Johnny slings his arm around André’s shoulders, squeezing his neck with affable cheer, and leaves it, lithe and loose, as they watch the rest of the game unfold in front of them, laughing with careless freedom at the indignant shouts, as a ball is hurled first in one direction, then the other, bouncing sharply off the side of someone’s head and into another’s waiting catch.

A hand slaps lightly against his waist with no less affection, before it drops to pull a pack of cigarettes from a pocket. Johnny shakes his head at the unspoken offer when André holds one out and turns back to watch the others at play. As it is lit, he can feel the inhale on the inside of the forearm, Andre’s hair tickling over wrist as he presses back into him. The acrid smell of smoke rises in a cloud around them both; Johnny tastes each puff of it clearly on his own tongue.

The sun, so easy to ignore in the height of the scrabble, feels too heavy on his skin now and he steps back into the shade, loosing his hold and sinking down onto the low edge of a wall. After a moment, André joins him there too and lets his hand lie on the stone, just behind his back. There are few places private here, and none untouched, but there’s something sheltered in this spot, like an oasis rising and Johnny can’t help himself but smile, leaning to brace against the arm behind him. His eyes close with a sigh.

“Feels like a holiday,” André murmurs, “don’t you think.”

Johnny nods. “It’s hard to believe we’re out here for any other reason.”

There is nothing else for a long moment, only the steady inhale, exhale of André’s smoke and the sound of a game that feels suddenly very far away. Johnny lets his eyes open again and tilts his face to look up. He finds himself met with an intense, thoughtful gaze, and if the day had not warmed his blood so thoroughly already, thinks he might burn with the raw tenderness on display. André’s voice lowers further into a quiet whisper, that even Johnny has to strain to hear.

“It suits you,” he says. “I don’t think you know how beautiful you look today.”

It is nothing, nothing at all for Johnny to shift, to rise himself on his arms and press a small, chaste kiss against André’s mouth.

He means it as a gentle peck, a brief and thankful moment of fondness, but then André is opening to him, cigarette smoke and unhurried desire, and he finds himself curling, curling up and curling in, sliding his own hands around André’s waist until he is all but tucked up close against the other man’s lap and kissing him with an ardent fervour that is returned and returned and returned until they break apart, dizzyingly close and grinning helplessly at each other.

“Oh, perhaps maybe you do,” André allows.

Johnny doesn't know when he will be able to let him go again.

Oh but it's SO FUN! This prompt seemed perfect for them too...

your lover pinning your arms above your head, telling you to stay quiet

It’s just getting good, the warmth between them as they kiss making Pat moan as he grinds against André. He wants André closer, to feel André’s weight pinning him to the wall they’re up against, and reaches for his lover’s hips, trying to pull him in.

Without breaking the kiss, André gives a low, almost warning growl, his hands closing tight around Pat’s wrists, claiming them. He brings them up, leaving Pat gasping and they’re pinned above his head, the kiss faltering. He gasps again, moaning and shuddering right down to his core as André bites at his lower lip, sucking on it and then letting go.

“Keep quiet,” he’s warned.

With a soft laugh, everything else about him on thrilling edge, Pat happily squirms beneath Andre’s weight. He half-heartedly tries to pull his hands back, but finds them held fast. “Why?” he challenges. “Who’s gonna hear us?”

André leans in, his voice dangerously low. “Hush,” he demands, and then silences any further challenge by kissing Pat just as hungrily as before.

Relaxing, and not bothering to try and hold back the moan that is drawn from him by the position he’s in, Pat grins a little. They’re not that loud. He knows that. He’s just starting to realise that André likes telling him what to do.

Whether or not he listens is another matter entirely.
