking around Wayne Manor. “He does look a little like them”.
Batgirl turned to Batman. “Care to explain?”
Batman sighed. “(H/N) and the blue mutant had a moment where she told him he had pretty eyes”.
“A moment?”, Batgirl asked, slightly shocked.
“A stare down”, you said, feeling your cheeks getting hot.
“A moment”, Batman corrected. “Even his attacks became softer after she told him”.
“No they didn’t!”
“They did. And so did yours”.
With your cheeks on fire, you crossed your arms and leaned back into the seat you shared with Batgirl. The amused smile she was trying to hide, made you wish the Batmobile would swallow you on the spot.
Why did that damn turtle have to have such pretty eyes?

Part 1 Part 2 / Part 4 Part 5 Part 6 Part 7 Part 8 Part 9 Part 10 Part 11 Part 12 Part 13 Bonus (18+)
In which Leonardo and (H/N) meet again.
-------------------------------------
A/N: Just a friendly reminder, that the Robin in Batman Vs TMNT is Damian Wayne. The son of Bruce Wayne and Talia al Ghul. Aka, Ra’s al Ghul’s grandson. That little dude is trained to kill.
Warnings: Spelling, talk of breaking bones, only slight research on Damian Wayne, long af today.
The reader and the turtles are 19.
—--------------------------------------
When Donnie said he had an idea, Leonardo didn’t expect to involve an underwater cave network that Gotham City somehow had been hiding. Michelangelo was right, this city was bonkers, in more was than Leo ever had imagined.
Leo, Mikey and Raph followed Donnie through the never ending cave system, before finally breaking the water surface, in a lit tunnel. Leo’s first thought was wondering if Batman and his sidekick ever made use of these tunnels. How often did she wonder about these waters, if ever? It was a strange thought and Leo knew it, but somehow, everything he had seen along the way, had reminded him of her.
“Look”, Raph spoke up, breaking the silence and thoughts running through Leo’s head. “I love being an amphibian as much as the next guy-”.
“Amphibious”, Donnie corrected. “We’re still reptiles”.
“Yeah, thanks for that, but you sure this cave leads anywhere?”
“Glad you asked! I am sure actually”, Donnie started explaining. “I made a database of every reported Batman sighting, and ran them through an algorithm that-”.
“Donnie”. Leo placed a hand on his younger brother’s shoulder. "Nobody cares. Where are you taking us?” Leo tried to sound, well, at least a little happy, even though a little bundle of something was building up inside of him. Nervousness? Anxiety? Couldn’t be. Why would he be nervous or anxious?
“The answer should be right through…” Donnie turned and continued in the direction they had been walking in, only to be met by a big opening in the caves. To say that what they discovered was shocking, would be an understatement. A big open cave with what looked like a taxidermy dinosaur, several glass display cases with Batman costumes, and a giant coin among other things.
“Ta-da!”, Donnie stated with his arms out. “The… Bat… Man… Cave… Huh?”
“This is pretty cool”, Leo admitted. Why did he feel so small all of sudden?
“Pretty cool?!” Mikey already looked like a child that had had too much sugar. “This is amazing! I don’t know what to put my grabby paws on first!”
As Mikey started running around, screaming like a child, Leo casted a glance around the cave. All he was Batman but no… her. Not her in person, nor anything that indicated you spend time here. Was it wrong that Leo had kind of hoped you’d be there? That when he and his brothers emerged from the water, you would be there, ready for another round? It was because he wanted to beat you. Or that was at least what he told himself. It wasn’t in line with how he saw himself, but he would much rather admit to wanting revenge, so he didn’t have to admit to anything else. Like how he hoped you would comment his eyes again. Not that he would admit it, but the thought of you being that close to him again, made tingles erupt in his stomach.
For a second Leo was scared that he was the one that began to chur at the thought of you, only to realize it was Donatello, who had gotten his eyes on a big computer.
“I don’t see any sign that the Shredder, nor the Foot Clan have been here”, Leo said, desperately trying to distract himself from the thought of you.
“Yeah. And I just see the signs of a dude with too much time and way too much money on his hands”, Raph said, looking skeptically at the Batman costumes.
“Most of these files are encrypted too heavily”, sounded Donnie’s voice from in front of the big computer. “But it looks to me like Batman has been tracking the laboratory break ins, like he’s been looking for the Foot’s next move! Same as us!”
“Hey guys! Check it out!” All three brothers turned, in fear of what Mikey had gotten himself into now. They found Mikey, sitting on top of the taxidermy t-rex, dressed in a Batman cape. “I’m Batman! And I’m riding a t-rex! I’ve never been so happy in my entire life!”
Leo’s first thought was to look around, slightly in fear of what you would think, if you found his little brother like that. “Mikey! Get down!”
“Nah man, I live up here now!”
“You should listen to him”.
Mikey turned to look at the source of this new voice, only to be met by a figure in the shadows right behind him. It was a boy. Not a very old one. Dressed in red, black, yellow and green, his eyes had a look that could kill. Yet Mikey didn’t find the child threatening in any way. Instead he turned his head to the side and let out an audible, “aww!”
The young boy sprung at Mikey, causing the two of them to fall off the t-rex and land on the ground, with Mikey’s back against the stone. Mikey held the boy above him, trying his best to hold his small hands away from his face.
“Take that mask off! Now!”, the boy yelled through gritted teeth, while Mikey was struggling to keep the mask on.
“Help!”, Mikey yelled out. “A tiny dude is like, totally trying to kill me!”
All brothers rushed to help Mikey, as the young boy pulled the mask and cap off of Mikey before jumping back, greeting distance between the two. Leo cursed himself, as his first thoughts were; did you know this kid? Did he know you?
“What are you, like five?”, Donnie asked, taken aback by the young boy in front of him.
“How did you get in here?!”, the boy asked, before jumping over Donatello, taking his bow staff and hitting him in the back of his head with it.
Leo stepped forwards with his hands held up. “Hey little guy. We didn’t come here to fight”. But Leo should have known better. Just like you, this little guy knew when to take advantage of an opening. Using Donatello’s bow staff, he hit the side of both of Leo’s knees, making them crack in a horrible way. “Jes!”, Leo yelled out, falling to the ground. At least you didn’t try to break his legs. Leo would much rather have fought against you, and not this little demon of a child.
All four of the turtle brothers were taken aback by the boy's fighting skills. Leo’s knees were aching, Donnie’s head was hurting, and Raph’s arms would soon form black marks. And the fight hadn't even been five minutes. It ended when Mikey yelled “sneak attack”, before tackling the boy, causing them to tumble around, ending with Mikey on top of the boy, retracted into his shell. The boy screamed all sorts of things out of anger, including how he would have their heads. Leo found the scene strange, just like all the other things he had seen in Gotham. Yet, there was something strangely wholesome about it. Almost domestic. A young boy being sat upon, by what felt like a teasing older brother.
Leo almost had to shake those thoughts out of his head. This wasn’t wholesome nor domestic. They were in Batman’s home (Leo wouldn’t point fingers. He and his family called the sewers home), and this little gremlin might have known something they didn’t.
“Let’s just try and reason with him, before-”. The sound of a car engine cut Leo off mid sentence. “...that”. He already had a suspicion of who it might be.
The Batmobil drove into the cave at full speed, before Batman jumped out of it, landing in front of them with this strong stare, followed by you and Batgirl. Leo had not expected his stomach to jump at the sight of you. Neither had you expected the sight of the blue turtle to make your stomach drop. Maybe it was the conversation with Batman and Batgirl, that now caused the fast heartbeat in your chest, at the sight of the turtle. Or maybe it was the sight of one of them sitting on your little brother, that caused you to clench your fists.
“Get off Robin”. He narrowed his eyes. “Now!”
The orange turtle got off of your brother, and turned to try and help him. Robin, as proud as he was sometimes, refused the turtle’s help, pulling his arm away.
“How did you get into this cave?” You unclenched your fist at the sound of Batman’s voice. Most people would find his tone scary, fearing the angry outburst that would never come. But to you and your bat family, it was a comfort. Batman cared about you, Robin, Batgirl and all of those that came before, and that meant he was willing to protect all of you from any danger. Especially strange turtles that have made it into the Batcave.
Leo took notice of your unclenching fists, and your position just behind. Covered enough to be protected, yet open enough to jump in if needed. Robin, found his place beside Batman, close enough for you to put a protective hand on his shoulder. That weird domestic picture formed in Leo’s head once more.
“Oh, well”, Donnie started. “There weren’t many security measures in the northern tunnel. We had to swim for a bit, but…” Donnie stopped as Batman frowned his brows. “I’m realizing you actually don’t want constructive criticism right now”, Donnie said, slowly pulling his head back into his shell.
“What I want are answers”, Batman said, eyes unmoving as he stared the turtles down.
“Look”. Leo stepped forward, causing you to tighten your grip on Robin’s shoulder, just a bit. But it was enough for Robin to notice, making him shoot you a questioning glare. “We’re not here to fight. My name is Leonardo”. Your grip softened on Robin’s shoulder, causing him to look at you in even more confusion. He knew you were a more expressive type than he and his father, and the sight of four mutant turtles in the Batcave might have shocked you, but so many reactions at once were not common. Not even for you.
Leonardo continued. “These are my brothers. Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo”. The orange turtle started waving at the mention of his name.
“Seriously?”, Batgirl asked, showing more amusement than the rest of the bat family.
“Our father was really into renaissance painters”, Donatello clarified.
