But I’m curious, what’s the relationship like between Phii with Marino and Cel?

phii doesn't like them at all very much at all at first! 'cause phoenixes are very solitary! also, the circumstances that they are forced to meet are kind of unideal lol (they are forced to be around each other).

she is very scared of cel because cel is a big scary dragon.. and dragons are one of the few things that can actually erase a phoenix (their tough stomachs can digest through their normally invincible ashes). phii is very judgmental lol. but now she likes cel and they are buddies. also cel might want to kiss phii and maybe phii wants to as well but it's very complicated because phii is a bird. (it's a sort of 'last unicorn' dilemma.) she likes marimo!! they kind of remind me of a brother-sister duo. phii doesn't really know a lot about kitsune so she's less scared (but still cautious cause.. foxes eating chickens.. something something.) she thinks he's funny and he is genuinely kind to her! but she has not a lot of patience for him at the same time too.

most of phii's opinions on other mythical creatures are very.. stereotype based ghdjksl;adjh she's just a dumb bird! and views them as animals like herself so she's trying to work on that
