thank u for asking first! :) when i first started shipping with Nick in uh 2016-2021 i think, i was really upset by doubles for personal reasons (the circumstances in which i started shipping with Nick are.. dire, theres an infopost about it somewhere in my nick ship tag) but over time i've grown more comfortable and accustomed to them :) i probably wont follow back as im still working on it (apparently theres "only a few people left in the queue" for the type of therapy im waiting for 💪) but otherwise id be happy to have u here thank u ❤️

genuine question regarding your f/o’s, what exactly do you mean by “doubles”?

happy to answer! it's been asked around a lot in the SS community. a double is essentially someone who shares the same f/o as you. i'm not as bad with doubles as i used to be and working on that is part of why i'm on sorta hiatus from it but ultimately it's just another way of phrasing "a person with the same f/o as you"

some folks ask people with doubles to DNI so they can be comfortable and cater their experience online, for example

some people use the term sharing, it's just not a phrase i feel describes the experience the best as it's technically not "sharing" as everyone has their own take on the character that makes them unique to them :) hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions. i may be on hiatus from the hobby but i still know enough info to be a resource
