Kinda like Mystique's scale-fur? But only with blushing and then when they calmed down their fur would retract haha #One of the couple was way easier to fluster than the other tho haha so I really only saw it on him #I get the feeling it was also kind of GOmens inspired - specifically Aziraphale which is still so weird to me because I haven't seen??#Or read anything GOmens?? UNFORTUNATELY! if you’re not in my main oc universe like the main group or mikey & eilidh i just forget to think abt you. 😭 though i have drawn devon & eleonoora a ton since i started this sketchbook in 2022. however solfrid and lovise get a single drawing EACH!! i should remedy that lol.

#eleonoora and solfrid and lovise were excuses to draw mori fashion sorry… sorry. devon too. to an extent. but she originated outside of my #clothing drawinf doodles. she originated in more. abstract and conceptual landscape art #of which eleonoora could also be fit in to when i thought devon needed a friend #and well then they got names a plot worldbuilding etc #solfrid and lovise later got a story too but. it’s not something ive focused on at all.#because it needs quite a bit of revision #and it’s a little. lot. more plot heavy than my other stories. or at least i’m intending it to be #main group + mikey and eilidh and then devon and eleonoora get by with. slower pacing and such #solfrid and lovise need action and fast-paced scenes. which i am NOT good at!!!! i avoid them lol

seeing how depop ended up is genuinely so weird. i’ve been on that app since 2018 and not only has it always been and is still the shittiest platform of all time but it’s also now owned by etsy and has a horrible reputation for … some reason

just saw someone point out how weird it is that the statue of the elf and the dog in lindon in trop (who i assumed was luthien bc like...who else) has a star of feanor on its chest

which like. i mean obviously the star is there bc somebody just didn't think this through beyond "oh this looks cool." the netting, twills (both are cotton btw i misspoke), and black broadcloth are from Nick Of Time Fabrics deadstock fabric company

the raspberry coating fabric and the white brocade i didnt show in the video as it was prewashing (the photo added is before the wash so its kinda dirty lol) are from Lucky Deluxe fabrics also a deadstock/thrifted fabric company

the cotton muslin and white cotton broadcloth were from my stash from 3 years ago that was gifted to me by my step-grandparents and thw pink satin was also a gift from my mom. i do not know where they were bought from but im assuming joanns or walmart :/

the bats are from 1962Company on etsy and the vamp embroidery was from Coffee Juice Studio also on etsy

speaking of genbu's "serious" sounding tone in his voicebank, i think that might be why he was such a dead ringer for teto pre-synthv-bank-release with just a couple little gender parameter tweaks. wait do my followers know this. sorry i know most of my vocal synthesizer talk is genuinely gibberish to my beloved and loyal long time followers but do you guys know this. for a few years, people had discovered that since utau teto and genbu have this similar strong enunciation and dark sounding tone plus teto can have a bit of a tomboyish edge to her voice anyway -> if u mess with some parameters and phonemes he'll sound close enough to her, so it became a bit of running gag in the community, along with just being a genuine and novel use case for his voicebank. actually recently i found out about someone who made a couple of synthv scripts to set genbus voice to his falsetto pitch and set the tension to drop during each syllable automatically to make him sound like the utau sora amaha. genbu's purpose is to impersonate other vocal synthesizers
