[Tales from the Pack] Seungcheol: Stubborn (Part Two)
Tumblr media
Character: Seungcheol x female reader
Genre/warnings: werewolf au, fantasy, angsty fluff, mention of blood
Word count: 3,619
Summary: You’ve heard the stories your relatives told you about werewolves when you were younger, but you always thought it was just a scare tactic to make kids behave. Well, up until you woke up in a den full of werewolves.
Previous | Next | Stubborn Masterlist
The commotion down the hall was what woke you, and the first thing you saw when you shot up in bed was the wolf that had you in his arms before you passed out.
‘So it wasn’t a dream.’
You curled your legs to your chest, wrapping your arms protectively around your body as you stared at him, watching his every move. Despite the loud growling that caused you to duck your head in fear, he didn’t seem to get up to stop it. He knew he had to ignore it and be here to comfort you, the one who was destined to be his mate.
One of your hands slowly moved to where you typically kept your knife, only to realize it was missing now. Of fucking course it was missing. But that meant your only option was flight, and your chances of escaping weren’t good considering the first time you tried.
He didn’t like seeing you scared -- not only scared of the wolves that seemed to be going at each other’s throats from the sounds of it, but especially because you were afraid of him. The wolf in him whined, not liking seeing the fear he caused you. He also wanted to go down the hall and knock some sense into the younger wolves, but he knew the other two alphas would handle it themselves.
You really had to show up at an awful time when two of the wolves were going through heat. Then again, with so many werewolves in a pack, no time was really a good time. But did one of the wolves really have to be their youngest? And did the other have to be the only mated wolf in the house -- even if Mingyu thought he was being sneaky about it.
“You don’t have to be afraid,” his voice was soft when he spoke to you. You peeked up to look at him and saw his amber eyes matched his voice, and there was a slight smile tugging up at one corner of his mouth. “None of us will hurt you.”
“I can hear the growling,” you snapped, letting out a yip as you heard the roar of a wolf before hiding your face in your knees again.
As a thief, you were usually better with your hiding spots. However, you didn’t really have many options currently -- and you were usually hiding from humans and not werewolves.
“I’ll protect you,” he promised. He wanted so badly to go over to you, wrap his arms around you, and make you feel safe, but he knew you wouldn’t like that. “I’m stronger than anyone in the pack. Well, minus Minghao when he mimics-- …Never mind, that’s a whole other story.”
You heard the commotion getting closer, holding yourself tighter as if that would save you, before it faded again. Then it sounded like it was outside, and you slowly began to relax -- at least a little because you were still afraid of the wolf right in front of you. You raised your head again, only to see him still keeping his distance.
“If you’re not going to kill me, what was the point of bringing me here?” you grumbled, staring him down.
‘Because I love you,’ he wanted to say, ‘As soon as I saw you passed out on the forest floor, I felt the pull, and it’s never going away so I want to keep you with me.’
“Because you needed help,” he explained with a soft smile and a simple shrug. “You were injured. I wasn’t going to let you die out in the woods.”
“Then what do you eat?”
The boy burst out into laughter, making your face pull into a frown of confusion. You didn’t think the question seemed that outlandish considering the stories you had been told. Those stories were the only knowledge you had on werewolves.
“We don’t eat people, _____,” he told you, his laugh dying down to a chuckle as he wiped under one eye. “We do eat meat, but cooked meat. Unless we’re in wolf form and we’re desperate, but then we just eat like, rabbits and small animals.”
You felt your face blush softly as you averted your eyes. “Then why do humans seem to think you do?”
“Probably to scare kids,” he guessed. “We do tend to stay away from the outside world, but we’re affectionate to those we’re close to. Like…Danbi, for instance!”
“Is that the girl Jeonghan said wasn’t here?”
“Well, she’s here now. She was in town with one of the pack. She’s the younger sister of Wonwoo.”
“Who?”
“He helped you...calm down.”
“You mean the one who made me inhale that stuff?” you asked bitterly, raising your eyebrows.
Seungcheol frowned, “I’m not happy about that either, _____, I assure you. But yes, that’s him. We’re all very affectionate toward and protective of her. She’s part of the family. In fact, I think that’s what’s gotten one of them riled up right now…”
“What’s that mean?”
He let out a sigh and played with his fingers as he tried to figure out how to explain this to you, “Well…someone in the pack has gotten…special feelings for her, and--”
“So, he likes her?” you asked.
He shook his head, “No, it’s different for werewolves.”
“Different how?”
“Well, that’s difficult to explain right now…”
“Why right now?”
“You ask a lot of questions, _____,” he laughed, carrying on with what he was originally saying instead of answering any of your many questions. Your frown deepened. “Anyway, nobody knows about it, so they have to keep it a secret, but that’s difficult because... Well, it’s difficult to explain. Don’t worry about it, though. The pack bickers a lot but it always gets resolved.”
Seungcheol couldn’t help but roll his eyes and shake his head because he knew Mingyu and Danbi thought they were so sneaky about their feelings when him and the pack have always been able to tell that Mingyu imprinted on her. As if them sneaking out into the woods to probably have sex with each other without the pack hearing wasn’t a dead giveaway. Besides that, they were just always around each other and couldn’t seem to stand being apart, even if it was just being in separate rooms.
What he didn’t want to explain, though, was that Mingyu was feeling extra -- to put it bluntly -- horny because of mating season. But that also meant he was even more territorial over his mate, especially around another werewolf going through the same thing. Even if Chan didn’t want anything to do in that way with Danbi, Mingyu couldn’t help but get aggressive.
Your stomach loudly gurgled, signaling you were hungry, and Seungcheol let out another laugh as it broke him from his thoughts. You wrapped your arms tighter around your legs, bringing them to press closer to your stomach in hopes it would silence it because you knew what would come next.
“Would you like to go find something to eat?” he offered.
“No,” you snapped. “Whatever you feed me will probably be--”
“We don’t. Eat. Humans,” he stated, an amused smile on his face. “Seriously, you should really let that go. I’m sure Seungkwan will get offended.”
“Who?” you asked over the sound of your stomach rumbling again.
“He’s one of the younger ones,” he explained, standing up from the chair he was sitting in. “Now, we need to go find you food.”
“Can’t I stay up here?” you whined. The thought of the wolves that seemed to be fighting outside sent a shiver up your spine.
“I’m worried about leaving you alone when Chan and Mingyu are being so hot headed,” he told you, walking up to the bed and holding a large hand out for you to take. “Come on, you’re a lot safer with me. Everyone’s probably outside by now anyway, so nobody will bother you.”
