This morning I could NOT STOP thinking about all the excuses I let hold me back in the past. I don’t have time. I can’t afford it. It’s too hard. I can’t do that. I’m a mom of 3, running 2 of my own businesses while working part time at another. I volunteer at church and school. My schedule might not look like yours but it’s pretty jam packed. I finally caved and said enough is enough.  My time isn’t all of a sudden more available. The money isn’t changing. And I’m most definitely not getting any younger. I get it. I did it too. I said it too. I said I couldn’t. I think probably everybody does or did at some point in their lives. But that doesn’t make it true. Because YOU CAN. You can squeeze in 10-20 minutes a day. (Do a quick workout while you start binge watching that next show.) You can afford to eat healthy because chances are good it will save you 1000’s of dollars in health care later. (Can you swing less than $2/week? Or swap out that nonfilling fancy drink or drive thru snack with a time-saving, good-for-you shake?) You can do hard things because you have to start somewhere. (It gets harder the longer you wait!) But this show is so friggin wild I've only heard of like one to two episodes that actually worked out and people are so crazy Like I was just mad because my little brother stole my gum one day and no one felt my pain so I made this profile because it was an escape. Stahp that.