“And he’s a rat!”, Michelangelo added.
Robin turned his head towards you. “Did… Did he just say a rat?”, he asked in a hushed tone.
“He did”, you nodded.
Leonardo had to breathe for a moment, after hearing your voice, before continuing. “We’re not your enemy. We came to stop Shredder and the Footclan. Honestly, we thought you might be Shredder’s new partner”.
Robin turned to you once more. “Foot?” You shrugged.
“Shredder”, Batman repeated. “So that’s his name... I’ve heard of a Footclan, but I thought they went extinct ages ago”.
“They’re ninja”, Raphael said. “You know, sneaky”. He moved his hands up in front of his face, as if he was hiding behind them.
“Sooooo…”. Robin moved from your protective hand and straight to the side of Batman. “Are we not going to beat up these green losers?”
Batman looked down towards his son. “It’s not looking like it, no”.
Robin sighed out loud, and you couldn’t stop yourself from smiling. Leo saw as you crossed your arms, and moved all your weight to your left leg, coming ever so slightly out from Batman’s protection.
“Then I may as well tell you that I know exactly who the Shredder and the Foot are working with”, your brother said, letting the small anger building inside of him overshadow his slight disappointment. And when you heard him say the name of his grandfather, you very well understood that anger.
“They are strange”, Robin told you, watching as Batman and Batgirl was talking to the turtles.
“They are indeed strange”, you agreed, fidgeting with whatever gadget you had in your hand, fighting the urge to look up. Because if you looked up, you would look at him. And if you looked at him, he would notice. And if he would notice, then so would Batman, and so would Robin, and Batgirl, and all of Leonardo’s brothers… Better just to focus on… what it was you had in your hand…
“I tried to break the blue one’s legs with the purple’s bow staff”, Robin said, his eyes shining proud. You finally dared to look in the direction of Leonardo, focusing on his legs. You couldn’t see any signs of injury.
“You should have aimed for the knee caps”, you told him, eyes still on the knees of the turtles.
“I did!”, Robin exclaimed, laying flat against the table. “And he did fall! But they didn’t break!”
You took a chance and looked at Leonardo’s face, studying for any signs of discomfort. None. None at all.
That should have been it. You should have looked away, so you could concentrate on that thing you had in your hand. But you didn’t. Your eyes stayed on Leonardo’s face. He was listening to something Batman told him. Most likely information about Ra's al Ghul. He looked very concentrated, with his brows frowning and his arms crossed. You noted that he was almost as stoic as Batman. You haven’t seen him smile a single time. No smiles when he fought the Penguin, no smiles in the alley, and no smiles in the Batcave. The only time you had seen him other than frowning, was when you told him he had pretty eyes.
Robin noticed your sudden silence, and looked at you in confusion. His sister never left him unanswered. She would never let an opportunity to tease him fly. But then he noticed how you had stopped fumbling with your glove, and now sat staring. Confused he looked from you, to what your eyes had been caught by.
Leonardo?
Robin looked back and forth a few times, before it finally clicked for him. He slammed his hand flat against the table, causing you to yelp and stare at your shocked little brother.
“Are you crushing on a turtle?!”
You slapped your hand against his mouth so fast, that the young Robin could only scream and fight. Confused by the sudden commotion, all of them turned to look at you.
“What did he say?”, Mikey asked, obviously intreacted
“Uh”, you said in a slight panic, trying to hold Robin still as he was lashing out against you. “He asked where Alfred was! He’s so hungry he could eat a turtle!” Batman started rubbing the bridge of his nose.
You were going to beat Damian so hard the moment Bruce looked away!

-----------
A/N: We are adding some friendly drama today, ulalala.
-----------
Batman still hasn’t woken up after Arkham. Batgirl is hiding something about Donnie, and you and Leo have a moment.
Warnings: None as far as I can think of other than spelling💙
The reader and the turtles are 19.
-----------
Sometimes you wondered where on earth you would be without Alfred. Had he not been a part of your life, you weren’t sure how any of you would be able to get Bruce back home safely. And you had to admit, there was something badass about watching your father’s usually mild mannered butler drive the Batmobile out the gates of Arkham Asylum, with Bruce and Damian in the back, just in time before the police got there.
You stayed back at the asylum with Batgirl and the turtles, standing in the entrance with all the inmates groaning or unconscious on the floor, as commissioner Gordon drove up to the front door. The commissioner was stunned, staring at the inmates, shocked by their mutated state, registering only a few of the words Leonardo told him, as he explained what had transpired.
“Crime fighting mutant turtles, and a mutant snake Joker”, he sighed, rubbing his forehead, looking at the anti ooze Donatello had handed him. “I should really go on a vacation soon”.
You couldn’t blame the poor guy. He rarely had any days off, and you could only imagine how he was stressing him out. This city was never quiet, and with the still expanding addition of mutants, made it all worse for him.
With the police updated and the situation under control, all six of you made your way back to Wayne Manor. Raphael grumbled all along the way, about how he was going to punch Shredder and Ra’s al Ghul’s faces in with his bare fists.
“That’s good and all”, Leo told him over his shoulder as you jumped over the roofs. “But we have to find them first”.
Leo was right. After your visit at Arkham Asylum, you were no closer to finding either Ra’s or Shredder, nor any closer to understanding what they wanted to use Joker’s venom for. Everything was still one big mystery to all of you.
Once at Wayne Manor, you were quick to find both Alfred and Robin in the Batcave, both attending to Batman on the table. It was a scary sight. Damian looked slightly fearful, but Alfred looked as calm as ever, eyes on his pocket watch while feeling Batman’s pulse through two fingers on his neck. You felt your guts tighten, nervousness spreading throughout your body.
“Is he going to be okay?”, you asked the butler, your eyes never leaving your father’s mask covered face.
“There’s nothing to fear, Miss (H/N)”, Alfred said, shooting you a small smile. “Master Donatello was right. The master is going to be alright”.
You breathed a sigh of relief, feeling Leonardo’s comforting hand on your shoulder, his pretty blue eyes as sincere as could be, with a reassuring smile on his lips.
“When do you think he’ll wake up?”, Robin asked, worry still painted in his eyes as he took Batman’s hand in his, hoping to gain some sort of comfort.
“That is hard to say, Master Robin”, Alfred sighed, before turning towards you and the turtles. “It could very easily take some time before Batman wakes up, so in the meantime, it would probably be a good idea to show our guests the rooms they spend the night in”.
Mikey gasped, clapping his hands together with sparkles in his eyes. “Rooms?! As in, rooms with beds?! Real beds, and not just some tables in an old abandoned coffee shop?!”
You looked at Leo in confusion, raising your eyebrow as a way to ask him. “We’ve been spending the past few nights in an old abandoned coffee shop”, he sighed, trying to ignore your shocked expression and Batgirl’s giggles.
“How… accommodating”, Alfred hesitated before walking toward the exit. “Follow me gentleman, and I’ll show you to your rooms”.
The turtles looked at each other, shrugged, before following Alfred, all while Mikey skipped in his step, happy to finally be able to sleep in a soft bed once again.
As the evening went on, each of the turtles were shown to one of the many guest rooms throughout Wayne Manor. Alfred, who did not want the guys to tear up the place while he was asleep, and assigned them rooms as far away from each other as possible, first walking Mikey to his room, so he wouldn’t be able to know what halls his brothers were sleeping in.
As the four turtles made themselves at home in their momentary rooms, you stayed back in the Batcave with Barbara and Damian, watching over Bruce. All three of you, getting tired after a long night of unease, had removed your masks. You sighed as you took it off, rubbing your tired eyes, feeling a little bit of relief from taking the fabric off of your face.
Damian stayed close to your father, positioning himself on a stole, allowing him to watch over the dark knight. You sat yourself on an adjacent table, watching Barbara as she worked on the chemicals on the table in front of her. Anything that could help Bruce was appreciated, and maybe she could make something that could help him wake up.
But as you watched Barbara work, you couldn’t help but think of what Damian had asked her and Donnie, back at Arkham. “We didn’t interrupt your snugging, did we?” That comment repeated in your head, along with the way you had seen Leo smirk at Donnie when Barbara had caught Joker off guard. Your little brother was a little piece of shit sometimes, but there were times where he noticed things that you never even had thought of.
“So”, you asked, playing with the end of your left sleeve, thinking of the best way to ask. “Did you and Donnie kiss?”
Barbara almost knocked over all the glass tubes in front of her before shooting you a hard glare. Okay, maybe that had been too straightforward.
“It is questions like those that make me refuse to believe you and Damian ain’t actually related”, she retorted, turning back to the chemical balance she held by a cup.
“That was not the answer I was looking for”, you teased, leaning back onto the table, letting your head roll onto your shoulder. “But for real, did you and Donnie kiss in Arkham?”
“I have a better question for you, (Y/N)”, she said, not taking her eyes off the glass tube she now held in her hand, rotating it in circles. “Did you and Leo kiss?”
That question shocked you. Blinking a few times, you had to connect the wires in your brain.
“No”, you said, wondering how it wasn’t obvious. “My dad was there throughout the whole thing! Obviously we wouldn’t have kissed with him around”.
“So you would have kissed him if Bruce wasn’t around?”, she asked, a smirk on her lips, causing Damian to erupt in laughter. Fuck. You had fallen straight into her trap.
“That’s not what I said!”, you exclaimed, feeling yourself getting cornered.
