yesterday I put my eclipse glasses on over the top part of my regular glasses so I could look up at the sky through the filters but also look down and still be able to see where I was walking and I said “I’m an anableps anableps!” and no one knew what I was talking about

#just Katie things #eclipse 2024 #fish #this post is a lie I actually said ‘I’m a boops boops’ but I realized later that’s the wrong species I was thinking of #I learned about these guys from the neuro class I dropped in college #it’s wild how much info I learned and retained in that class despite getting a D on the first exam #just goes to show that testing doesn’t necessarily reflect knowledge ¯\_(ツ)_/¯#anyway the professor for that class was a jerk and I took 2 other neuro classes after that and got an A+ in both so it all worked out
