#regal#ts4 story#this conversation was originally between maggie and a handmaid named heather#but i thought that olette and sheridan needed some more spotlight#PLUS i think it's important to note that olette wasn't purposely leaving her sister to grieve all night by herself#maggie had her locked in her room so that she would not possibly be attacked#and she didn't want her to get involved. if luca was going to die and maggie was going to suffer the consequences#she wasn't putting olette in the picture#sheridan was dealing with eden stuff all night with the emperor so she also couldn't visit olette#(as well as guarding luca's room)#SO this is important. plus it emphasizes that even the handmaidens were all aware of what happened#and although olette doesn't understand why her sister was the reason for his awakening. she gets that her sister is powerful#and that she is capable of anything#i'd also like to note that sheridan does not know about the seam at this point#she also just believes that magdalena was the answer to their problems#FAITH IN THE EMPRESS! #self obs#i will delete this later but i just need to get it out#i told my two best friends about how i got rejected and they both were just like move on lol#like i don’t think they realize how awful i feel right now like literally that was my dream and im scared im never gonna be able to do it#i also somehow have to tell my parents and that’s a whole different problem#my parents are already up my ass about me quitinh my job for no reason#well basically i think they’re trying to get me to move home for the summer which doesn’t make sense to quit my job i’ve been working at#for almost a year to come back and get a job for a month#but like i can’t think of another reason that my parents would randomly want me to quit my job#so i’m stressed about that and now i also have to tell them i got rejected and now i can’t start the part of my degree that i need for my#fucking job and fuck i’m so stressed and don’t know what to do#and im just like so embarrassed and everyone is acting like its not a big deal even tho like if i apply again i probably won’t even get it#because i didn’t even make it past the interview phase and anyways im just so upset with myself and everything#i like actually thought my life was turning around and i was gonna be happy finally but nope#anyways this is just me sobbing and trying to let out my frustrations because no one will actually listen or validate that i’m upset#whatever im gonna go drink some wine and probably pass out on the floor of my room

I changed the frequencies of the cleaning schedule to bathroom to weekly (instead of four days), and dusting the shoe cabinet and cleaning the window and windowsill to every three months (instead of weekly), and added both of them to also take turns doing that instead of just me - I will be taking bets now on how long it will take until I get angry texts and on how much yelling there will be on sunday or monday evening.
#wtf were they thinking putting only me for dusting and window anyway?#one cleans the kitchen one does the floors I do the bathroom - why the FUCK did they think I should be the only one dusting and cleaning#the windows? ESPECIALLY since I don't care about either of those things. i still don't know what tf cleaning door means#i don't throw tomato soup against it??#although i will wipe down my own door now because their stupid scent dispensery got an oily layer on it#because they put it right next to my door because yk my room stenches apparently#i still wonder if their noses are different or they are lying on purpose to bully me#also all that hyper cleanliness but thd#they STILL PUT GLAS BOTTLES IN THE RESIDUAL WASTE BIN#also paper in the plastic bin and bread in plastic in the residual waste bin#also they left out a wine bottle that still had some wine in it - i've put it in the dishwasher because yk. i don't want tje kitchen#smelling like wine. but if they think i'll put their trash away they are very mistaken#jess' flatmate rants

#we’re still catsitting and i snuggled w the baby for a while on Saturday morning which was so 🩶 bc he doesn’t like pets very much. he’s got#pretty severe arthritis so whenever he wants pets you best believe he gets them.. sweet angel i’ll miss him so much 🥺#then saturday morning roommate and i went to this new ramen bar in the city centre and had some mizamen it was SOOOO good#and the painted street is actually a city project of making some of the very narrow central streets pedestrian only zone and so they’ve#just recently painted part of this street and put CATS on it hehehe i loved it SO much#and then on Saturday night we went to an art/design exhibition and i have SOOOOO many pics form there#from* there i loved it SO much! and there was a concert after it which my friend really wanted to go to so we went#and then as roommate & i live close to the concert place we all went back to ours and had some wine & cat snuggles 🩶#and THEN from today that’s my silly dog aziza with as you can see a totally appropriately sized stick#<- pic from our 3 hr walk in the park#and now im doing chores and chilling and such so yea!!! good weekend all in all i managed to not think about the week and how i went#through all of Dante’s circles of hell LMAO