Hesitantly, you took his hand and got up from the bed, your legs feeling a bit wobbly, but Seungcheol was ready to catch you. You still had those weird, familiar feelings about him, and they became more prominent when he touched you.
He led you out of the room and down the stairs to the kitchen. The yelling and growling had died down, but as Seungcheol said, the house was empty. You could tell he was worried by the way he glanced out of any window you passed, but he still opted to stay with you over his pack. You didn’t know why he’d do that but you didn’t bother asking since he didn’t answer your question about “special feelings” earlier.
“What’re you in the mood for?” he asked, peeling his eyes away from the window to look through the fridge.
“Anything,” you admitted, giving into the idea of food now that you were in the kitchen. “I haven’t eaten in a couple of days.”
His head snapped up, ember eyes boring into you, “A couple days?! I need to get food in you. Here, sit at the table.”
“Seungcheol, I’m--”
“Sit.”
His voice was commanding enough to make you sit in the chair closest to you. A warm smile took over his face when he saw you comply before he went back to the fridge, grabbing ingredients from there and the pantry before going over to the stove.
You lightly drummed your fingers on the table, watching Seungcheol’s back as he cut up vegetables and put a pan on the gas stove. Your eyes only peeled away when your stomach growled again and you looked away before he turned to laugh at you.
“Do you want a quick snack while you wait?” he offered.
Instead of answering his question, you asked him one, “Why’re you being so nice to me?”
It had been nagging you in the back of your head but you didn’t know if you should ask or not. But now that he was feeding you his food, you were more curious. He could’ve saved this food for the thirteen other mouths he had to feed, but instead, he was giving it to you.
“Because…” he trailed off as he tried to think of an excuse. Yes, he had saved you but that didn’t necessarily mean he had to be nice, right?
His thoughts were interrupted by the front door closing. He rushed over to the kitchen doorway to see who had entered, but your curiosity had you walking up behind him to peek out from behind his shoulder.
The first thing you saw was a silver-haired boy carrying a girl that had blood on her shirt and body, and was passed out in his arms. Your mind immediately assumed the worst, and your fight or flight senses kicked back in. You quickly assessed the options, remembering that your knife wasn’t with you anymore. There were kitchen knives, but could you really take on even just Seungcheol, let alone that many werewolves? So you ran toward the kitchen window, wanting to escape. This window was on the ground floor so you’d actually not break anything when you got out.
However, Seungcheol had faster reflexes and wrapped strong arms around your waist, groaning in your ear, “Can you please stop doing this?”
“They killed her!” you burst, not even stopping to think that the rest of the pack could hear you.
“They did not, she’s just asleep,” he told you with a sigh. “Come on, _____, why would we kill a pack mate’s sister? I think she just got scratched.”
“That means I could get scratched, and that’s a lot of fucking blood, Seungcheol!”
“You aren’t dumb enough to put yourself between two angry wolves,” someone said as they entered the kitchen, venom in their voice. He was much shorter than the boys you’d met so far, and the look he had on his face was of pure annoyance. “Unless you suddenly decide you give a shit about our wellbeing-- Well, maybe--”
“Jihoon,” Seungcheol cut him off.
Jihoon’s eyes flickered over to the boy behind you before rolling them and looking back at you, “Anyway, I suggest you just sit down and let Seungcheol take care of you. Even if you do escape, I’m sure he’ll track you down and bring you back here until you’re better.”
“I’m fine,” you hissed.
“Joshua said--”
“Oh, right!” Jihoon’s words reminded Seungcheol that Joshua stated you shouldn’t walk too much. So he lifted you off your feet and set you down on the counter by the stove. “This way, I can keep an eye on you better.”
“By the way,” Jihoon began again, stepping toward the two of you as if he didn’t care if you were frightened by him or not, “the rest of us are pretty hungry too after exerting all that energy.”
“What, all of you had to break those two up?” Seungcheol scoffed. “Make your own dinner. Do you know how late it is? I’m not cooking for that many.”
“No, half of us had to go track Mingyu down after he tried to run away,” the smaller wolf corrected. “Joshua’s still outside trying to heal Chan before anyone moves him.”
Seungcheol groaned, “Jesus, what happened?”
“Short version: Danbi put herself between Gyu and Chan because Mingyu was about ready to tear the poor kid’s head off. Her timing was awful, and Mingyu ended up hitting her instead of Chan. Gyu ran off because he was upset, but he got a few good hits in on Chan before any of that happened.”
Seungcheol pinched the bridge of his nose, his eyes closing as he sighed, “So they-- ...Okay, whatever. Is that it?”
“No.”
“What?”
“Nobody’s allowed to tell Wonwoo.”
-
The room you stayed in was apparently Seungcheol’s room, which meant one of three things: you were changing rooms, he was changing rooms, or you two were sharing a room. Some weird part of you -- the one that felt that weird connection to Seungcheol -- was hoping for the latter. That, and you were sort of terrified of the rest of the wolves living in the house. At least with Seungcheol, you had someone to use as a human shield.
Seungcheol had introduced you to each of the pack members as they entered the house, keeping the meeting short for your sanity. He was almost positive you’d start screaming again, especially considering how on edge you were about Danbi being unconscious. But at least now you could recognize faces, and you knew names. That was better than being completely confused.
Now that you were fed, and Seungcheol had made sure everyone was in their rooms, he went back into his bedroom where he had left you and smiled tiredly. “Alright, it’s way passed bedtime, _____.”
“I’ve slept like, half the day,” you frowned, not feeling at all tired.
“But you still have to heal more, and rest is good for that,” he told you, gently pushing your shoulders down to make you lay down. “If you prefer, I’ll sleep on the floor.”
“Isn’t that uncomfortable?”
“Wouldn’t sleeping with me be uncomfortable too?”
You just shrugged, unsure of how to respond to the question. Seungcheol chuckled and grabbed a pillow and an extra blanket off the bed before laying them out on the floor right beside the bed. You watched him, rolling onto your side to see him lay on the floor.
This only made you want to understand why he was being so nice to you even more. He saved you, brought you into his home, fed you his food, was keeping you safe from his pack, and now he was sleeping on the floor and gave you his bed. Either there was something he wasn’t telling you, or he had really great manners.
“Just let me know if you need anything,” he mumbled sleepily as he rested his head down on the pillow, amber eyes meeting yours once more before he closed them for the night. “Goodnight, _____.”
You just rolled onto your back and didn’t reply.
-
You woke up to more loud growling and banging, immediately making you feel on-edge. It didn’t help when it grew louder like it was coming closer, and then it was banging against your door. You sat up and shoved yourself into the corner of the bed near the wall like you had before, wrapping your arms around yourself and waiting for the door to inevitably break down as you hid your face in your knees. This wasn’t something you could fight or run away from. Any angry werewolf, you definitely couldn’t fight. And where were you supposed to run to? Even you knew it wasn’t safe to go outside this late at night.