“Well, that’s what it sounded like”, Barbara smiled. “It makes sense, I mean, didn’t he have pretty eyes?”
You blushed so hard that Damian was practically rolling on the floor, screaming about how busted you were. Your little crush on Leo was no longer so little, nor as hidden as you had thought it was.
You jumped from the table and down onto the floor, your cheeks still burning brightly red, steam practically fuming out of your ears as you started marching for the stairs. Anything to get away from those two, and the chaos that you had brought upon yourself.
“Whatever”, you grumbled. “I’m going to my room. Tell me when there’s food”.
“Say hey to Leo for me!”, Barbara yelled after you, once again making Robin laugh. It was a wonder how Bruce hadn’t woken up from all that noise yet.
Once you got to your room, you slammed the door shut behind you, before letting out a frustrated sound. Of course that was where Barbara had to turn the conversation. You should have known. You loved that girl like a sister, but her smart brains made her a horror to banter with, because she would often win… if not always.
With a sigh, you threw your mask onto your large bed, before turning towards your closet. You had now been wearing that superhero costume for what felt like days, and you were very much looking forward to wearing something else. You pulled some soft comfy closing for the closet, before shutting it and turning back towards your bed. But when you suddenly noticed that you weren’t alone in your room anymore, an unknown presence standing right beside you, your now open door casting their face in a shadow, you moved fast. You dropped the close in your hand, before kicking out the strangers legs, making them fall to the ground with a groan, before you jumped on the, pressing your forearm against their neck, only to notice a pair of pretty blue eyes staring back at you.
“Leo!”, you gasped, hurrying to stand up. “Are you okay?”
“Y- yeah, I think so”, he mumbled, rubbing his head. You took slight pity on him, before extending your hand to him, helping him up from your bedroom floor.
“I know you’re a ninja and all, but please don’t sneak up on me like that”.
“S- sorry, old habit”, he stammered. “I- I just wanted to check and see if you were okay”.
You turned your head to the side, looking questionable ast him, wondering where this sudden stammer came from. “Why wouldn’t I be okay?”
“Y- you know, after all that happened at A- Arkham, both with Scarecrow and y- your father…” Leo ceased to talk when you placed a hand on his shoulder, looking up at him.
“Are you okay, Leo?”, you asked, concern in your voice. “I’ve never heard you stammer before. Is everything okay?”
“Yeah, it’s just”. He swallowed, biting his lip before he allowed himself to continue. “You’re not wearing your mask”. Oh. You turned your head, catching a glimpse of your mask, laying in the foot of your bed. Sudden nervousness washed over you, causing you to quickly remove your hand from his shoulder.
“Oh… yeah… I forgot…”, you mumbled. “Sorry about that”.
“I’m the one that should say sorry”, Leo admitted, letting out a small chuckle. “It was me that came into your room without knocking”.
You didn’t know what to say. The realization that this was the first time that Leo really saw your face, made your hands sweaty and your heart beating relentlessly, as if it tried to jump out of your ribcage. With Leo’s eyes watching your face, the only thing you felt like you could do was looking down at your feet, trying to hide your second blush in the past hour.
Leo didn’t know what came over him, because suddenly his hand was on your chin, tilting your face up towards him, letting his eyes wander across your features once more.
“You’re really pretty, (Y/N)”, Leo murmured, almost absentmindedly.
“Says the guy with the pretty eyes”, you retorted with a smile, causing Leo to chuckle lightly, momentarily avoiding your gaze. He was trying not to blush. How adorable. He licked his lip before giving it a small bit, looking back at you. Maybe you were seeing this, but you swore that he was closer to you now. The hand that still rested on your chin subconsciously tucking you towards him.
“You really think my eyes are that pretty?”, he asked, anticipation showing itself in his blue orbs.
You bit your lower lip before giving him a small nod, never dropping the intense eye contact the two of you had created with your close proximity. “If I didn’t I wouldn’t keep saying it, would I?”
Leo chuckled once more, this time not moving his eyes from yours. Then his eyes flickered down to your lips for a moment. You could only wonder what he was thinking of, but you did have a qualified guess. You would be lying if you said you hadn’t had the same thought about his lips.
Your heart skipped a beat as your faces got closer. Leo could feel your breath against his lips, making his own heart flutter. It felt wrong not to hold you in this moment, so Leo reached for your waist with his other hand, his fingertips softly gracing your side, as if he was scared it wasn’t okay. Your own fingers graced his arms, as a way to tell both you and him that it was okay.
You were so close. So close that you could almost feel Leo’s lips against your own, and as you closed your eyes, his striking blue ones were still clear in the eye of your mind. Those damn pretty eyes.
“Guys!”, a happy voice sounded from the hallway. You and Leo jumped from each other, just in time before Mikey stood in the doorway, a bright smile that soon was replaced by confusion, when he saw you and Leo’s flustered stages and your heavy breathing. You could only imagine how it looked from his perspective.
“What?”, Leo asked, fighting the blush that was forming on his face, trying his best not to sound annoyed.
“Well, I just wanted to hear if you two wanted pizza for dinner, or if we should get Alfred to cook, but if you two want to be alone…”
“Do whatever you like, Mikey”, Leo said, sounding more frustrated than he had intended. “Whatever you decide is probably good”.
“In that case!”, Mikey smiled brightly, with a mischievous glint in his eyes. “Alfred said he could get everything ready in half an hour, so don’t get too busy with each other!”
You sucked in a breath of pure surprise, feeling your body stiffen at his statement. Leo too was beyond flustered by this comment.
“Mikey!”, he yelled at his little brother, as the orange clad turtle ran away with a manic laugh. Still flustered, Leo turned towards you, embarrassment written all over his face. You could only imagine how you looked. Eyes wide and limbs stiffer than wood.
“Is he always that annoying?”, you asked, looking for a way to ease the tension.
“Yes”, Leo sighed. “All day, every day”.
“Sounds like Damian”, you sighed, shaking your head with a small smile. “Come, we should probably go to the dining hall before Mikey and Damian start putting together a narrative”.
“Sounds like a good idea”, Leo said, following you out of your bedroom.
The next morning you woke up earlier than the rest of the household, before making your way to the kitchen. Here you found a sleepy Damian eating breakfast made by Alfred, trying his best to stay awake.
“Damn, what happened to you?”, you asked, pouring yourself a glass of orange juice.
“Michelangelo got the bedroom next to mine”, Damian grumbled, poking at his eggs and bacon.
“And what’s wrong with that?”, you asked. “I thought you liked Mikey after he saved father”.
“I liked him, until he started snoring”, he growled, poking a hole into the egg yoke. He stared at it for a moment, before a mischievous smile appeared on his face. “Talking about like, guess what”.
“What?”, you asked confused as Alfred served you your quick breakfast.
“I saw Donatello in the hallway last night, long after dinner”, the little demon smiled.
“So?”, you asked, taking a sip of your orange juice.
“Donnie’s guest room is on a different wing. Barbara’s guest room is opposite of mine”. You almost choked on your orange juice, coughing in order to clear your airway. Damian placed his hands behind his head with a self satisfied smile. “So maybe your questions weren’t so far off last night”.
“Have you just given me dirt on Barbara, in case she dismisses my questions about her and Donnie again?”, you asked, chest still hurting from the orange juice.
“Yes I did”, he said, poking his fork into the egg.
“You really do love to watch the world burn, don’t you?”
“Thank my grandfather for that”, he said, chewing the egg with a smile.

Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 Part 4 Part 5 Part 6 Part 7 Part 8 Part 9 / Part 11 Part 12 Part 13 Bonus (18+)
-------------
A/N: I’ll say that part 10 is a milestone, and that after this, I’ll go to bed. See y'all tomorrow😂💙
-------------
Warnings: I guess fighting is a warning and spelling.
The reader and the turtles are 19.
-------------
Stocked up on anti ooze, all of you jumped into your respective vehicles, before heading towards Ace. You found yourself stuffed into the Turtle Van, alongside Raphael, Donatello, Batgirl, Robin and of course, Leonardo. You wouldn’t have complained if you had been able to find yourself in such a tight space with the blue eyes ninja turtle, but since he was driving the van, it made that pretty much impossible. Especially when your little brother had decided to take up the passenger seat, going so far as to blow raspberries your way, when you told him to put on a seat belt.
All in all, the Turtle van was… something. It was not what you had expected, but well, it was able to drive, though it shrieked at every turn of the wheels. Your brother clearly wasn’t impressed, sitting on the passenger seat with folded arms, judging Leonard’s driving with every movement.
“So you ride around in this thing, on purpose?”, Robin asked, once again looking around the van with a judgmental look. That was when you noticed Leo’s small smirk in the front mirror, before he pulled on a leaver beside him, causing the van to - what would be the best way to describe it? - Armour up. A slightly tinted glass was brought down before the front window, and from the back of the van, an engine emerged, fire spurring out of the exhaust pipes.
The new speed of the van surpassed Batman’s Batmobile for a time, causing you and Batgirl to grab onto the front seat, fighting to keep yourselves standing, all while Robin lightened up in shock and amazement.
“Okay, that’s cool!”, your brother exclaimed, holding on tight to his seat.
You looked up to the mirror once more, where you once again caught the eye of Leo, along his small smug grin that made your stomach tingle.
It didn’t take long before Ace Chemicals emerged at the end of the street. Its big black gates closed, and its towering walls looming over you, with torches of fire lining the walls and the roofs of the facility. In some ways it reminded you of Arkham Asylum, with the addition of fire and metal piping.
