#salkdjlkgjkdfslg fuckin aus' govn is fucked#i need. a new rent cert. and they were like 'yup you can change ur dets online and we'll reissue'#i did. and they didnt T__T plus the dets online WERE correct. and they just. got it wrong on the form T__T#so i call the number they give me. and its bot-automated from the start#and they're like 'yup.i see what you want. you can change your dets online. or you can change your dets in the self help desk'#and i was like 'nope thats not the problem#and so the bots like 'look man. our operators have a l o n g wait time. go to the self help desk'#and i was like. waiting for them to give me a different option#and it didn't#and then IT HUNG UP ON ME?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?#and i was like 'excuse the fuck outta u' and called abck#and it had the NERVE to go 'hmm. i can see you've called already recently. um. go to the self help desk' T__T#so i did. theres NOTHING on there about rent cets. or rent details. or accomodation reatils#asdlkjlgkdfsg i finally found a link through to get to a menu about my current payments. and went 'look man. i need an op to talk to about#my current payments'#and so it was like -_o_- 'if you say so ig. but uh. the current expected wait time is 65!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! minutes'#bruh#bruh fuck the govn srsly. its just. trying to hard to cut us all out ;w;#if i dont get this sorted out they're going to cut off my rent aid but fuckin hell#could you be any less helpful?????!?!?!?!?#sorry about the minirant#i stg i am so tired ;w;#personal#rant#tags