Instead, you felt strong, warm arms wrap around you. Instead of holding you back like they usually were, they were holding you in a calming manner. It was…quite comforting; safe, even. Seungcheol softly rubbed your back and shushed your squeaks of fear whenever one of the wolves hit the door or wall.
“Don’t worry,” he told you softly, “one of the other alphas will take care of it. I’ll stay with you, okay? They won’t hurt you when I’m here.”
“Ugh, Mingyu! Go the fuck to sleep!” Jihoon’s angry voice shouted. “It’s the middle of the night, what could have possibly set you off?!”
“This really had to happen at the worst time...” Seungcheol sighed. “Normally, everybody gets along really well, I swear. I think-- Ah, it must’ve been Soonyoung going in to give him the medicine he was supposed to pick up from Soomin.”
“I just healed that!” Joshua’s sleepy voice whined, stomping up to the bedroom door.
Seungcheol chuckled as he listened to the pack mates wake up to yell at the territorial wolf, hoping maybe you could find humor in how idiotic his pack sounded, “That idiot is lucky Danbi is still out. She would be furious. Although, I don’t know if it’s more lucky that she’s passed out or Wonwoo’s clueless, because he’d definitely be at Gyu’s throat.”
You looked up at Seungcheol, a thought popping into your head, “How many alphas are there? You said one of the other ones would take care of it, so does that mean there’s multiple?”
“Yeah, there’s three of us.”
“‘Us’? So…you’re an alpha?”
He nodded with a proud smile, “Yup! Soonyoung and Jihoon are the other two.”
Your eyes widened as you looked at the boy with his arms wrapped around you. It wasn’t in fear, it was out of curiosity. He seemed too…nice to be an alpha. You figured the alpha wolf would be aggressive and mean, but Seungcheol was more like a puppy than anything.
“Why are there so many?” you wondered.
“We all just kind of clicked,” he explained with a shrug. “Soonyoung was originally his own pack with Jun, Minghao, and Chan; Jihoon was his own with Joshua, Jeonghan, Seokmin, and Seungkwan; and I was my own with Mingyu, Wonwoo, and Hansol. When we all met, we just…fit together. It’s like mating, we don’t really pick who our pack is.”
“Mating?”
Seungcheol mentally face palmed. He completely forgot he hadn’t explained that to you yet and was adamantly avoiding the topic. If he explained mating, you might catch onto his feelings for you, and then you’d be even more scared than you already were.
Instead of answering your question, his head perked up like he had heard something, and he unwrapped himself from you and got off the bed, stomping toward the door. He threw it open to reveal a whole mess of boys in a group, grabbing onto a wolf with shaggy brown hair -- who was gripping the shirt of another with platinum blonde hair who was clearly trying to stay calm about being shoved around.
“If you shift in this house again, I swear to god, Mingyu…” Seungcheol growled, his threat hanging unfinished in the air. His tone was enough to make the group freeze and look at him with wide eyes. “You’re scaring _____ and I don’t really appreciate seeing her upset.”
“Sorry, Seungcheol,” Seugnkwan squeaked since he was the closest to the door.
“I was trying to get him to calm down,” Soonyoung insisted, putting his hands in the air to show his innocence.
“Go. To. Bed,” he ordered before throwing the boy against the opposite wall, and slamming the door closed.
‘Yeah, that seems more like an alpha,’ you thought to yourself.
He turned around, and while he still looked annoyed, his muscles weren’t as tense as they were when he was yelling at his pack. He sunk down onto the bed again and looked at you, the annoyance melting away and being replaced with a soft look, “Are you okay?”
Meekly, you nodded, still hearing the shouting and snarling in the hall, but it was much less loud. It still worried you nonetheless because they could get in if they wanted to.
“That doesn’t look very okay.” he chuckled. “They’re still going to be angry, but they’ll at least stop fighting outside our door. I promise I won’t let them hurt you.”
Seungcheol wrapped his arms around you again, and this time, you leaned into him, tired and afraid and just wanting to sleep. You were way too fatigued to resist, and he was just so warm. He hummed deep in his chest and pulled you into his lap, letting you curl up and close your eyes as you listened to his heartbeat. It was oddly comforting -- maybe the most comforting thing you’d heard.
You genuinely felt safe, but you just blamed it on how tired you were.
There, you fell asleep in Seungcheol’s arms.

[神なる君と] Spirit duo - Yuzuru
Hmm I think the recommended order of the routes is: Narumi -> Yuzuru -> Yakumo -> Rei (-> Mikoto). So I kind of spoiled part of Yuzuru’s story by doing Yakumo first. But I wanted to do the two osananajimi routes one right after the other to get a good comparison. Also this route proves why Yakumo will always be my hero, even though he himself doesn’t feel confident enough to fulfil the role.
-Ninokami Yuzuru-
Tumblr media
Yes I know your name is spelled with a 「づ」 not a 「ず」, but ‘Yuduru’ just sounds incredibly stupid to my English-speaking brain, so...
Yuzuru is the president of the student body and Yakumo’s close friend and classmate. It was revealed in Yakumo’s route that several hundred years ago, he saved a Takekiyo ancestor from being a human sacrifice by giving him a medicine that brought him back from the dead - thereby extending the curse to the kid’d descendants. Now here we get the full story:
Yuzuru was once a God (his surname ‘Ninokami’ is a dead giveaway), he came to earth and befriended a child (Yakumo’s ancestor). Later he found out that the child would be sacrificed to prevent the Great Demon’s curse, so he tried to persuade him to run away, but the child refused. So in the end the villagers got their sacrificial ceremony, and Yuzuru stole a forbidden medicine from Heaven and brought the child back to life.
For that he was punished, stripped of his godly powers and banished to earth as a demon. A blizzard started happening around the same time that lasted many years and claimed many lives (by famine), and the humans totally thought it was his fault for saving the boy (even though he did it after the fact so there was no conflict). The villagers locked him up in a dungeon and tortured him for many decades. At first he believed that the boy he saved would come and rescue him, but he gradually lost hope, and finally when the boy (now an old man) came to save him, he had already reached misanthropy level 900...
As part of his punishment, he is supposed to perform community service on earth and accumulate enough karma to restore his godly powers and return to Heaven. So he’s been happily (well, deep down angrily) doing that for a few hundred years, until Sakuya and co. came along. Early on in the route, Sakuya was confronted by the baleful spirits who died during the famine, who asked her to avenge their death by killing *a certain demon* (ahem *Yuzuru*).