But your upcoming arrival at Ace Chemicals did not go unnoticed. Shredder and Ra’s al Ghul’s men saw all of you come down the street, once again with Batman in the lead. The men upon the wall was given the order, pulling the strings of their bows, sending explosive arrows raining down over you. The arrows blew up around the van and the Batmobile, both swerving in order to avoid them. Two sharp turns from Leo, sent you crashing to the back of the front seat, your hands instinctively latching on to Leo’s shoulders. Robin was about to comment on how this wasn’t the time to flirt with the driver, men then you all caught a glimpse of the rocket launcher at the top of the wall. You could almost hear Mikey scream from the Batmobile.
In a swift move, Leo pressed the pedal to the metal, heading up in front of the Batmobile, where he used the back of the van as a ramp, deflecting the rocket, sending it into a jump before it collided with the road further back.
The explosion shocked the van, and you could not help but stare in shock at Leo. “Did- did you just?”, you asked in amazement.
“I did!”, Leo smiled, continuing the van forward as more arrows came raining down around you.
As the van got closer and closer to the gate, many of the men at the top started to run off, not wishing to be coladural in the collision course the van was set on. Those at the top that did not get away in time, was sent flying as the van broke through the gates.
“What a nice place”, Donnie said, the sarcasm in his voice was heavy, as he took in the surrounding containers you drove past, all in a straight line for the main building, topped with the all capital letters of ACE.
As Batman once again took the lead, out of the corner of your eye, you noticed one of the cranes turning, a container swinging at the end of it. You knew before it dropped, pointing at it, just as it started falling from the sky.
“Look out!”
The Batmobile just managed to slip past it, before it blocked your way. Leo, with the van going at a very high speed, made a sharp turn to the right, avoiding the container with only the side of the van scratched, heading down another path. The turn was so sharp that Robin flew out of the passenger seat, causing you to call out for him, telling him this was why you wanted him to wear a seat belt in the first place. Who would have thought that even in certain danger, you would still find a way to tell Robin; “I told you!”
Down the other path, Leo was the one to notice the crane moving once more, knowing exactly what it meant now. Especially when he saw the new container it was swinging around.
“Donnie”, Leo called out in a stern voice, and for a moment you wondered how he could keep so calm. He had just deflected a rocket, he had almost crashed the van, and the windshield was gone, having been torn off when the van scratched the container.
“On it!”, Donnie called back, heading to the back of the van, followed by Raph and Batgirl that helped him into the strange contraption you had seen when you had entered the van.
Adorned with a baseball helmet and a joystick-like shift in hand, Donnie was raised through an opening in the roof of the van. Using the shift, he maneuvered himself so that he was facing the crane. With his tongue poking out and a small smirk, Donnie aimed for the crane, his finger pressing down on one of the buttons on the shift.
"Bossanova".
A manhole cover, painted to look like a pizza, was sent flying through the air, and into the glass of the command post of the crane. You could only imagine the confused expression on the crane operator’s face, before his post was gunned down by more manhole covers.
Just as you thought you could breathe a sigh of relief, for at least one second, an arrow shot straight through the side view mirror, causing you to jump at the piercing sound. That was when one of Leo’s hands let go of the wheel, resting on top of the one you still had placed on his shoulder, giving it a comforting squish.
“Raph! Batgirl!”, Leo called out to the people in the back of the van. “You’re up!” He didn’t even have to say it twice, before both Raph and Batgirl was ready, both on their motorcycles.
Donnie had turned his attention towards the pursuing motorcycles, shooting manhole covers at them. Yet the men dogged, heading straight up to the sides of the van. One even managed to climb onto the side of the van. But his time on the van was short lived, as Raph and Batgirl’s motorcycles shot out from the sides, sending the men flying off. In the last pieces of the side mirror, you could see both Batgirl and Raph punch and kick every motorcycle they came by, taking the men by surprise.
Leo did another sharp turn, bumping the other side of the van against the wall of containers. You stumbled and fell into the passenger seat, causing Leo to look away from the road ahead of him for a short moment.
“Where the hell did you get your driver's license?”, you asked, rubbing your temples.
Leo chuckled, almost in relief as his eyes found their way back on the road. “In New York of course”.
You were about to make a joke, mentioning how you would never travel to New York if that was how people were driving. But then you heard the creaking sound of containers, and saw the bright yellow eyes in the left side view mirror.
“We got mutants!”, Raph yelled from the motorcycle, confirming your suspicion.
Soon the road and the top of the containers were roaming with humans turned animal mutants, all growling and roaring in your direction. Donnie directed his fire at them, taking out both a hippo and a lion, before a wolf sprung on him, pushing him to the flat surface of the roof.
“Nice murder wolf, uhg…”, Donnie said, using his bow staff to keep him off.
“I got this”, Robin said, crawling to the top of your van through your sisterly protests.
Like a small lighting, Robin was on the roof in no time, kicking the now yelping dog off Donnie, before helping him to stand. They exchanged friendly smiles, before the roof was swarmed by more mutants. With bow staff in hand, Donnie was ready to defend Robin. But to his surprise, the boy wonder pulled out a smaller stick, and with one small button push, it extended to a full size yellow bow staff. With a battle cry, he jumped on them, soon finding him and Donatello jumping and kicking over one another, reading and aiding each other with ease.
As you watched everything from the side view mirror, you turned to Leonardo, his eyes focused on keeping the van in line with all the moving around on top of it.
“What do you want me to do?”, you asked the leader in blue, waiting for him to give you some kind of order.
“Nothing”, Leo answered, not taking his eyes off the road. “You stay in the van”.
“What?!”, you exclaimed in bewilderment. Both of your families was out there, fighting a battle against an army of mutants, and he did not want you to help? What the hell was that about?!
“You heard me”, he said, still not looking away from the road. “You can’t go out there”.
“But why?!” You could feel the frustration and confusion build up inside of you. You were ready to go!
“You just can’t, okay!”, he said, sounding like a scolding parent, his eyes shooting you a warning look.
“I can’t just sit around, Leo!”, you yelled. “At least give me a reason!”
Leo opened his mouth, ready to yell out an answer, when the van suddenly was pushed hard to the side by a mutant elephant. Leo turned the wheel, making the van turn shaply once more. You yelped when Donnie’s irritated face showed up, upside down by your window.
“Hey!”, Donnie yelled angrily, slamming his fists against the window. “We’re still out here!”
“I know! I know!”, Leo yelled back, stress building up inside of him.
“Leo”, you said, catching his attention once more. His pretty blue eyes almost looked like they did back in Arkham. He was scared. “Why can’t I go?”
“Because…”. Leo bit his lip as his eyes flickered between you and the road. “Because I won’t let you get hurt, okay! I care about you too much to let that happen! I don’t think I’ll be able to live with myself if you got hurt! Especially not after Arkham!”
You were somewhat shocked by Leonardo’s outburst. The extent of his emotions was like a surprise to you. It was obvious that he cared for you, everybody had noticed it, but you had never realized how much he cared for you.
Before you could comprehend and answer, Batgirl drove up on your side with the elephant mutant hot on her heels. Using her motorcycle, she lured him to a line of chemical tanks, sliding under them as he headbutted straight into them, slamming them together one by one. Batgirl was quick to get away on her motorcycle, before the mutant slammed the tanks against the wall, causing an explosion with Batgirl’s silhouette standing in front of it. You could only imagine how Donnie’s jaw dropped to the floor at the sight.
With everything quieting down on the roof, Donnie and Robin having thrown all the mutants of the van, and Raph and Batgirl flanking your sides, you headed straight for the main building. But then came the loud, earth shaking thuds.
A container got blown out of its alignment, separating you, Leo, Donnie and Robin from Raph and Batgirl. Leo brought the spinning van to a grinding halt, facing the dust cloud that hung in the air. The sudden jerk of the stop, caused you to be thrown off your seat and against Leo, you just managed to catch you, rubbing his head with his free hand.
“Didn’t you tell Robin something about a seat belt?”, he groaned. But you did not answer him. Instead you shut up, pointing through the dust cloud.
“Leo!”
Through the dust, you saw the eyes of a large mutant, wearing a Foot mask. But to your surprise, it wasn’t just any mutant, but a t-rex, its eyes directly on the van. It roared at you, breaking its mask, showcasing its many sharp teeth, before it stomped towards you.
“Aw, come on!”, Leo exclaimed, quickly putting the van in reverse, sending it squeaking down the road. Everything shook as it followed you, its roars hitting your ears. And that’s when you felt the light of a sudden bright idea.
“I’m going out there”, you said, getting up from the front seats.
“What?!”, Leo asked, his eyes wide, trying to grab for you, getting a grasp on your cape. “No!”
“Leo, let go!”, you said, pulling on your cape. “I have an idea!”
“Whatever it is, it’s going to get you killed!”
“No it won’t! Now, let go!”
“No!”
Then, out of nowhere, the sky to your right side illuminated in bright colors and fireworks, the Bat Signal being shown in flickering lights. Seemed like Mikey got to hit every button. But in the short moment Leo’s attention was caught by the sudden fireworks beyond the containers, you took this as the moment to jump out of his grasp and up onto the roof, with Leo calling out after you.
You found yourself up on the roof of the van, the wind blowing in your ears. You ignored the questioning looks by Donnie and Robin, before you started running towards the giant beast. By the use of your grappling hook, you jumped from the van and towards the mouth of the mutant dinosaur, throwing the anti ooze at its open jaws. The t-rex's eyes widened as it started turning human again, falling to the ground with a sound of discomfort.
