Last Saturday saw Arabian Knight splash his way to an impressive victory in the G3 Southwest. He shrugged off all the other speed horses to win by 5 1/2 over Red Route One who came from a long way last to get second.

As a Baffert Trainee, he’s not eligible to earn any Derby points, and only time will tell if he’ll end up switched to another trainer in time to earn points or if they’ll skip it and just go for the big races in the Middle East instead.

Arabian Knight is a son of Uncle Mo and the Astrology mare, Borealis Night. She’s a sister to several stakes performers, including Spooky Woods and Kinsley Kisses.

oh my god I just failed a perfectly successful stagecoach robbery because “Sean got injured.”

Sean got injured because as we were getting on our horses to split up and leave with the money, he wheeled around and slammed his little standardbred headfirst into my shire and went flying.

which is not out of character honestly but come on.

#tearless vs rdr2 #this is the dumbest reason I've ever had to restart a mission #on the other hand I also won a race against dutch on my shire by slamming into his arabian #it was an accident but yknow #we both went flying that time but my horse got up much faster #yes I have a perfectly good hungarian halfbred and mustang in my stable #yes I'm still riding around on the shire hosea wanted to sell anyway he is my friend #and he might have heavy handling but he's never thrown me once #despite my constant running into gunfights and over alligators and off of cliffs