Not knowing who they are talking about, she went to Yuzuru for help, and ofc he refused. So then she went back to negotiate with the spirits and they started attacking her like crazy. Yuzuru saved her and healed her, using up all his karma in the process, so now he has to start over from zero. He decides to start a new life, so he erases everybody’s memories (yes he can do that) and disappears without a trace.
The next day Sakuya goes to school and enters the *Twilight Zone*, because nobody knows/remembers ‘Yuzuru-senpai’, and there’s no record of him ever existing. Finally she found Yakumo who also remembers the poor bastard. Yakumo speculates that those closest to him have memories that are too strong to be erased by his memory-erasing powers. They hold a group meeting to try to find him, but in the meantime time is of the essence because even their memories are fading...
Tumblr media
Yakumo-nii-san totally came to our rescue in this route ッ(ノω・、)゚.+°
Sakuya goes to Mikoto for help, and he takes her to the Ancient God who placed the curse on Yuzuru. For some reason the Ancient God takes the form of Yorihito the stone hound with evil eyes and has a disembodied robot voice. But anyway. The Ancient God tells her Yuzuru’s whole history, and she decides to return his act of grace by helping him return to Heaven.
She eventually finds Yuzuru and latches on to him like a stage-5 clinger because she’s scared he’ll disappear again. Then, with the help of Aki and Fuu-san’s tools, she goes back to find the baleful spirits and successfully sends them off to be reincarnated. This drained a lot of her powers and she fell sick for a while, until Narumi notices something is wrong and her life is at risk.
She goes back to the Ancient God, who tells her that the bad energy from the spirits is slowly eating away at her, and she will die in a few years - unless Yuzuru gives up all his supernatural powers to heal her, and becomes a regular human. So she doesn’t have to die, and he can stay on earth with her. Two birds with one stone, how convenient, you can’t make this stuff up... except Otomate totally did rofl XD.
(Also somebody probably should’ve told her this stuff before she went and saved those evil spirits huh.)
Tumblr media
All this talk about the impenetrability of Fate is frankly kind of ironic in a ‘choose your own ending’ visual novel.
So Sakuya doesn’t want to keep Yuzuru from returning to Heaven. She tries to come to terms with the fact that she’s going to die... when Yuzuru found out about all this from Narumi, and decides to give up all his powers to save her. He takes her to a hilltop on hoshimatsuri night and gives her the Kiss of Death Life.
In the good end he gets a job after graduation at the same government agency as Aki and is responsible for watching over the peace of Mikagurayama. He asks Sakuya to move in with him (she agrees ofc), and they get married after a few years. (She also gives him a badly knit scarf but whatever.) I didn’t make enough save states so I couldn’t get the other/bad endings, but tbh I don’t think I’m strong enough to handle a tragedy, after everything that this route has put me through...
[Thoughts] Honestly this route is the most emotional one for me so far, I felt like I really went through an entire relationship in this short span. The common/early events were a riot. I love the back-and-forth exchanges between them - you get some of it in Narumi/Yakumo’s routes, but since they were already close to her to begin with, the later contrast/transition in the interaction is not as great.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Normal couples finish each other’s sentences, but soul mates finish each other’s tsukkomi!
In a lot of ways I felt like Yuzuru really pushed Sakuya to her limits. In Yakumo’s route she was trying to be an emotionally responsible adult, but here she’s giving her best in everything she does - whether it’s working at his store or helping out with the student government events. Also Yuzuru is the only one who’s able to force her to study lol.
And ofc the grand gesture she did risking her own life to send him back to Heaven - she has to make sacrifices in every route, but here it felt like she really did it for him and not just for love. It seemed like she forgot about herself / their future momentarily when she was just thinking of making him happy by fulfilling his wish. I thought it really fit her personality.
Yuzuru is a total sweetheart!! I already liked him in all the other routes, and his own story certainly didn’t disappoint, he honestly can do no wrong. I almost feel like saying, here, here’s an ‘asshole’ character done right - he comes across as an asshole but everything he does is incredibly sweet and selfless (a ‘sharp tongue full of love’, as they say). Unlike in some games where the do-S bastards do nothing but abuse the heroine and she somehow still ends up falling in love with them out of some Stockholm Syndrome or something. But anyway that’s another story.
One thing I noticed is that Sakuya says, ‘うれしい/うれしかった’ a lot in this route, which is proof of how happy Yuzuru made her and what a great guy he is (*/^-^)/. Seriously this game just has one great character after another, I feel like I like each one more than the last and I can’t choose!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
When Sakuya told Narumi her fear of losing her memories of senpai, Narumi opened his mouth to say something, but then thought better of it... I wonder what he was about to say?
Sakuya is also extra cute in this route - the way she held Yuzuru's hand and wouldn’t let go when she finally found him, the way she got jealous that he was polite to everyone else, etc. It almost makes up for her eating up all his karma lol. Also I guess the writers are trying to avoid spoilers, but I kind of wonder what happened to Yakumo in this route, because there was no mention of his ‘condition’ here. (This route did display the epic bromance between those two, though. Even more than in Yakumo’s route.)
...At this point I only have Rei’s route left, before I get to the hidden character ԅ(≖‿≖ԅ) [ミコトさん、私を待っててくれ!]. Rei is adorable even though I don’t get the romantic feels for him (#shouta; I guess the fact that he’s unusually mature for his age makes up for it a little bit), but nonetheless (a) his story is a total mystery, and (b) I’m really curious how the writers would make his ending work, since as a ghost/wandering spirit he’s supposed to find his purpose and be sent of back to the reincarnation cycle.

WOW INSANE!!! BITCOIN BREAKING OUT RIGHT NOW TO THIS CRAZY PRICE LEVEL YOU WONT BELIEVE!!