As you fell towards the ground, you saw Raph’s motorcycle coming up to catch you. With one hand, he grabbed onto your arm and swung you onto the back of his motorcycle.
“That was pretty cool, (H/N)”, Raph yelled over the wind.
“I thought so too!”, you yelled back. “You think Leo saw it?”
“He better have”, Raph laughed, following his brothers in the van, as you all rushed towards the main building, relieved when you saw the Batmobile come in from the left hand side, continuing in the same direction as you.

How Would The Two Of You Work Through A Problem?
BatmanVsTmnt!Turtles x reader
Warnings: Spelling
Tumblr media
Leonardo:
As a boyfriend, Leo is the epitome of chivalry and loyalty. He's the one who plans thoughtful surprises, whether it's a rooftop dinner overlooking the city or a quiet movie night in the lair. His protective nature extends to your well-being, and he's always there to offer a strong and steady presence. Leonardo values communication and is open to discussing anything, making sure you feel heard and understood.
Yet Leo can be moody and quiet when something is bothering him. He may not hold grudges, but he will remember things that have happened. It can take him quite some time before he opens up about a problem, and when it happens it’s usually when he’s about to explode and meditation doesn’t help anymore. You often have to remind him that people aren’t mind readers, and if he has a problem he needs to communicate it.
Leo knows it’s a problem and actively works on it. He had found that dairies often helps him. With time he becomes better at communicating when something is bothering him. It usually starts with him telling you he needs a hug or a moment alone, before he ever so slowly explains what’s going on in his head. Raph didn’t listen to him, and that day it hurt him emotionally. Mikey broke his gift from Master Splinter, and even though it was an accident he took it personally. You didn’t catch it last night when he told you he loved you, and he knows you probably just didn’t hear him, but he started to overthink. With practice it becomes easier for him, and he is forever grateful that you was patient with him. You spend long hours with him, talking through his feelings about his brother's actions, before he would talk to them himself, calm and collective.
Tumblr media
Raphael:
Raph, is a fiercely protective boyfriend with a soft spot for you. He's not one for grand gestures, but his actions speak louder than words. Raphael is the one who stands up for you when needed, and his loyalty is unwavering. Underneath the tough exterior, he cares deeply and expresses his love through actions, whether it's training together or silently sharing a quiet moment.
But if there’s one thing Raph has issues with, it’s trust issues. It’s not that he doesn’t trust you, because he does, but he doesn’t trust the people around you. Steven at work complimented you? Alex from class asked you for a pen? Well, Raph will tell you what he thinks about it, often with colorful words. It has caused sarcastic comments and screaming matches between the two of you.
It was after one particularly bad argument that you and Raph came to the agreement that it couldn’t go on like that. You and him would say things you didn’t mean in the heat of the moment, hurting both of you. It wasn’t easy to start the conversation, but both of you wanted to fix this before it could ruin more than it already had. You talked about what caused the arguments, and how you both felt about it. Both of you gave each other time to speak out, listening closely and patiently at what the other had to say. You talked about Raph’s insecurities when it came to the human guys from school and work you told him about, and how it made him feel. You talked about how you felt like Raph didn’t trust you, when in actuality his anger and insecurities was directed at them. It was a conversation the two of you would have several times. Not because you guys didn’t listen, but because it was nice. It helped Raph feel more secure in his own feelings by voicing them, and it helped you gain a greater insight into his emotions.
Tumblr media
Donatello:
Donnie, the tech genius, is a caring and supportive boyfriend. He's the type to stay up late working on a project just to make a gadget that would make your life easier. His passion for knowledge extends to understanding you on a deep level, and he's a great listener. Donatello is always ready to help you solve problems, and his sense of humor adds a lightness to the relationship.
Donnie will often focus on fixing the problem instead of listening to what the problem is. You deeply appreciate it and adore him for trying, but sometimes you just need him to sit down and listen to what you’re feeling, without telling you what you should do about it, along with the numbers behind his thoughts and how he came to the conclusion. You know it’s just him trying to help, but it is not what you need at that moment. Donnie couldn’t help but get a little hurt whenever you told him not to talk about numbers and facts.
Finally you and Donnie have a sit down and talk about it. You’re looking for emotional support in these deep personal conversations to feel comfort, and Donnie found comfort in facts and things that could be observed. You agreed to use scales to measure emotions before talking about them. Are you sad? From 1 - 10, 1 being just a little down, and 10 being all the way down in the dumps. That would always make it way easier for Donnie to go into the conversation and be the supporter you needed in that moment. After each you would give each other feedback. Did you feel validated? Did Donnie feel validated? Did one of you accidentally cross a boundary? It is not easy talking about these things, but both you and Donnie are ready to work hard in order to make your relationship work, and to make sure that both of you feel emotionally validated.
Tumblr media
Michelangelo:
Mikey is the fun-loving and adventurous boyfriend. Every day with him feels like an exciting journey, filled with laughter and spontaneity. He's the master of surprises, planning impromptu pizza picnics on rooftops or midnight skateboard sessions through the city. Michelangelo's positivity is infectious, and he's the one who can turn a mundane day into an unforgettable adventure.
But sometimes Mikey will do before he thinks. He doesn’t do it out of ill intent and often just doesn’t think about how his actions may affect others. Will eat the leftover pizza you had been dreaming about all day at work or school? He had done that quite a few times. Will do five hours of video games instead of doing that one thing you asked him to do? You had stopped counting, and honestly it made you mad quite a few times.
But how did you and Mikey get through this minor struggle in your relationship, that ever so slowly has started taking up more space in your day to day lives and daily conversations? Both of you realized it might have something to do with Mikey’s ADHD tendencies, which led the two of you to your next question. How do you help a person with undiagnosed and untreated ADHD in their daily life? Well, you couldn’t stop Mikey from eating the pizza, but he did agree on getting you a new one when you came home. That greatly improved both of your moods, especially when he would come back with an extra one for himself, so the two of you could eat together. But when it came to doing daily tasks, you and Mikey took it one step at the time. Post It notes didn’t help much, and neither did a checklist. But body doubling did wonders! You could be sitting in the kitchen doing work or homework, and Mikey would get the dishes done in no time. As long as you were nearby, he found it way easier to overcome whatever task the two of you had agreed on.

Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 / Part 5 Part 6 Part 7 Part 8 Part 9 Part 10 Part 11 Part 12 Part 13 Bonus (18+)
-------------------------------------------
Donnie and Batgirl makes an anti mutagen, you and Robin are ready to throw each other’s heads around, and Batman has a talk with Leonardo.
Warnings: Spelling.
The reader and the turtles are 19.
---------------------------------------------
The look on Alfred’s face when he saw four mutant turtles in the Batcave was priceless. But Alfred being Alfred took a calming breath, mumbling about how he should have known at this point, before asking if Master Wayne wanted dinner for his guests. Alfred offered to cook a gourmet meal, but to his surprise, all four of the turtles wanted pizza. Take out pizza to be preferred. Alfred would never show it on his face, but you knew, he was disgusted.
Alfred left the Batcave to make a phone call to the nearest pizzeria, mumbling something about teenagers.
Michelangelo - who you learned was the youngest out of the turtle brothers - took the opportunity to take a look around Wayne Manor. It didn’t ease you one bit that he took his skateboard along for that tour.
That left you, Batman, Batgirl, Robin and the three remaining turtle brothers in the Batcave. You, Robin and the angry turtle, Raphael, was looking through the computer, teaching the red turtle more about the League Of Assassins. Or at least Robin was doing that. You were too busy, standing off to the side, acting as if you had a lot in your mind. In actuality, you would every now and again throw glances towards Batman and Leonardo as they were training together. But whenever someone looked your way, you would throw your gaze somewhere random, as if you had been looking there the whole time.
That was how you noticed Batgirl and Donatello working at the chemical table, smiling with a few laughs ever once in a while. You couldn’t help but smile. Looks like you weren’t the only one that had a thing for turtle eyes.
“Impressive form”, you heard Batman’s voice, causing you to look in the direction of him and the blue turtle one more time. You had to admit, Leonardo did know how to fight. It was almost irritating how good he was at it. Because somehow he also made it look good. And just the thought of Leonardo looking good fighting was enough to get mildly frustrated at him. Why did he had to have such pretty eyes?!
“Your father taught you well”, Batman said, giving Leo a rare Batman smile. And to your surprise, Leonardo smiled back.
“Thanks”.
You wanted to scream. You did not expect Leonardo’s smile to catch you off guard like that. Especially not in the middle of the Batcave. But as much as your heart was beating inside your chest, no one could see it on your face. Sometimes you actually learned something from Batman’s stoic nature.
You listened as Robin told Raph about his grandfather, Ra’s al Ghul, the Demon’s Head, and as Batgirl told them about the mutagen, forcing your attention away from the turtle, who’s eyes had been invading your thoughts.
“Yeah, Ra’s obviously has plans for the mutagen your Shredder brought into the city”, Batgirl said out loud, still with half of her attention directed towards Donatello.
“Ooze”, the purple turtle corrected her, not moving his eyes from the glass he held in his hands. But upon Batgirl’s silence he looked up. “We call it ooze”.
“Really?” She sounded almost sad. “Argh, I do not like that word. Ooze, gross”.
“Stop whining”, you laughed. “It’s just a word”.
