THERE IS NOT, AND I HAVE BEEN WEEPING INTERNALLY ABOUT THAT FOR THE LAST 8 YEARS 😭
Studio Manglobe, who did the animation, filed for bankruptcy, and Gangsta was the last anime they produced. And Kohske, the mangaka, has had ongoing health issues that have prevented them from releasing new chapter updates regularly. So the chances of getting anything new for Gangsta are nearly nonexistent, unless another studio picks it up. And even then, there wouldn't be enough manga content to adapt into a second season unless they give it the 2003 FMA treatment. Which I wouldn't complain about, tbh. I haven't checked in some time, but I believe the manga is up to chapter 50 now.
I haven't given up hope with the manga, and even a part of me is still hopeful for a second season. I have never recovered from that season 1 cliffhanger.
If you haven't already, I highly recommend reading all the released chapters for the manga. That will help alleviate some of the pain. There is also the spinoff manga of Marco, which is an excellent read.

I was a walking double stereotype: marine biologist and astronaut. I ultimately went to school for marine biology. Maybe in another life, I can be a marine biologist who trains to be an astronaut. (I'm now imagining a scenario where I am selected to be on a team that will be researching the first alien ocean discovered outside our solar system. Literally the dream.)

Fox Mulder x Dana Scully - The X-Files. The ship to end all ships. The blueprint. When I say that your faves could never, I truly mean it. Mulder and Scully probably did it first and continue to do it better. We have them to thank for the term shipping and online spaces where we can scream about and over our faves. They've given me permanent brain damage. 🥰
FemShep x Garrus Vakarian - Mass Effect. The ultimate battle couple. My favorite cross-species liaison, who aren't afraid to test the limits of reach and flexibility. Their transition from friends to friends with benefits to UH OH I CAUGHT SERIOUS FEELINGS is immaculate. Plus, we get some real dialog bangers. My personal fave: "You know me, I always like to savor the last shot before popping the heat sink." I LOSE IT EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Neo x Trinity - The Matrix. There isn't a sexier ship out there, and that's a fact. Imagine looking that hot all the time and being willing to die for one another without a second thought or ounce of hesitation, even if it means dooming the rest of humanity. Goals, tbh.
Jaime Lannister x Brienne of Tarth - Game of Thrones/ASOIAF. I would be physically/mentally/emotionally incapable of not shipping something that was Beauty and the Beast coded. ESPECIALLY if it's an inverse of the classic fairy tale. I try not to think how the show did them so dirty. And I have still not recovered from that, btw. Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Gwendoline Christie deserved to play book!JB so, so badly. CAN YOU IMAGINE WHAT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN LIKE??????? The show did give us some iconic moments with them but ultimately wasted all that potential. Still holding out on George and TWOW. I truly believe he's not going to let us down.
Roy Mustang x Riza Hawkeye - Fullmetal Alchemist. They are literally Mulder and Scully in anime form. How could I not ship them? Their devotion to each other makes me want to chew through the drywall. "I'll follow you into hell if you ask me to." HELLO??????????????

Hmmmmm...I dunno. I really appreciate it when fanfic writers take the time to reply to any comments I leave on their fics. I am *extremely* self-conscious about leaving them. I never have anything insightful or eloquent to say, and it means the world when I get a response.
Simple things I'll sometimes see in the tags of my mutuals like #always a joy to see on my dash or when I'm referred to as #bestie. I absolutely love that.
And when someone tells me I've done a good job (or they're proud of me) and that my work is appreciated, or when someone says it's good to see me, and they sound like they genuinely mean it.

12. Which movie has your favorite soundtrack?
Oh God, I have so many favorite movie OSTs. Tarzan, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Avatar, Titanic, Star Wars, Dune, The Sound of Music, Moulin Rouge, The Last Samurai, The Lost Boys, The Matrix Reloaded...I could go on and on lmao.
19. What part of filmmaking do you find most interesting (ie. sound design, costuming, set design, etc)?
Pretty much all of it, tbh.
Sound design blows me away because there are people out there who straight up invent sounds to things that have never existed before. My favorite example is the lightsaber from Star Wars. Yeah, sure, they are so awesome to look at and use, but I feel like if they sounded different, their impact would have changed. Maybe. I dunno.
I love costuming too. Anyone who can sew and craft outfits from scratch have my utmost respect and admiration.
I saw some rare behind the scenes photos from the set of Aliens not too long ago and was astonished by how minimal the set designs really were from that movie. You wouldn't know that from watching the film. So, I also love good set design, too.
People can hate the Avatar movies all they want, but there is no denying that they are absolutely the peak of what CGI can do. The world of Pandora would have been very difficult to make with practical sets and effects, so I'm glad the technology exists that allowed those movies to be made.
That being said, I absolutely adore practical special effects too. John Carpenter's The Thing, An American Werewolf in London, the first two Alien movies........... *chef's kiss* (I'd sell my soul to have the xenomorph queen puppet. Oh, and a tauntaun from Empire Strikes Back)

#15. Favorite Movie?
My actual favorite movie is hated by so many people, so I will have to go with The Matrix. That movie has lived in my head rent-free since I was 9 years old. Seeing Carrie-Anne Moss as Trinity was probably the single most formative moment of my life, no exaggeration.
#21. What I love most about myself
My self-loathing actually surpasses that of Vash the Stampede, so this is a truly difficult thing to answer. But, I will have to say I love how comfortable I am around all kinds of animals and how good I am with children of all ages.
#26. My biggest pet peeves?
People not wearing headphones when they're watching or playing things on their phones, tablets, etc. It makes me want to tear the skin off my face. I truly have no idea when that became socially acceptable.