VIDEO TRANSCRIPT
So, guys, welcome back to another video. So in today’s video, we’re going to be talking about the Bitcoin price testing, this 200-day moving average and what that could mean for the price going forward. We are also going to be taking a look at the theory. I’m breaking past that two hundred dollar level and we’re currently at around 206 dollars. We’re going to be taking a look at that in today’s video. We’re also going to be taking a look at my trade on a Phoenix. And we are also going to be looking at the Bank of Canada exploring digital currency. This could be absolutely huge. And they also talk about how cryptocurrency is also a threat to that. So this is a huge article. Then we’re lastly going to be taking a look at riots in Lebanon city and make the currency crash. And it is going absolutely crazy over there. And this is one thing that inflation, hyperinflation and just a whole complete crash of the currency can do to people. So all that good stuff is coming up in today’s video, guys. Sit back, relax and get ready for the video. All right, guys. So welcome back to another video. Thank you for joining me again. You may be wondering why the camera and the screen looks a little bit different. Unfortunately, I did actually really badly hurt my ankle. So I am on crutches and I cannot walk, so I can’t really bring you the same set up that I usually do. I’m on my laptop with a webcam and hopefully, the audio on webcam sounds fine. But without any further ado, guys, let’s get started. And if you haven’t already, let’s try and reach that one K like a goal. And if you haven’t already subscribed and you do like my content, make sure to subscribe and take that notification bill and you’ll get updated when I next post. As always, guys, we’re still doing the giveaway. So drop your comments down below. If you do want to be entered to win that Tresa storage device, just simply drops a comment down below. It can be absolutely anything. So, guys, let’s get into the video. Really, really interesting times right now, guys. Bitcoin is actually closed and kind of very close and almost crossing its 200-day moving average. It is really, really, really exciting. I did want to give you a brief overview of the 200 days moving average. First of all, I want to put it out there. Don’t get too excited. And everyone goes and open oblong positions. If we all go over this 200-day moving average, we can see in the past we have shot over here. Nothing really came from it was shot over here. Nothing really came from it. And then again, we shot over it back here back on the start of January. Yes, we did have a nice pump after we crossed it again. Yes, we did have a nice pump after we crossed it. But then it led to a downward pressure selling pressure. So if we do cross over this 200-day moving average, which is actually right here, yes, it will be very, very nice for Bitcoin. And yes, I do think that is bullish. However, just be careful, because if just because we cross over the 200-day moving average, it does not necessarily mean we are going to be pumping to the moon. Realistically, yes. If we do have a continued close above the 200-day moving average, it could be something like this here where we see absolutely crazy price growth here. And when it, in fact, did cross over that 200-day moving average in April of last year, we saw growth of up to 200 percent in Bitcoin, which is absolutely crazy. However, the bitcoin price is now just crossing literally above it. As of filming this, we are at eight thousand dollars. Whether it stays there or not, that will be really, really interesting. I know my eyes are definitely going to be glued to the charts over the next few days, which as I mentioned in the last video a day before yesterday, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven. We didn’t it did, in fact, have seven green candles on the daily chart, which is really, really nice. We did have this red one here, which is a little bit ruining this nice projection towards the upside. However, today’s candle is really, really nice and it is very, very bullish. So my price target for Bitcoin, if we cannot cross over this 200-day moving average, I don’t see any reason why Bitcoin can’t go into this. Eighty-five to nine thousand dollar range. It’ll be fairly normal, to be honest, if we did cross over this 200-day moving average to continue to pump upwards. There’s not really a whole lot of support here. Maybe at a four, 83, 80, 300, there’s a little bit of resistance towards this lower end. But I don’t really see if we break above this 200 day strongly with of volume. I don’t see any reason why we can’t be going into this 84 to nine thousand dollar range. It should be hopefully happening. If the volume is supported and everything goes to plan, that’s really it for the Bitcoin price. That’s the main thing I wanted to get out in today’s video. I did also want to talk about a theorem, guys. Let’s go over and have a look at the theorem so you can see backor quite a while ago, actually, on the 17th or 16th of April, a theorem actually went ahead and crossed over this 200-day moving average, which is really, really bullish. As I said before, in Bitcoin, when an asset does in fact cross that 200 days moving average, a lot of traders, a lot of money starts to come into the market because we could potentially be seeing more bullish terms. And that did, in fact, happen for theorem. And we are continuing to rise in price. We brought this to. Hundred dollar level of resistance, which we are having a lot of problems up. We were testing it multiple days, three, four days. We were testing it. Finally, we have broken above it at 206, nearly 207 dollars. And it’ll be exciting to see where theorem goes. We could potentially go up to this 250 million mark and find a little bit of resistance. However, my short to medium-term goal for a theorem, if we do continue this way, is two hundred and fifty dollars or Peire, which would align with the peak back here before the dump. So it was looking really good for a theorem. Again, this 200 day moving average, showing bullish signs for a theorem and hopefully join bullish signs for Bitcoin as well. If we can break above it, have a reasonably nice amount of volume. So I did want to talk about my trade on Phoenix. Now, this trade was really, really risky. I did, in fact, go in with a 20 X leverage you can see here, which I never, never, never recommend. However, I had a little bit of Bitcoin left on this exchange at about point two five Bitcoin. I wanted to open a trade. I opened it a little bit a while ago. I think back here maybe on the twenty-eighth or twenty-sevenths of April. It’s in a nice profit. It’s in currently around 70 percent profit with around 1400 dollars in profit. Now, I just want to put this out there again. Do not trade on 20 X. I’ve been trading for many years now and I can afford the losses if I was to make a loss on this trade. If you are new to leverage trading trade on one or two X at the most, if you’re more experienced, maybe five to 10x at the absolute most. Usually, I trade on seven to 10. However, I just wanted to end this trade just because I thought it was an interesting trade to take. If you guys were interested in joining Phoenix, I’ll be a link down below. If you use mailing specifically and deposit zero points two Bitcoin to your trading account of Phoenix. You’ll actually get a free hundred and twelve dollar bonus, which is really, really nice. Sought the links for that will be down below. Now, guys, let’s go ahead and have a look at this. This is a crazy, crazy article. The Bank of Canada exploring digital currency that would replace cash and track how people spend money. This is absolutely crazy because, with a digital cash system, the government will actually be able to track how you spend and manage your money even more than they currently do. Which is kind of scary in itself. The Bank of Canada is considering launching a currency that would help it combat the direct threat of cryptocurrencies and collect more information on people, how people spend their money. This article does go more into crypto later, and I will be bringing you that in today’s video. An internal Bank of Canada presentation prepared for Governor Stefan Pollos and the bank’s board of directors offers the most detailed public insight yet into the bank’s thinking on the on a papyri proprietary digital