Gana chef Rogelio Castañón la 21ª edición del Festival de la Paella
El chef Rogelio Castañón Félix, de Crocus Servicios Gastrónomicos, de Zacatecas, obtuvo el primer lugar del concurso de la 21ª edición del Festival de la Paella, evento que se ha convertido en un referente gastronómico para Querétaro y en un puente que año con año vincula a España y a México a través de sus cocinas. En el evento, que tuvo lugar en Freixenet, la secretaria de Turismo, Mariela Morán Ocampo, afirmó que esta gran fiesta gastronómica coloca nuevamente a la entidad como referente gastronómico y enoturistico de México.
“Porque en Querétaro podemos encontrar el sabor de México y lo mejor del sabor del mundo. No es casual que gracias al desarrollo y crecimiento de nuestras 32 fincas, hoy Querétaro es conocido como el nuevo Napa Valley y nuestro estado se ha convertido en el destino enoturístico número 1 del país, con más de un millón de visitantes al año”, dijo. Señaló que hoy, cuando se habla del desarrollo del enoturismo en Querétaro, el nombre de la Finca Sala Vivé de Freixenet México surge como protagonista principal de una brillante historia de éxito de un sitio que se consolida como la piedra angular de toda una región que ha apostado por el vino, el turismo y la gastronomía, como plataforma de desarrollo.
“El Festival de la Paella es pues, una fiesta para el paladar, para adentrarse a la cultura de España y aventurarse a encontrar ese maridaje perfecto entre los vinos Queretanos y este platillo internacional por excelencia”, apuntó. El director General de Freixenet México, Lluis Raventós Llopart, señaló que el chef Castañón Félix representará a Querétaro y a México en el Concurso Internacional de la Paella, que se celebrará el 11 de septiembre próximo, en Sueca, España. La directora de Relaciones Públicas de Feixenet México, Meritxell Ricarte, señaló que a lo largo de las 20 ediciones de este festival se ha demostrado que Querétaro es también la casa de la paella, uno de los platillos españoles más reconocidos a nivel mundial.
A su vez, el chef Jesús Melero, organizador del Concurso Internacional de la Paella, aseguró que la mejor competencia de este platillo, fuera de Valencia, España, es la que se realiza en Queretaro. El segundo lugar del concurso fue para Aarón Campos, de Alikante 22, de Pachuca, Hidalgo; y el tercer sitio para José Luis Cervantes, de Paella de Luis, del Estado de México. En la competencia gastronómica participaron 20 chefs y sus equipos, provenientes de todo el país, y el jurado estuvo integrado por chefs nacionales e internacionales de reconocido prestigio: Jesús Melero, Joseph Cortell, Atilana, Rosas, Sergio Salmón, Israel Aretxiga, Ricardo Espíndola, Eduardo Plasencia, Juliá Raventós, Israel Soriano, Armando Rodiel y Pablo San Román.

There is also the Gasan Church which is known for its beautiful interior with unique fan carvings and beams made from crafted coconut shells. Another place worth visiting is the Biglang Awa Shrine. There are many souvenir shops to check out too, and you will surely be able to find some beautiful mementos to take with you since there are many handmade items and souvenirs made by talented local artisans for sale in these shops and stores.
The Bagumbungan Cave, also called “San Isidro Cave,” is open to experienced cave explorers and guided educational tours.
Also, Marinduque is a great tourist spot when it comes to the cuisine. For those who love seafood there is plenty to enjoy in Marinduque. Fish, shrimps, baby lobsters and the famous manakla, are sure to make your mouth water. There are also plenty of local delicacies to try out such as the panganan, the arrowroot cookies and the bibingkang Boac.

Bagirsaklar saglikliysa, pancarin rengi kana karışmaz ve idrara çıkmaz. Idrar hafif kirmizi olmasi normaldir. Bagirsaklar hasta ise, pancarin rengi kana karisir, idrar kirmizi olur. Pancar vucuttan tamamen atilana kadar (24-36 saat) idrarın rengi kırmızı kalabilir. Idrar ne kadar kirmizi ise bagirsaklarin o kadar bozuldugu anlasilir. Idrar bazan kirmizi, bazan normal ise bagirsaklar yer yer bozulmus demektir.
