The youngest out of three children. She has a twin brother who is the same age as her and an older brother who is a year older.

Aurora is originally from a small rural town in Georgia. Around a population of less than 2,000 people. So, everyone generally always knew another. Close, tight knit community. Her mother is a baker and her father is a farmer and football coach. They grew up on a family farm with lots of land, animals, etc. She always had memories of waking up early to feed the pigs, cows, chickens, and knows how to ride a horse. 

They ended up moving to Lima, Ohio so they could be closer to her mom’s side of the family and for her to open up her own bakery of her own. They moved at the beginning of the year. They are currently living just outside of town on a new family farm!

So, Aurora is still pretty new to WMHS. She didn’t want to leave Georgia or her friends behind, but it wasn’t her choice.

Always was rather pretty popular back in home town, Senoia. Rora started doing cheerleading and dance lessons pretty much when she could start walking. She was co-captain of her former squad back home and is currently a cheerio now. 

Has a secret love for song writing, her biggest inspiration being very early Taylor Swift. She adores her country style music and has realized that she’s a decent singer herself! Wants to maybe join the new directions or trouble tones, but is afraid. She doesn’t want her reputation to be ruined, considering she found it pretty easy to blend into the more popular crowd. 

Works part time at her grandma’s bakery, Sweet Escape’s.

Loves to read. English is her all time favorite subject, and she can usually be found with a book in her face. The blonde has quite the book collection and has no plans on getting rid of any of them. When she graduates from high school she wants to become either a kindergarten teacher or middle school English teacher.

History:

Rory’s parents had never quite known what to do with her, after the success they had had with their two older sons. First there was Sean, the child genius who flew through school and skipped through more grades than any other in her schools history, attending college level courses by fifteen. Then there was Greg, a basketball star who brought home three state championships for her high school, got a full college ride, and went on to sign with the pros. Then…There was Rory.

Rory had always had a hard time fitting in in school. She was gawky, she hit her growth spurt early, she tended to wear her brothers hand-me-down clothes. When she approached other kids, she came off as desperate, and annoying. People had rolled their eyes when they saw her approaching. Rory was smart, teachers knew that much, but she could never turn anything in on time, she couldn’t focus. In her senior year of high school, her mother decided to have her evaluated. It was determined that Rory had ADD, and the doctor prescribed her Adderall right away. It had helped, a bit (when she could remember to take it). It made her less socially awkward, made her more applied. She started wearing the clothes her mother bought her, her grades went up.  Kids no longer called her a spaz behind her back, she started to feel better about herself.

In her freshman year at the University of Connecticut, she had mentioned offhand in conversation that she was on Adderall. That was how it had all began, people caught wind, and soon it was a black market business. Students desperate to be productive, needing to ace a test, stay up through finals; they all had Rory’s number on speed-dial. She’d always figured that it was harmless. She told fibs to get her psychologist to up her dosage, she hoarded the pills, and then sold them for extra cash. It was a nice way to make friends, and she was helping people along the way.  That’s what she told herself, at least.

It was in the second semester of her sophomore year that Rory was turned in by an RA, brought before a disciplinary council, and expelled from the school. She returned back home to Hickory Creek a college drop out with her tail between her legs, figuring that she had lived up to her reputation as a local disappointment.

Two years later, Rory is still in Hickory Creek, working part time at Inked Tattoo Palor and Kapow! Comics, while also maintaining an additional side hustle of dealing small amounts of weed to various people in town.