coin. If I can get that out, according to the presentation, the currency will be widely available. It would not initially co-exist with coins and paper money. It would initially coexist with coins and paper money, eventually replacing them completely. So they were most likely introduce it as an alternative form of payment and then gradually withdraw the cash from the system and then go completely digital. We need to innovate to stay in the game. The president presentation reads, A digital currency will provide all the benefits of a central bank. A bank asset, it says, as well as the convenience and security of wireless electronic payments. They suggest a digital currency would come with the option to pay interest on balances and the ability to collect more information on Canadians than is possible when people use cash. Personal details not shared with AP, but could be shared with the police or tax authorities. Yeah, this is a really interesting point. Let me know Downbelow in the comments that will also enter you to in that trade storage device. If you think the government having the ability to track even further what we spend our money on, because, of course, they are already tracking it now. However, with a digital cash system, they will be able to try and they will be able to track literally everything we are doing. Let me know how you feel about that and if you think it’s a good thing or a bad thing. The article goes on to say, The presentation suggests two deployment options for digital currency token based on account-based. It warns that banknotes are becoming obsolete as a means of payment, creating problems for the banking system as a whole. The time may come that merchants and banks find it too costly to accept banknotes, which is crazy, and it goes on to say it happened. If that happens, ordinary Canadians would lose access to central bank money. But the bank’s ability to carry on, carry out monetary policy and act as a lender of last resort would not be affected. It goes on to say the currencies may become a direct threat to our ability to implement the monetary policy and lender of last resort role. This is crazy that they are admitting that cryptocurrency could become a direct threat. Cryptocurrency is growing. As of July eight, as of July 2018, a study from the bank found five percent of Canadians own Bitcoin. Up from two-point nine percent the previous year. I think if digital currency comes up in such a huge country, an economy like Canada, this could be absolutely huge for Bitcoin, as people think. Why would they own that? The state-issued currency when they could just own Bitcoin, which is completely decentralized. And the banks would have no control over what they do with their money. So this is a really, really interesting article, guys. Definitely. Let me know what you think about it. Downbelow. I personally think it’s good for cryptocurrency. However, it’s interesting to see that they acknowledge that it’s a threat, that crypto is actually a threat to them. Going over the last article now right in northern Lebanon, city amid currency crash. So it’s absolutely going crazy over there, guys, right now. Clashes broke out between protesters and security forces in northern Lebanon Monday amid a crush in the local currency and a surge in food prices. Dozens of young men smashed the fronts of local banks and set fire to an army vehicle as the protest turned into riots, which is crazy. The Lebanese national currency hit a new record low over the weekend. We thought 4000 Lebanese pounds to the U.S. dollar on the black market while the official price remained at 1500 pounds. Tripoli is the capital of northern Lebanon, where the unemployment is among the highest in the country and poverty is widespread. Earlier Monday, scattered anti-government protests broke out in several parts of the country, leading to road closures that prevented medical teams from setting out Beirut to conduct coronavirus tests across the country. So it’s causing a lot of disrupting also, which is absolutely crazy. A woman carried a placard reading my salary buys me two cartons of milk, much going to work and earning a salary. And because of the government’s inability to keep a stable currency, that’s a subject for another video. This woman’s full salary can only buy two cartons of milk. That is absolutely crazy. And this is exactly why Bitcoin is needed on Sunday night. The Central Bank of Lebanon issued a circular instructing currency exchange shops not to sell the dollar for more than three thousand two hundred pounds. So then now they’re trying to set the currency rate even though their currency is crushing. On Monday, most exchange shops were not selling dollars, saying claimed to have dollars are refusing to exchange the hard currency at such a low price. Earlier over the weekend, several banks in northern and southern Lebanon were attacked, some with firebombs reflecting rising public anger against banks that have imposed capital controls on people’s accounts. So Krypto completely removed this from the situation. No one can control your crypto wallet. No one control what you buy, sell or use it for. This is just another great argument for crypto. So let me know your comments. Downbelow guys. That’s pretty much it for today’s video, guys. I will try and bring you as many updates as possible. Unfortunately, I am on these guys right now, so it’s really not too convenient and quite painful to sit down at a desk and stand up. I cannot set my lighting normal lighting on normal camera configuration as it’s just not possible for me to do that. But I will definitely be bringing you as many updates as I can. As always, guys, if you do want to join a Phoenix and trade with leverage if you are a more experienced trader. Definitely use my link down below. As you get 112 dollar bonus if you deposit zero points to Bitcoin or more. So thanks for watching today’s video, guys. Hopefully, I’ll see you around and I’ll catch you in the next video.

WOW INSANE!!! BITCOIN BREAKING OUT RIGHT NOW TO THIS CRAZY PRICE LEVEL YOU WON’T BELIEVE!!

But his drive for success drove the love of his life away. Six years later, Jackson has the opportunity to take his hot sauce company global. All he has to do is buy back the family farm. Unfortunately, the new owner isn’t impressed by his handsome offer. From first love to fiery business rival… Jessa fled home to the little bayou town of Fever, Louisiana six years ago, expecting Jackson to chase after her. He never did. Now he’s back and she has something he wants—the farm she secretly bought. She has no intentions of letting go of the home she loves, or the one-of-a-kind peppers necessary for the production of Jackson’s hot sauce. At least not until she learns Jackson holds the key to something she wants—the divorce she believed they finalized years ago. What’s yours is mine… The two strike a deal where winner takes all. If Jessa can go a week without succumbing to the spark clearly still between them, Jackson will sign the divorce papers. If not, Jackson gets the farm. As the ex-flames spend the week together, things smolder hotter than a fever, but with only one winner, someone is sure to get burnt. Excerpt: The primal part of him argued that things weren’t complicated. That Jessa was still his. And that realization struck deep. “If you want my touch so badly, I’d be happy to grant your wish. I’m thinking a nice start would be my tongue between your—” Her reflexes were no joke. Before he could finish his sentence, Jackson found himself covered in wine. Again. He grabbed his napkin and did his best to blot up the red liquid coursing down his face. “If you actually finished a glass of that stuff without throwing it on me, you might enjoy my company a little more.” “Even piss-ass drunk, I wouldn’t let you do what you were about to suggest.” She sounded truly appalled by his comment. Like he hadn’t done that on this very table once upon a time. “Don’t act like you don’t still want me, Jessalynn.” “Ha! You are so full of yourself. No, I don’t still want you, Jackson. As you can see, I want nothing more than you to be out of my house and out of my life.” His jaw twitched. “Feelings aren’t a light switch, Jessalynn. You can’t just turn them off. Did you forget how you used to respond to my touch? To me? How I could light you on fire? Should I remind you?” “The only feeling I have for you now is disgust.” “Did