like i am definitely done with the place i've been going to .... maybe there's some other place out there
#like the way they operate makes no goddamn sense#and at the end kf every fucking year my therapist or psychiatrist or nurse has quit#like clockwork lmao#and i see why#the fact that they stopped sending reminders to patients is so sick#bc surely they would care abt ppl who have MENTAL illnesses that might make it hard to remember to do basic fucking tasks#like even hair salons send reminders but they couldn't#fucking hell#and if you had 2 sessions booked and you cancel the 1sr one#the 2nd one is also cancelled???#apparently to 'discipline' people#what the FUCK?
