My Center
I drove like hell to the only place I could think to go. My rational mind fighting with my submissive one. The two going at it like two dogs fighting over the last bone.
My Domme has just told me that I should find someone else. The day after I laid my trust at her feet. I had just knelt to her.
I pulled into the garage tears streaming down my face and turned my car off. I couldn’t move. I couldn’t think. I dialed his number on speed dial and let myself cry. He would figure it out. He’d either have heard me pull in or have Sam trace my phone.
“Hey Carebear! What going on? Care? What happened? Where are you? What’s wrong?” He got more panicked as I cried harder. I laid my head on my wheel harder than I thought and caused my horn to honk. Well that would work too.
“I’m coming.”
In less than two minutes he was opening my car door and turning me to face him.
The last he had heard from me was that I was getting ready to kneel to her. Dean and I had known each other as long as I could remember. He knew what that meant to me. Now I was a sobbing mess and coming to him not her.
“Carebear, you need to calm down and tell me what she’s did.”
I grabbed my phone and handed it to him after opening it to the text. I heard him growl in anger.
“I’ll fucking kill her. Carebear. Please your scaring me.”
“Dean I’m spiraling. I can’t grab any control. I need help.”
He took a deep breath and grabbed my face. His eyes were stern yet caring.
“Caroline. Breathe. Slowly. Breathe with me.” He started breathing in and out slowly. Keeping his eyes on mine.
“Good girl. Now listen to me. She is an idiot and not worth any of your tears. She doesn’t deserve the trust you gave her. I want you to come inside. I am going to get a bath ready for you and pour you a drink,” he started sending a text with my phone, “I just texted Sammy. He is going to sit with you while I get everything ready for you. If you need to cry get it out. But no more of that sobbing. I cannot stand to hear you like that. I’ll stay with you while you are in the tub. When you get out, we are going to eat and watch a movie. Tomorrow morning we will have a discussion on who to trust and who not to with this side of you. This isn’t the time for us to start this relationship. This isn’t how I want us to begin. But we will discuss it. I’ve wanted this with you for a long time. But I will not breach beyond helping you tonight until I’m sure you understand. Can you do this for me? Will you be a good girl for me tonight and let me take care of you?”
This is why I drove to the bunker. I knew Dean was the only one who could calm me down.
“Yes.”
“Yes?”
“Yes, Sir.”
“Good girl. Here comes Sam.” He helped me out of the car and handed me over to my other best friend.
“Want me to kill her, Carebear? I generally won’t hit a woman, but this is You we are talking about.” I laughed before I started crying again. Softer this time. Not sobbing.
“Come on. Let’s get you to your room”
When we got to my room Sam sat me on my bed and put his arms around me.
“Dean’s going to take care of you. Don’t worry.” Sam said softly.
A few minutes later Dean walked in and took me by the hand and led me to the bathroom.
“I’ll be just outside. Get undressed and climb in the tub. I’ll give you two minutes.” He kisses my forehead and walked out of the room.
I quickly undressed and got in sniffling. The door opened and Dean walked back in. I had my knees drawn up to my chest and my head resting on my knees. Dean sat on the edge of the tub and rubbed my back.
“It’s going to be ok, Caroline. I promise you. She isn’t worth your tears.”
I nodded my head trying to believe him.
“Caroline, if she was truly good for you and worth your trust, she wouldn’t have let you give yourself to her. She wouldn’t have called you “Her’s” if she was a decent person. She doesn’t deserve you.”
I laid my head back against his leg, careful not to get him wet. He handed me a glass of wine that I recognized as my favorite when I brought it to my lips.
“Thank you, Sir”
I sighed as I took another sip. Dean just sat with me, his hand gently rubbing my head until I finished my wine.
“Are you ready to get out, Princess?”
I blushed and nodded my head looking at him. He raised an eyebrow.
“Sorry, Sir. Yes, Sir.”
He held up a towel and looked away while I stepped out and he wrapped me in it. He put and arm around my waist and pulled me to his side walking me back to my room.
“Go pick out your most comfortable pajamas you have here. I’ll brush your hair after you get dressed. I’ll be gone about ten minutes.” He kissed my forehead again and left the room.
I quickly dried off and found my blue plaid pajama pants and one of his old t-shirts. I got dressed and sat on my bed to wait for him. I was itching to check my phone but I realized Dean had it still.
Dean finally came back after what felt like an eternity. He sat down next to me and picked up the brush on my nightstand and began gently brushing my hair. He put the brush down and pulled me to him.
“Ok, Princess, now that you have calmed down we are going to go to my room and watch Harry Potter. I borrowed them all from Sam so we can watch whatever you want until you fall asleep. In the morning we will talk.”
“Thank you, Sir”
I didn’t know if we would continue past tonight or just be friends as we had always been in the morning. But for right now Dean has given me exactly what I needed to Center myself again.