you also forget how well I know you? I can tell when you’re lying.” She put her hands on her hips and stuck her chest out. “I’m not lying, Jackson.” “Prove it.” “I don’t have to prove anything to you. There’s nothing in it for me.” An idea hit him. “What if there was?” Jessa looked at him sideways. “What?” “Since you’re so sure that you don’t have feelings for me anymore, then prove it. If you can resist me for a week, I will sign the divorce papers, leave you the farm, and be out of your life.” A week was pushing his deadline, but he’d make it work. “You think I can’t go a week without tearing off my clothes and throwing myself at you?” She laughed so hard she began holding her stomach and wiping her eyes. “If you think it’s that easy, you’ve got nothing to lose.” Her face sobered. “I’m not crazy enough to sign on for spending a week with you.” “I’m not going anywhere, chéri. This way, no matter what, I’ll be gone in a week. Otherwise, I’ll leave when I’m good and ready.” Jessalynn grumbled and her eyes narrowed. “So, if I can make it a week without sleeping with you, you’ll sign the papers and give up on this nonsense about buying the farm?” He nodded, trying not to smile too wide. “There must be rules.” She twirled the stem of her empty wine glass between her fingers. “No getting me drunk. I have to be sober for it to count.” “That’s fair. I don’t need you impaired to get you turned on.” She rolled her eyes. “And you can’t go around shirtless. Fully clothed, all week.” “No dice. I’ll keep my pants on, since you don’t trust yourself not to jump my bones if I don’t, but it’s damn near 100 degrees in the daytime around here. You’re not going to force me to wear a shirt the whole time.” “Fine.” “I have some conditions of my own.” “Like what?” “You agree to let me stay here. All week. I don’t expect you to let me sleep in your bed, but for me to have a fighting chance, proximity is a must.” “No.” He threw his head back and wiped his hand down his face. “Come on, Jessalynn. Bend a little.” With any luck at all, he’d have her bending all kinds of ways before week’s end. “Whatever. You stay out of my bedroom, though.” “Alright, but you have to promise not to avoid me during the daytime.” “I have work to do, Jackson. This farm doesn’t run itself.” “I think I know a thing or two about farm work. I’ll pitch in.” Jessalynn grabbed the wine and drank from the bottle. Then she took a long breath. “Anything else?” “No getting off without me.” “Excuse me?” “I don’t want you taking the edge off. You’re going to be begging me to put my mouth and hands on you in no time. Can’t let you cheat by getting off on your own.” She pushed her chair back and stood. “It’s only a week. I’m not a guy. I’ll survive. Especially if it means getting rid of you once and for all.” After making her way around the table, she stuck her hand out. “We have a deal.” He stared at her hand for a beat, then glanced up at her. “Don’t you want to know what happens if you lose?” “I’m not going to lose.” About Jasmine and Arielle: Jasmine and Arielle Lockhart were born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, in a house overflowing with books, art, and poetry scrawled on scraps of paper by the hands of their father and mother. The sisters spent their childhood summers setting crawdad traps and picking peaches from the three-hundred-year-old tree on their family's plantation. On stormy nights when the power would go out in the Antebellum home, Arielle would distract her younger sister by telling her stories. It never took long before Jasmine's fear of the dark was forgotten and she was butting in with her own ideas of how the story should go. In 2017, over mint julep's on the plantation's ivy-laden porch, Jasmine and Arielle came up with the crazy idea to co-write a romance novel. A year and many heated debates later, the first book in the Fever series was complete.  When she's not nagging her sister to add more kissing scenes to their books, Jasmine is a world-traveler, living between New Orleans and Abu Dhabi in the Middle East. Arielle currently resides on the plantation, where she spends her days writing and convincing Grammy Dee that Annabelle, the housekeeper she hired three years ago, is not the reincarnation of the young woman who hung herself in the peach tree after her fiancé failed to return from war.  Sign up for their mailing list for news! Mickey's Dapper Birthday
New Post has been published on https://twentysomethinginorlando.com/mickeys-dapper-birthday/
Mickey's Dapper Birthday
I became a Cast Member in 2013, but I don’t remember anything about Dapper Day before the spring of 2014. That’s okay, I also didn’t know what Disneybounding was until right before I moved. Don’t worry, I’m going to explain Disneybounding later in this article if you don’t know what it is. My first experience with Dapper Day involved a fourteen-hour shift at the World Famous Jungle Cruise, and one of my favorite memories as a Cast Member. (That is a story I’m saving for the newsletter early next year, so subscribe now if you haven’t already!)
Dapper Day is a semi-annual event held at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World, and once a year at Disneyland Paris. The event began in 2011 in California and rapidly grew in popularity. The idea is that you come to the parks in your “Sunday Best”, essentially how it was originally envisioned the guests would dress coming to Disneyland in the 1950s and 1960s. Your dress doesn’t necessarily need to be vintage, just stylish. The events are not actually put on by Disney themselves, though they have gotten more involved as the event has grown. In Spring 2016, the last Dapper Day I attended, Disney didn’t officially have anything special for event. Spring 2017, they had special cupcakes, corsages and all sorts of things. Fall 2017 was a little different, as something else was overshadowing Dapper Day.
Last year, they started making Walt Disney World’s Dapper Day a two-day event, but I only planned on doing the Magic Kingdom day.
Somewhere along the line as I was planning out my year, I realized Day One of this year’s Dapper Day would fall on Mickey Mouse’s birthday. I immediately knew I wanted to theme my Dapper Day outfit around my favorite incarnation of the Mouse, the Sorcerer’s Apprentice.
Enter Disneybounding. Disneybounding is the idea of theming your outfit around a certain character. Created by Leslie Kay, Disneybounding has quite the following on Tumblr. Since anyone over the age of twelve isn’t allowed to wear a costume to the Disney Parks, this is how many people find ways to still be their favorite character. I wish I Disneybounded more often, but it typically calls for a lot of solid colors and most my clothes already have Disney characters printed on them. However, for Dapper Day this year, I knew I would be Disneybounding Sorcerer Mickey.
I hunted around online for a 1950s style red dress that I liked, not fully sure how I was going to make this work until I stumbled across one particular design. I literally recolored it in Paint since the computer I was on at the time didn’t have Photoshop and sent it to my friend Polly. She’s an awesome costumer and has been helping me with projects (and occasionally keeping me sane) since 2010. You can check out her blog, $20 Lolita, where she talks about making Budget, Offbrand and DIY Lolita clothing. I know we talked about her putting the dress on it at some point, but as of publishing I haven’t seen it on there yet.
My outfit was settled, Duffy would wear his sailor outfit, and now it was time to figure out Jay’s. I originally wanted him to go as Steamboat Willie, but he thought it would be a little boring, but also look strikingly like his Gangster outfit from Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. I agreed on at least the second point, and we spent the day before the event hunting for an outfit for him. At JC Penny inspiration struck, and Jay would soon be the Yensid to my apprentice.
The morning of Dapper Day, my alarm went off at 3:50 a.m. If you’ve ever paid attention to my photos, you might have noticed I have all of three hair styles, and on the rare occasion I wear make-up, it always looks the same. Our friend Victoria was kind enough to agree to do my hair and make-up for Dapper Day, but she had to work at 7:30 a.m. This meant I had to be at her house at 5 a.m. Well, I overshot by half an hour and she did an amazing job anyway.
