First ship: For dc it was superbat most likely, but my first ever ship was probably Chad and Ryan from the High School Musical movies (HSM2 opened my eyes)

Last song: It’s a toss up between Bad Idea from the musical Waitress, End of Beginning by Djo, or Bruno is Orange by Hop Along

Last movie: “The Mitchells vs. The Machines”, first time seeing it and I wasn’t expecting to cry AT ALL and then there was the scene with Katie seeing her father recordings and I was bawling my eyes :”c

Currently reading: Casually reading the manga veil, it is incredibly cute. I’m also trying to read Let it snow by John Green, Maureen Johnson, and Lauren Myracle

One of your posts gave me the idea of Bart being very little and doing that thing little ADHD/Autism kids do a lot that’s kind of like when cats make biscuits. Particularly little tyke Bart stimming with his mom’s or Max’s shirt while he sits next to them or on their lap. I know I did that a lot as a kid so maybe I’m biased.

Also not nearly as bad as the oral fixation I had as a kid (and still do) in the opinion of everyone who had a hand in raising me, although I could see Bart with one of those teething necklaces too. Or he could do another thing I did as a little kid and straight up slap or bite people. Also a good option.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS!!! Neurodivergent Bart is very near and dear to me so I totally think if Bart’s content with whatever’s going on he’ll “knead” or stim with whatever’s around to show his happiness in a “non-traditional” way. I just love the thought of Bart being super cuddly with his loved ones because hearing their heart beat or having the weight/pressure of close contact would soothe him. With young Bart I think hed do it the most with Mel, Max and Iris but maybe Barry too. Older Bart obviously adores cuddling/spooning/napping with the YJ crew cause he just likes the pressure and the reassurance it brings. It calms him downs and helps him relax

@arttuff did those drawings of Bart having an oral fixation and I totally think Bart would do that kind of stuff unconsciously. If he’s overwhelmed or really upset maybe he’d be a biter but I think it would be only in a verse where he’s little. Thad on the other hand might still might people people if they piss him off no matter what age