“It may just be a word to you, but to me it makes me want to vomit”. Upon hearing that from Batgirl, Donatello took a small step away from her.
“Right. Shredder gives Ghully the ooze, they build some kind of gizmo, and in return - let me get this straight - Shredder gets… a pit?” Raphael did not seem convinced one bit. You did not blame him. It did sound strange.
“The Lazarus Pit”, Robin said before turning back towards the computer. “It’s how Ra’a al Ghul has survived for centuries. Its magic grants immortality to any who bathe in it”.
You did not expect the look on Raphael’s face. He almost looked scared. Angry, but scared.
“An immortal Shredder?” He thought for a moment. “That would… suck”.
“As much as the words “immortal Shredder” freaks me out, I think Batgirl and I have solved one of our problems”, Donatello said, handing a cylinder of thick yellow liquid to Batgril.
“Yup! With the info Donnie - I can call you that right?”
“By all means”, Donatello said, seemingly as calm as before. You did not buy it. You bet that just like when you looked at Leonardo, his heart was pounding like crazy when Batgirl called him that.
“Cool - that Donnie had on his T-phone, I’ve whipped up a retro mutagen-”.
"Anti ooze”, Donatello said, almost teasingly.
“Not gonna call it that - that will reverse the effect of the… stuff”.
Raphael took a step back from Batgirl as she came closer with the cylinder. “You're gonna wanna get that anti mutagen away from this happily mutated turtle”.
“Don’t worry”, Donatello said, making his way over to the rest of you. “It’ll only work on someone that’s been mutated within the last twelve hours. After that the DNA changes are baked in”.
“Yeah but maybe worry a little ‘cause it’s untested. Right now there’s a - I’m gonna say 40% chance of lethal side effects”, Batgirl said with a strained smile.
“I agree with the turtle. Go stand over there”, Robin said, pointing in your direction. “She could use some anti mutagen anyway”. His annoying little grin showing on his face.
“Demon child”, you snarled. “Maybe you should drink it. With that size you could be a fully mutated bat”.
Raphael almost had to restrain Robin before he could jump on you.
While you and Robin was about to have a sibling brawl in the middle of the Batcave, none of you noticed Leonardo and Batman’s training continuing.
They jumped, punched and dodged, both showing strength and talent. Leonardo grabbed onto Batman’s arm, before rolling back, throwing Batman over him and into the ground. Batman slid across the ground, while Leonardo celebrated with a minor victory; “yes!”
Batman chuckled lightly from the ground. “Where were those moves when we fought before? If you’d focused like that you would have had a chance”.
“A chance?” Leonardo extended a hand to help Batman up. “I won just now”.
“Because you weren’t looking at her”, Batman said, staring directly down at the turtle in front of him.
Leonardo almost choked on his own spit at Batman’s words. Had he been human his face would had been red. Leo turned his gaze and saw you grinning with a small laugh at an angry Robin, who was being as far away from you as possible by Raph and Batgirl. Your laughter rang in his ears and for a second he dared to wonder, if he could get to hear your laugh one more time.
“Leonardo”. Batman’s deep voice almost shocked Leo back to reality. For a split second he had managed to forget where he was and who he was standing in front of. All because you said you liked his eyes…
“(H/N) is not just my sidekick. She is like a daughter to me, and I will not let anything harm her. She has not been trained from birth like her brother, and she is not as old as Batgirl. (H/N) is strong, but she still has a lot to learn in a fight”. Leonardo looked at you one more time, catching you as you were talking to Donnie, telling him something that made Batgirl let go of Robin, leaving Raph struggling to hold the boy still.
Batman rolled his shoulder, feeling the pain that had been there, ever since his fight with the Shredder. The fight that had happened, while you were outside of Wayne Enterprise, watching the turtles fight the Penguin. Leonardo noticed the light pain in Batman’s face, causing him a look of slight concern. “I’m still recovering from whatever Shredder did to me. I’ve never seen an attack like that”.
“It must have been the Sata Oshi strike”, Leonardo said. “It’s a powerful ninja technique that dates back hundreds of years, said to be created by the founders of the Foot Clan. It focuses all the body’s energy into a single blow, and can prove as fatal to its welder as it is to its opponent. Because of that, it’s been lost to history. Only two living ninja masters know how to utilize it to its full power; my father Splinter and the Shredder”.
“Good to know”, Batman said. “Shredder may have ancient ninja moves, but I’ve still got a utility belt”. Leonardo nodded in slight confusion, turning to look at you one more time. You were laughing behind Donatello, who you were using as an unwilling shield to cover you from an agitated Robin, who looked like he was ready to attack. Raphael was shaking his wrist, slightly hurting after Robin’s escape from his grip. Batgirl was looking like she had a great time, watching you with her arms crossed.
“(H/N)! Robin!”, Batman called out, causing the two of you to hold back the attacks you were preparing. “No fighting”.
“Sorry dad”, the two of you said in unisense. Donatello managed to get out of your grip, clutching his bow staff tightly as he walked to Batgril. You and Robin poked your tongues out at each other, before Robin went to Raphael, yelling something about how he hated sisters.
At the sight of you standing alone, looking at the others, Leonardo couldn’t stop himself before he had made his way over to you.
“Hey”, Leo said with a stoic and unreadable face. You almost jumped in surprise. You hadn’t expected Leo to be this close.
“Uh… hey”.
The two of you stood in silence. Leo wondered if it was Batman’s eyes he could feel in the back of his neck, or if he was just imagining it. Leo was searching his brain for words.
“I just wanted to say that you did pretty good back there in the alley”, he finally settled on.
“Pretty good?”, you asked with a crooked smile. “I kicked your butt”.
“Yeah, not a lot of people get to do that”, Leonardo said.
You chuckled lightly at his answer. Leo felt a warm spread inside his chest and a small tug at the side of his lip. It was your turn to feel the warmth inside your chest. Leonardo was giving you a small smile. Your eyes flickered from his lip to his eyes. Those damn eyes.
“You weren’t so bad yourself”, you said, looking away to avoid eye contact.
Leonardo felt something else grow in his chest. Was it pride? Or maybe even satisfaction? Now you were complimenting his fighting skills.
Leo really wanted to answer you. Say something that would make you chuckle again. But he also really wanted to ask you. Did you mean what you said back in the alley? Did you really like his eyes, or did you just try to distract him? The more Leo thought about it, the more he hoped that you meant it.
Leo was just about to ask you when Alfred came down the stairs with a skateboard in one hand and a tight grip on Michelangelo balancing a stack of pizza boxes with the other. Leonardo felt a slight embarrassment wash over him, when he heard Alfred tell Mikey that he was keeping the skateboard, until he learned not to use it in the house. Batman’s house. Your house. But you started laughing light heartedly at the scene of Alfred and Michelangelo coming down stairs. Leonardo felt all embarrassment wash away as he watched you laugh. Leo couldn’t deny that he really liked your laugh. Just as much as you liked his eyes.

Skateboarding in Wayne Manor
BatmnanVsTmnt!Michelangelo x reader
Tumblr media
Takes place during the scene where Mikey skateboards down the staircase while Alfred gets pizza🧡
Warings: Maybe some spelling.
-------------------------------------------------
“Mikey, are you sure this is a good idea?”, you asked your orange clad turtle boyfriend, as the two of you walked down the halls of Wayne Manor. WIth Batman and the rest of Mikey’s brothers down in the Batcave, it almost felt wrong walking through the grand halls, and past every single family painting one the walls.
How you even managed to get your boyfriend and his brothers to agree on bringing you to Gotham City was still beyond you. Maybe it was your great argumentation skills, or Mikey that couldn’t handle the thought of not seeing you for an unknown amount of time. Or maybe it was because both of you begged Leo until his head almost fell off.
“Of course it’s a good idea!”, Mikey answered, spinning the skateboard in his hand. “I’ll actually say it’s a fantastic idea! It’s not everyday you get to walk Wayne Manor on your own”.
“Mikey, sweetheart, until recently you didn’t even know Wayne Manor existed”, you said, rolling your eyes.
“Yeah, but now I know it exists, so now I have to check it out!”, Mikey said, still awe struck by the size of the place.
Well, you couldn’t beat that logic. Even though you felt slightly unsure, walking the halls of the big manor, you couldn’t help but feel a slight bit of curiosity. How many halls were there, and how far did they go? And you knew Alfred had just ordered pizza, but you wouldn’t help but wonder where the kitchen might have been hidden.
Mikey placed his skateboard on the floor, before turning to you with the smile that could make you fall in love with him all over again.
“Ready for some wild adventures in the Wayne-ster's crib?"
You couldn't help but chuckle at Mikey's infectious enthusiasm. Under normal circumstances you wouldn’t be happy about riding a skateboard indoors, but with Mikey by your side, you were willing to do almost anything. That was probably one of the reasons why Mikey’s brother had been so reluctant on letting you travel with them to Gotham.
"Absolutely! What's the plan, Mikey?"
"Check this out!" Mikey exclaimed, stepping a foot on his skateboard with a proud smile. "I thought we could explore the Manor in style! Wanna ride shotgun?"
Excitement bubbled within you as you agreed, and soon enough, you found yourself riding through the grand halls of Wayne Manor on the back of Mikey's skateboard. The wheels echoed against the marble floors as you both zipped around corners, dodging furniture and occasional crime-fighting gadgets. Holding onto his shell, Mikey would grab onto the back of your legs, before jumping over whatever couch was in his way. He would then land on his skateboard on the other side before continuing on down the hall.
