like being in the s**lor m**n fandom led to me being lowkey internet stalked and having people start up all kinds of rumours/shit talking about me (which I only ambiently knew about because OTHER people would tell me) and the Cr*stal stuff was STILL the worst thing to come out of that fandom for me lmao

#it was a shit show from EVERY angle.#bad takes about art/animation from people who haven't kept up with the industry in over 20 years and keep drawing bad/outdated comparisons #bad LGBTQ+ takes and takes about feminism from extremely American and current-day perspectives specifically to demonise Japanese women #bad writing takes. just in general lmao #straight up misinfo about the original manga or Naoko's notes to fit whatever bias the OP was trying to push #no matter what I tried to post someone found a way to turn it into wank against Crystal and I just wanted to scream #the worst part is that Jojo was airing at the same time. It was death by 1000 blows #I have no patience for how people will dickride shonen but blast shoujo over the same things #AND THEN I HAD TO SEE YOU ALL GO FUCKING GAGA DROOLY OVER THE S3 DESIGNS.
