#bugthots#:l#exhausted and drained and also tired and sleepy#hollow but also sad#indifferent but afraid#i contain bummer multitudes#I think once I get 2 where I’m going it will pass#deep down I’m excited and I love my friends and being reunited w them ik that intellectually#also hungry I forgot that one#and my throat hurts bc I did a little self indulgent aimless shriek when I realized I have to navigate an airport w out glasses#is this grounding? I am feeling more grounded wow I identified previously nebulous and blunted feelings and it helped#all bc I wanted to record my complaints in my virtual notebook should I journal fr.?.#the drawings are from that part of nite that feels#more yesterday even tho it’s today and so I backdated idk it feels true