Before taking any sharp turns, Mikey would reach an arm out behind him, so he could bring a close for a kiss. Everytime, you would hold onto your boyfriend for dear life, causing him to press a kiss on to your cheek.
Both of your laughters rang through the normally quiet halls of Wayne Manor. It was a surprise that no one heard you. Not even Alfred as he went to pick up the pizzas that had just arrived at the door. Nor did you or Mikey notice that the hall was about to end and turn into the grand staircase that led to the main entrance. Mikey noticed just as Alfred closed the door, and the two of you were about to go down.
In a split second, Mikey managed to grab on to you before throwing you up into the air. You could hear Alfreds; “oh no” from behind the pizza boxes, just before Mikey crashed down the stairs and into the poor man, causing pizza to fly everywhere. But in the midst of the pizza chaos, Mikey still managed to catch you. Silence fell over all three of you, just as a pizza slice landed on Mikey’s face.
“Oh”, you said, peeling the slice off of your boyfriend’s face. “Pizza!”
You had to admit, flying pizza tasted pretty good. It tasted even better while listening to your boyfriend apologies to agitated Alfred.

A/N: It is happening! The series I started out my blog with is finally coming to an end! Or kinda, as I already have an 18+ bonus chapter in the makings for you😂💙
Tumblr media
Warnings: A kiss that never got to be as heated as you and Leo wanted it to lol.
The reader and the turtles are 19.
Tumblr media
That evening, after you had started packing the first half of your stuff into your suitcase, Batman surprised you all by ordering pizza from Luigi’s. That made Michelangelo scream out in happiness, almost tackling Alfred when he bought in the large stack of pizza boxes.
All of you sat happily in the Bat Cave, eating pizza to your hearts delight. Even Batman joined in, handing Robin a slice before biting into one himself.
The chatting was lighthearted. Donatello and Batgirl sat quietly at the corner of the table, having their own small conversation, with Batgirl’s hand gracing Donnie’s arm every once in a while. Raphael, Mikey and Robin started up a conversation about skateboard tricks, pulling Alfred in to hear his opinion, the butler politely playing alone.
You and Leonardo might have tried to have your own moment at the other end of the table, had your father not started engaging Leo in conversation, discussing your training. You found your cheeks growing hot in embarrassment, when Batman told Leo what he had noticed you could and couldn’t do in battle, fighting your need to remind your father of the night you met the turtles. Leo however, found it slightly amusing, watching your face growing red just underneath your mask, before asking your father about certain details.
After finishing up your pizza, you went back up to your room to pack the rest of your stuff, while the turtles got the van ready, under the guidance of Donnie, who stood to the side with his broken arm making it hard for him to help in any other way.
Once in your room, the first thing you decided to pack down was the hero costume you were wearing, before changing into something more casual. And as you were packing your bat-like uniform into the almost filled suitcase, you heard a soft knock against the doorframe of your open door.
You looked up to find Leo leaning against your doorframe, smiling at you with a soft friendly smile, his blue eyes shining your way.
“You remembered to knock this time”, you smiled, walking over to your closet in order to get your last few pieces of clothes out.
“Yeah, I feared that you wouldn’t hold back on me if I came sneaking again”, he said, taking a few steps into your room, watching as you moved around your room.
You shook your head with a smile, your stomach doing back flips when he stood just a few steps from you. “What are you doing here?”, you asked kindly. “Weren’t you helping with the van?”
“I was, but Mikey and Raph got a pretty good hold of it, so I thought I would come up and check on you”, he answered, his eyes lingering on your face for a moment, feeling warmth spread throughout his body. He did really like your face without your mask. “Do you need help with anything?”, he asked, following you as you walked to your desk where your suitcase was laying open.
“Yeah”, you chuckled, holding up a few of your shirts for him. “You can fold these”.
“With pleasure”, he smiled, taking a hold of the fabrics, his eyes lingering on you as you turned back to your suitcase.
Leo placed your shirts on your bed, before folding one in his hands, before moving on to the next. There was a comfortable silence between the two of you, but Leo could not stop the thoughts that crept up in his head. A small unease that would only go away when he decided to ask you about it.
“Are you really okay with staying with us?”, Leo asked, folding the second shirt you had given him. “I mean, New York is not exactly close to Gotham, and it is a little different”.
“I’m more than okay with it. It sounds like great fun, and I’m excited to learn”, you smiled, placing your pants in your suitcase before turning your full body towards him. “Are you not?”
“I am”, Leo smiled, taking a step closer to you, letting your shirt drop from his hand and into your suitcase behind your back with a small throw. “Just wanted to make sure you didn’t feel forced”.
“I don’t”, you said, leaning your back onto your desk, almost inviting Leo to come closer to you. And he did, taking a slow step closer to you, his eyes locked into yours, a shy smile on his lips. His heart singing in louder and louder happiness, the closer he got to you. “Like I said, I’m really excited to learn, especially from you”.
Leo looked down with a small chuckle, his shoulders shaking slightly. “Even after all your father told me?”
You pursed your lips, your stomach tingling at Leo’s smile. “You know he exaggerates a little in that area”.
“I know”, Leo said, his voice getting a little lower. “But there are areas where I would have to agree with him”. Leo found great amusement in your playful shocked expression.
“You’re lying”, you giggled, playfully slapping his arm, making his heart skip a beat when you hand on his arm, gliding up to his bicep. You sucked in a breath in anticipation when you saw him lick his lower lip, his face getting closer and closer to yours, reminding you of the night you and Leo almost had your first kiss.
“I would never lie to you, (Y/N)”, he whispered, two of his fingers finding and holding your chin in place, tilting your head up toward his. Your eyes locked together, your thoughts forgetting everything except the pretty blues in front of you, and the feeling of his breath against your face, before your lips finally met each other in a warm sweet kiss.
It was a soft kiss, with your lips moving together in small calm movements. The soft thumb and finger under your chin, turned into two soft fingers stroking your cheek. You rested your arms on his shoulders, letting them wrap around his neck in a lazy yet delighted move. Leo hummed at that, stepping so close to you that he was now standing between your legs, your thighs lightly touching his. He placed a soft hand on your hip, making you lean your head a little back as he pulled you closer with that small move.
You wanted to deepen the kiss, turning your head to the side and maybe open your mouth, even lick his lip in a request to let you in. Leo must have read your thoughts, turning his head in order to deepen the kiss just as you did, both of you getting ready to open your mouths to let your tongues meet.
“Eh-hum”.
You and Leo jumped from each other, staring towards your doorway, suddenly remembering that your door still stood open. You felt your world crash in embarrassment when you saw your father, still standing with his arms crossed and a knowing smile on his face, having changed from his Batman costume into his casual clothing of Bruce Wayne.
“I think Leo’s brothers are getting impatient”, he chuckled. “They seem very ready to go”.
“We’re coming!”, you said, hurrying off the desk in order to throw your last things in the suitcase, before quickly zipping it shut. Leo threw Bruce a weary look, fearing that he might have awakened some form of anger. But instead he was met with a friendly smile and a small nod. Your father could never be mad at a man that was willing to protect his daughter.
You hurried into the Bat Cave, where you found the others waiting for you and Leo. They looked up when Alfred rushed to take your suitcase, not letting you carry it down the stairs yourself.
“There you are!”, Raph yelled, throwing his arms into the air. “Don’t tell me we had to wait this long just so you two could make out!”
“No, they just had a few problems during packing”, Bruce said, giving you and Leo a small wink.
Alfred loaded your suitcase onto the van, while you had your goodbyes with your family, their masks off so they could give you a proper smile.
“See you around, (Y/N)”, Barbara said, pulling you in for a warm hug, resting her chin onto your shoulder. “You better text me when you get there”.
“I will”, you smiled, letting go of your sister like friend, only for your little brother to jump at you, wrapping his arms tightly around you with a scream that almost had you falling over. Your surprise was big, as you had never seen or heard your brother like this before.
“I take back all the mean things I’ve said to you!”, Damian yelled out, burying his face against. “I’ll be missing you, (Y/N)!”
“I’ll not be gone for that long”, you laughed, ruffling his hair as you pulled him close. “And I will visit”.
“Promise?”, he asked, looking up at you with tearfilled eyes.
“Promise”, you answered, holding him close for a moment, before he finally let you go, giving space for your father.
Bruce did not say a word. Instead he pulled you in for a big warm hug, unwilling to let you go a moment too early. You hugged back, savoring the moment, not sure when you would get to hug your father like this again.
“Good luck”, Bruce said before finally letting you go from the hug, taking a look at your face with a proud smile.
“Thanks, dad”, you smiled back.
You let go of the hug, turning towards the turtles that all stood waiting outside the van, waiting for you to finish your goodbyes, with Alfred being a true butler, holding the door open for them.
Donnie hugged Barbara goodbye, before following Raph and Mikey into the van, Leo waiting for you to walk in before him. But as you passed Alfred, you could not help yourself, giving the butler a quick stiff hug.
“See you around, Alfred”, you said, his body unmoving as he wasn’t ready for it. However he quickly softened up, giving you a quick hug with a smile.
“See you around, Miss (Y/N)”, he smiled, before letting you follow the turtle into the van, with Leo closing the door behind you.
