What's your guys' believe on the superstition against Absols being the cause of disasters? Personally I don't believe it, and understand they're essentially the messengers, but I'm curious about what you guys think?
It's a sad, dumb belief that people made up because Absols are kind enough to try and warn people when they get visions of disasters and people noticed the pattern. I haven't met a lot of Absols in my life, but I remember one time my old mentor found one injured and tried to help treat him. He said people from a town nearby had injured him because he'd seen a vision of a flood wiping them out.
He... ended up dying from his injuries... That was my first time seeing death. I don't know if that flood ever happened, but I kind of hope it did.
While not to the the point of wishing devastation on a town, I have to agree with Jamie. It's thankfully become more common knowledge that Absols don't cause the disasters, but cases still happen where they're hurt for their efforts. It's sad to think about.

I was in the middle of using the templates (still amazing as ever btw >:3) I was curious about something;
Is there a reason the lines aren't solid black? Is it just a design choice / just the default colour you use for your brush?
(Just pure curiosity, apologies if this is stepping over any lines >>; )
Yes and yes. It's a personal choice but it's also set as my default color. I personally don't like outlining in pure black unless it calls for it. It's too...thick and bulky of a color if that makes sense. Black is more used in the classic comic outline style or the outlines of a coloring book. I like more subtle colors, like browns, reds, purples and blues.