The Disney Parks Blog had been advertising a special moment in the Welcome Show for Mickey’s Birthday, and we made it just in time. However, I should have known not to get my hopes up. The “special moment” was literally the Squire saying, “Happy Birthday, Mickey!”
Now that the park was officially open, we popped over to ride the Haunted Mansion. Then it was time to hit as many characters as possible: Alice, Merida, Ariel, and Snow White all before 10 a.m. I carried my heels between characters and switched into a flimsy pair of flats that folded up to fit in my bag.
We tried to go to Storybook Circus, but apparently, they don’t open until 10 a.m. these days. After Snow White, we waited in the twenty-minute-or-s0 line for Starbucks because we were both badly in need of caffeine, and more importantly, I had a gift card. I saw the special Steamboat Willie Cheesecake on display, but decided that much sugar so early in the morning would likely spell disaster and we grabbed pretzels at the Hub instead. While we were in line for the pretzels, a girl who was not Dapper, but covered in Duffy from head to foot caught my eye and I probably stared longer than was polite.
At the entrance to Liberty Square there are benches on either side. We grabbed one and sat down to eat our pretzels. We wound up sitting there people watching for about half an hour, checking out all the Dapper Day outfits as they went by. Other dressed up guests would smile and nod or wave, and some even called, “Happy Dapper Day!” Shortly after we sat down, “Mickey’s Friendship Faire” started and we could see about half the stage. I’ve seen the show countless times, but I love the music so we stayed until the end.
We went to see the pop-up shop at Box Office Gifts for the official Dapper Day merchandise. The creator of Dapper Day was there, Justin Jorgensen, and I wanted to get a picture with him but it was busy and hectic, and I wound up deciding not to bother him. It was really cool to see the clothing in person, even if it was out of my price range.
Nine times out of ten, if I’m walking up or down Main Street, I cut through the Emporium. It’s air-conditioned, there’s no sun, and you never know what you might find. In this case, someone found me. The girl with the Duffy stuff spotted me again, and came up to introduce herself. Turns out she’s a blogger too! We traded business cards and she gave me a little folded up piece of paper of Duffy! As small and simple as it was, it was probably my favorite part of the day.
One of the many great photo spots we found.
When I originally planned our Fastpasses thirty days in advance it never occurred to me we would be there for park open, so none of our Fastpasses were until the afternoon. At least this left us with a nice, slow morning to take our time doing what we wanted. We wandered around the park a bit looking for fun photo spots, and had to abort one location just as we arrived because Joey Quintin had posted where he was doing his first button giveaway on Instagram, and I didn’t know how quickly he’d run out. Joey is an amazing artist I encountered at MegaCon, and he was doing button giveaways for Dapper Day. The line was super long when we got there, and I didn’t expect to have so much pressure as I picked our buttons. I froze, and later thought of four other designs I would have rather picked. Oh well. They’re still wonderful!
We went back to Storybook Circus to find Minnie and Daisy’s line at forty minutes and Donald and Goofy’s at twenty-five. We picked the boys since meeting Daisy is always awkward for me anyway. (She took Duffy’s spot at Epcot, I’m still bitter.)
After the Circus, we went to ride the Carousel. Well, I rode the Prince Charming Regal Carousel. Jay stood on the outside and took pictures. Riding sidesaddle is strange, and I’m a little surprised the Cast Members allowed it.
Finally, it was time for our first Fastpass and we made the extremely short, about twelve foot, trip to Princess Fairy Tale Hall. We jumped in the line for Rapnuzel and Tiana, and everything was going great until we were done. I went to switch back out of my heels to the flats when I felt something come undone in the dress.
The zipper had gotten stuck that morning, and we’d used a couple of safety pins to close it under the belt. Jay went to check, and sure enough the safety pins were now all bent and useless.
“I don’t know how to fix this,” Jay said.
“I think I do.”
I headed over to Bippity Boppity Boutique. Who better to fix a wardrobe malfunction than a Fairy God-Mother in Training? I explained the situation to Corley and she immediately went running off. She came back with a handful of safety pins and a few rubber bands. Jay and I popped over into a gift shop so he could repin the dress, and everything was good as new in no time!
We headed over to get in line for Winnie the Pooh, and there was no one there. He’d be back in half an hour, so we sat down on the wall to wait.
I don’t think I’ve ever had a Photopass Photographer take so many photos. There were twenty-four of them when we were done! Pooh took Duffy from me, and wanted to keep him, but I said no. Then Tigger was mad he wasn’t getting any attention and pulled me to dance while Jay and Pooh conspired to hide my Duffy Bear. Needless to say, I got him back before we left and some amazing photos.
It was finally time for our Mickey Mouse Fastpass, and we were both exhausted. Jay was breaking in a new pair of shoes, and my flats were so thin I might as well have been barefoot. We decided to skip our last Fastpass after 5 p.m. for Cinderella and Elena, and make seeing the Birthday Boy our last stop. We swung over to Pecos Bill to get the Steamboat Willie Cheesecake with my annual pass discount, only to find them sold out. I got them to check the other venues in the park offering it, everywhere was sold out. I was more disappointed than I probably should have been. I love both cookies and cream, and cheesecake! Jay was right, we should have just gotten it at Starbucks that morning.
When we got into the room to see Mickey, he wasn’t there yet and the character attendant got everyone to sing him “Happy Birthday” as he came in. It was adorable! The line was moving super quick and it was our turn in no time. There will never be a day I’m not excited to see Mickey Mouse, and I’m so glad I got to tell him “Happy Birthday!” in person.
We headed for the monorail and made our way out of the Ticket and Transportation Center, eager to get home and dump the photos from my camera.
Dapper Day is an awesome time, and one of the few special events at Walt Disney World that doesn’t require a separate admission ticket. This was the second year I’ve gotten to do it, and I hope to be doing it again in the future. Sadly, both the Spring and Fall events fall in the same month as RunDisney races, and there’s only so many weekends I can take off at a time. I think I like the Spring event better just because the Christmas music was majorly throwing me off and the decorations on Main Street made photos a little more challenging.
I do already have plans for another outing with my dress, but it will be sometime next year at the earliest.
Cost: Park admission.
Value: I have a harder time scoring the value on this one because it’s not something you pay for, but I definitely think it’s something every Disney fan should do at least once!
Duration: All day.
Add Ons: You could do both days, or they had an event at Paddlefish on Friday this time at Disney Springs. According to the Dapper Day website, they have more expansions planned for Walt Disney World!