Leo took the front seat, smiling as you took the passenger seat next to him, while the others found places to sit in the back of the van. You watched in anticipation as Leo turned on the motor, the van humming. You looked out the front window, finding your Bat family waving your way with smiles on their faces. All except Damion, who now stood by Bruce's side, hugging his father with one arm, fighting the tease as he waved. You waved back with a smile, before Leo started driving the van out of the Bat Cave and through Gotham City.
You watched in excitement as the building passed by the window, hearing the others talk about how happy they were to finally leave dark and rainy Gotham City. Leo’s eyes moved from the road to you and back again, a small smile spreading onto his face, seeing your eyes light up the closer and closer you got to the city border.
It didn’t take long before you were out of Gotham, the rain almost disappearing as soon as you crossed the border, making the stars in the sky clear.
You looked at Leo with a big smile, your eyes locking during the short moment he looked your way. You couldn’t wait to see New York City with your own eyes, and you couldn’t wait to start your training with Leo and his brothers. It would be like starting a new life. A new life with a pair of pretty blue eyes adoring you every step of the way.

A/N: Not a very long one this time, but we got to keep the show going!💙
Tumblr media
Warnings: Mentioning of blood.
The reader and the turtles are 19.

From the ground below, you could hear the grunts and punches as Shredder and Batman continued their fist fight on the scaffolding. With your hand in Leo’s, you made your way up the stairs in a hurry.
“Let’s end this”, you heard Batman’s low voice say above you, followed by the sounds of more punches. You and Leo ran to Batman’s side, as he was giving Shredder the biggest beating in years. A good revenge for what happened that night at Wayne Enterprise. With Shredder’s face bloodied, your father stood back, just as you, Leo, Raph, Robin and Batgirl came to join him.
“It… It doesn’t matter”, Shredder said as he tried to get up from the hard surface beneath him, blood dripping from his nose, forming red spots on the floor. “Destroying Gotham was only Ra’s al Ghul’s objective. The Foot and the League are mine! There’s nothing any of you can do to stop me!”
A sudden beeping sound emerged, only getting louder and louder. In your confusion, all of you looked up, to a burning part from the Cloud Seeder falling from the sky. It broke through the skylight with a loud crash, landing just before Shredder, the impact catapulting him into the air with a loud roar, before he plumaged into a large batch of chemicals, the neon purple liquid covering him in a matter of seconds, as he yelled out a loud “no!” to the sky above.
Just as you thought there would be a moment of peace, explosions started happening around you, sending you tumbling into Leo’s arms.
“We have to get everyone out”, Batman said, his eyes lingering at you and Leo for a moment. “Now!”
And so you did. Each one of you carrying and helping both Foot ninjas and League assassins out of the building, following very closely Batman’s rule of never killing, not even the enemy. Even Robin who begrudgingly started dragging the passed out Baxter Stockman out of the building, while you helped Batgirl carry out the big large assassin of a man.
With everyone out of the building, you hurried towards the Turtle Van and the Batmobile, before speeding out of there, the building exploding behind you in a fiery blaze.
The ride back felt much quicker than the ride there, with the Batmobile in the front and leading the way, with the Turtle Van tailing from behind.
You stood behind Leo, who once again sat in the driving seat of the van, with Robin in the passenger seat, Raph and Batgirl standing behind him, listening to the phone in Raph’s hand, waiting for either Donnie or Mikey to pick up.
You were all silent as you waited, tension high as you all feared the worst. None of you had been able to find them when you searched the building for people, and the burning parts of the Cloud Seeder was not a good sign.
All of you felt like the dial had been going for hours, with Raph impatient tapping his feet, while Batgirl kept tapping her cheek, staring at a fixed point on the floor. Leo was silent and distant, obviously fearing for his two youngest brothers. His shoulders were tense and his brow muscles pushed hard together. You placed a hand on his shoulder, feeling him take in a deep breath, relaxing a little at your touch, when suddenly.
“It’s the Don Tron speaking”.
“And the ‘Angelo!”
You all breathed a sigh of relief, with Batgirl ripping the phone out of Raph’s hand. “Donnie!”
“Hello there Barbara”, you heard him laugh through the speaker, a small smile tugging at the corner of your lip, very amused by Robin’s shocked expression. Leo’s shoulders shook lightly as he chuckled silently, Raph rolling his eyes with a smile. Since when had Donnie known about Batgirl’s real name?
“I was so worried!”, she said, ignoring Mikey as he called out; “What about me?!”
“Don’t worry, we’re safe”, Donnie said, the smile still clear in his voice. “We just got down from the blimp and we’re good. Or well, except for my arm. I think it’s broken”.
“We’ll get Alfred to look at it when we’re back at Wayne Manor”, Leo said, still not taking his eyes off the road. “The important thing is that you’re safe”.
“On our way!”, Donnie said. But he did not hang up. And neither did Batgirl. Instead she moved to the back of the van and continued her conversation with Donnie over the phone, ignoring the looks the rest of you gave her.
“Damn”, Raph muttered, turning his attention towards Robin. “Those bat woman got my brothers whipped”.
You made eye contact with Leo in the mirror, a blush spreading across your faces.
When you came back to the Batcave, you found that Mikey and Donnie was already there, with Alfred taking a look at Donnie’s arm, while Mikey was telling Alfred all about what happened at Ace Chemicals. But before the butler could wrap anything around the terrapins arm, Batgirl was on him, wrapping her arms tightly around him, all while Mikey stared at them in shock. Clearly that whole situation was news to him.
Once Batgirl was off Donnie, Alfred could finally wrap up his arm, while you, Batgirl, Robin, Leo and Raph decided to do a quick scan with the computer, making sure that the air in Gotham City hadn’t been infected with anything.
“We did it”, Batgirl said with a smile. “The scan shows no trace of the Jockerised ooze in the air”.
“No way Shredder could have survived that”, Raph said, seemingly still thinking about what had happened at Ace Chemicals.
“Well, we’ve certainly counted him out before, only to be surprised”, Leo said with a thoughtful look in his eyes, as if he was remembering something. That was a story you would definitely have to hear about another day, because before you could ask  him about it, Batman made his way over to you, his eyes on Leo as he spoke.
“You did well out there”, your father said, a small smile directed at the leader in blue, as he pulled you in for a side hug. He then extended his hand to Leo, just like he had done before all of you had left for Ace. “Your father would be very proud”.
A smile grew on Leo’s face before he accepted your father’s handshake. “Thank you”.  Leo’s eyes lingered on you for a moment before he continued speaking. “Although I’m sure he’ll have some hard words about us being gone from the city this long”.
“That’s our fearless leader's unsubtle way of saying it’s time to go”, Donnie said, turning his attention towards Batgirl as he spoke, a small hint of sadness in his eyes. “But, let’s keep in touch”, he added, pulling out his phone.
Raph turned his attention to Robin, standing before him with a smile, the height difference being very amusing to the red dressed turtle.
“You're a tough little guy”, Raph said, holding his fist out for knuckles. “I respect that”.
Robin looked a little confused at Raph’s closed fist, before thoughtfully bumping his own against them. “It was an honor to fight with you… and… your more thrivelous brothers”.
“You are also weird”, Raph said, still with a smile. “But I kind of like that too”, he continued, while rubbing your brother’s hair, making it more messy than you had ever seen before. And to your surprise, your brother smiled at Raph’s actions.
“Alfred”, Mikey said, walking to the butler with his skateboard behind his back. “I’m very sorry about before. So to make it up to you, please accept my skateboard”. Mikey went down on one knee, holding up the board for the butler to see.
An amused smile showed on Alfred’s face. “It… just what I’ve always wanted”, he said, accepting Mikey’s skateboard, only to be caught in a tight hug by the happy turtle.
“Promise me you’ll only use it to perform the sickest tricks”, Mikey said, not noticing how Alfred’s face was turning blue.
While all of this happened, you and Leo stood quietly with each other, a sadness lingering in each other's expression at the thought of saying goodbye. You had finally had your kiss, and how he had to go back home. You weren’t mad, not at all. You understood why Leo had to go. He had a home, a father and probably also friends back home in New York. And it wasn’t like this would be the end. You could still keep in contact with each other, just like Batgirl and Donnie intended to do. Yet you couldn’t help but feel sad. You had really gotten used to those pretty eyes, and the thought of them leaving made a pit in your stomach. Leo too was saddened by the thought of leaving. You made his heart raise, yet calmed him down in ways he had never experienced before. You were brave, and Leo couldn’t help but admire you for that, even if it almost gave him a heart attack at times, when he feared you had gotten badly injured. But even with that, he was going to miss that pretty smile and your beautiful laughter.
Batman, noticing that the unspoken words between you and the ninja turtle, cracked a small smile, turning his attention back towards Leo.
“Leonardo, you have proven a strong will to take care of (Y/N)”, he said, placing a hand on your shoulder. “If you promise to continue and protect her, will you let my daughter come with you?”
You looked at your father in shock, Leo starred with wide eyes and his mouth agasp. Mikey let out an audible “what?!”, finally letting go of Alfred, while the others gasped out loud.
“While there, I would like you to train her, if possible”, Batman continued. “She is strong and brave, but I fear that I’ve been holding her back. Fatherly love has made me believe she wasn’t ready, so maybe the best thing would be for somebody else to train her”.
Leo looked at you, a small hope shining in his blue eyes. “It would be an honor”, he said. “And I will happily do it if she allows me to”.
You nodded eagerly, a bright smile spreading across your face. Before you even answered him, you jumped on Leo, hugging him tightly, fighting the urge to kiss him in front of everybody. “I would love to, Leo!”
