played some Gaiden. It's fun
#it's very pretty#and it's neat to be back to playing kiryu again. he's gotten much sassier#I'm only a bit into the second chapter and the game hasn't really ''opened up'' yet but I think it's going to be pretty fun when it does#also being in ijincho the *night before* ichiban wakes up is tantalizing#[trying to walk toward a particular tent] my boys are in there. let me see my boys#and! the boss and mini-boss fights! have the Judgment mechanic where you can evade and then counter their attack!#I'm delighted. that was always a very fun one#got faked out by the trip to survive though. :(#we'll see if that gets amended later in the game
