Well, welcome to the forest, anon!

I just want you to know that I am indeed a writing blog and will remain one once this blows over. We'll be back to our regularly scheduled programming soon.

If you're new, I can give you a brief rundown:

The Stranger is based heavily on me and my life (Ames' aspect of it) and the idea came to me bc my best friend (the one who knew Alba) is an actor. We used to joke that he would help me meet Chris one day. That is how that book came to life.

Taylor in the book is based on said best friend, FYI.

Anywho, he's an actor, has done some stuff for netflix etc etc (he had dinner with Madonna not too long ago, my mom giggled when I told her LMAO. ANYWAY) he knew her back in 2017/18 if I recall, they spent NYE together and hung out a bunch when he was spending time in Portugal.

When I first showed him pictures of Chris' "rumored" girlfriend back in summer 2022, he screamed "HE'S DATING ALBA?!" and I was like 🤨 "you know her?" and he was like YES

and proceeded to show me a ton of pics and vids of them from the time they were hanging out (including a vid of them that included some... substances LOL)

So yes, he did use to be friends with her, but unsurprisingly, she dropped most of that friend group when she started getting more famous and they are no longer in contact.

Quick Update:

Hi guys!

Sorry I haven't posted in a minute, things have been a little crazy in the life and times of Xach.

I completed the onboarding for my Web Development work-study. I'm excited for my first day soon!

I attended a programming contest through SkillsUSA! I wrote a couple of C# programs for the class and I hope to make a post about one of them. I feel pretty confidant that I will advance to the next level but we don't know the results yet.

In my web development class, we're working with JavaScript to manipulate the attributes of HTML objects (Changing src on images, text in <p> tags, things like that.)

I've fallen a little behind in Systems Analysis and design. I might try and talk about the content here to motivate myself with a concrete goal.

Anyways, stay tuned! We'll be back to your regularly scheduled programming shortly.

ooc: allllllrighty gamers, billy here. the angst is good and yummy n all but we are getting a bit bored of the current arc happening (mostly between kidd and corvid) SO we will be having a timeskip! from now on everything will be about 3 months ahead of the current time in the rp. we don't have much planned except for the nikita and claude getting back together arc, but we think this is the best choice instead of waiting it out because we're impatient bastards (affectionate). anyway, this is me signing off. we'll get back to your regularly scheduled program soon enough.
