Hi
I really loved your yandere Evil X fic you just put out and had an idea for a request of my own
It's yandere Scar but the reader leans into his possessiveness and other stuff because they really enjoy how safe it makes them feel (and have always been super in love with Scar and his yandere tendancies just never caused issue for them)
I love your works and I hope you can have fun with my request
- anon
Hi anon :) I'm glad you enjoyed it! Yandere and angst are fun to write and this request is exactly that.
Hope you like this just as much :)

Love is Blinding
Warnings: Yandere, angst, blood/violence, Scar being able to do redstone (or if that's too frightening, you can pretend the reader did it)

You shut off your communicator with a satisfying click, its luminant screen flashing to black. There’s no point in it being on if it provides no satisfaction, only grief and annoyance. Every day for the past month you’ve received the same messages from most every hermit. “We miss you, come do something with us, don’t stay trapped”. But you aren’t trapped–you are loved, and the hermits could never come in between you and Scar.
You know Scar is protective, there was no denying, and you rarely–no, never–do anything without him anymore. His clumsy and goofy demeanour is gone within a second if something or someone threatens to take you away from him. But it isn't so bad, having him care for you and love you enough to make up for all the times you miss doing things with the others. The hermits are constantly trying to drag you away from him, lure you further and further until your love would be no more. Neither of you would let that happen. Your shared base was ridden with traps, a redstone door kept you safely inside and the hermits kept at bay; Scar would take every precaution he could to keep you close and yet so, so far.
A quiet click, a flame ignited, a gentle hiss, a loud bang.
You are pushed back from the blow, the heat from the explosion pressing against you, seeping into every crevice in your skin, forcing back every fold of clothing. As the fumes from the aftermath disperse, you can see a winged figure approaching you through the gaping hole in the side of your base, approaching slowly, cautiously. You go to stand.
‘You could have knocked.’
‘But would you have answered?’ Grian gestures around him to the walls of the only place you now know. ‘You never let anyone in, and you don’t let anyone see you anymore. It’s not right, y/n. It’s not healthy, for you or Scar, don’t you understand? Your love is blinding you!’
Slowly you begin to back away. ‘No,’ you say resolutely. Your voice doesn’t reverberate nearly as much as it did now that there was a way to the outside world. ‘It’s you who doesn’t understand. None of you do. He’s doing nothing wrong.’ The avian spreads his wings wide, using them to propel himself towards you in an attempt to grab you, pull you away from the only thing you want to know. Within a breath, you feel a splash of warm liquid fall onto you; his blood with its light scarlet stains the area around you. Grian lays motionless on the floor, a deep gash tearing through his left wing and back. His eyes remain open wide, pupils dilated from the shock of betrayal. Scar wipes his sword on his emerald cloak, staining it with the blood of someone he knew well, someone he deemed unable to harm him, until now.
Within an instant you are swept into Scar’s arms as he examines you, scanning for any injuries, any reason to hurt Grian again and again. ‘You’re alright, precious,’ he says, relieved, the deep, smooth voice you’d fallen for filling your ears. He reaches out to wipe the blood from your cheek, succeeding only in smudging it further. You sink into his embrace, thanking him for saving you. Helping you. Slaying the person who opposed you.
You thank him for killing your friend.
