There is the list of my headcanons for valo agents' age
Disclaimer: Realistically even 18 yo go to army but in my mind 18 yo are actual babies so in this tier the youngest are 21 yo
21-25
Gekko as the main gen z falls into the youngest tier, followed by Neon and Jett, the choice is pretty obvious ig
This might be controversial but Iso gives just as much of gen z energy as Gekko, the only difference is him adopting Stiles Stilinsky's personality growing up, this is how we end up with the sarcastic deadpan delivery guy (yes this one is relatable to the op aka me)
Deadlock in the group might be controversial but I think it's funny af if the serious suspitious woman ends up dragged into the least serious friend group in existence (I bet she would make friends with Iso lol)
26-30
Everyone thinks Sova is a serious adult-ass man and gets surprised when they realise he's gen z, he just has a scary accent and doesn't smile and people think he's older than he is (the russian unapprouchable and quiet nature doesn't help this either)
Sage struggles from the same desease called looking serious and being a mom friend but she's actually on the younger side of agents
You might argue Phoenix is younger, but he's the texbook example of the 26 yo dude who one day woke up and decided to be a DJ /affectionate No way the dude collecting shoes would have money for all that in his early 20s (even tho it's debatable)
Yoru might be older, but for a dude who spends his free time by fighting gangs he must be under 30. I know difficult personality doesn't necessarily mean he's young but it would make sense
Raze is fun and energetic but more on the party-person side than anything-for-a-trouble side so she's in this tier. She just gives off the energy of someone who was working in customer service for years and finally quit but still has her violent urges /joking
KJ gives off younger energy, but as someone known for her incredible tech abilities and robots she must be closer to 30. You can't tell me this woman didn't work in IT with tech-bros for several years just to realise she wants to kill people /joking unless
31-35
I kinda doubted myself on making Chamber 31 (as he's a famous weapon-maker but let's pretend he got successful pretty early) but he just gives off the energy of the guy who just entered his 30s but acts the same as when he was 20 (immaturity-vise)
Breach kinda falls into same category but for a completely different reason of being in prison (probably for a long time and probably for something he did in his early 20s) so he kinda stopped maturing after this
I can kinda imagine Harbour to experience similar stuff, knowing he used to make money by stealing and selling relics and there's no way he never got caught, right? Harbour and Breach could make good friends me thinks
Skye gives off energy of a woman who was working her entire youth non-stop and them turned her gaze back and she's already in her 30s and realised she doesn't know anything either about herself or what she even wants in life. I imagine this is why she's so concerned for environment. She started to get really into being eco-friendly after going through existential crisis and realising our planet is dying (I can also imagine her using re-usable stuff, wearing tote-bags and making effort to recycle as much as she can).
Astra just gives off energy of this one cool rich aunt who has no children and always brings presents to her nephews when visiting (and to be this aunt you usually need to be 30+ even tho it's optional ahaha)
No one knows Fade's real age and people kinda assume she's younger bc of her style, but she's at the age when she doesn't care what people would think and wears whatever she wants (tho she should take care of herself better, drinking this much coffee can only go without concequences when you're 20, girlie please get proper sleep)
36-40
People like to imagine Reyna as a young woman but in my mind she's on the older side. She just gives off the energy of someone going through hell and back in her life (I know she has a younger sister but siblings can in fact have big age differences) I also may or may not like older women but this one is between me and my ao3 history
Cypher is around 40 I think, simply because he used to have wife and a child and I imagine it's been some time since they passed. Tho probably no more than 10 years, as he still thinks about reviving them (the voiceline about him asking Sage if she can revive anybody), but not to the point of actually following through, as if he mostly healed, but not moved on completely
41-46
Is for Viper and Brim because they are way too tired of others' shit to be younger
If talking seriously, there's no way Brim is not pushing 50s as a literal commander, even tho his problems with electronics might be questionable even for this age group, but I don't see him being older
As for Viper, she as well as Reyna just gives off energy of someone who has seen some shit, also her being a scientist I can imagine it takes many many years to have such recearch it also may be or may not be same situation as with Reyna but this is not a crime

Tier explains itself, these are agents whose age doesn't affect their mental state/maturity like Kayo and Omen
Even tho Omen used to be one of the agents and is probably in the same age group as them, if I had to guess he might be somewhere in 36-40 tier

Welcoming Agent 25: Clove to Valorant Protocol!
Clove uses they/them pronouns I’m not debating this. If you don’t wanna use their correct pronouns don’t interact with this post.
Clove just has a bottle of Ibuprofen on them, nobody asks why they just have it
Clove and Phoenix get into quarrels regularly about stupid things
Clove just has to shake the bottle of Ibuprofen at Fades prowlers and it scares them away
Clove was instantly welcomed by majority of the duelists
Besides Ibuprofen, Clove also carries Adderall and Melotonin
Clove is more close with Jett, Neon, Gekko, Raze, Killjoy than most agents
Clove is particularly close to Breach and Deadlock
Sage likes that Clove can self revive, gives Sage one less person to worry about reviving
Wingman can be seen with Clove regularly

thats got me thinking actually . i havent rly had the energy nor the interest to update nuniq's doc to include interactions w/ the newest agents . including harbor and tjats literally her boyfriend lmao 😭😭😭😭 but anyway lemme make some poorly drawn depictions of what nuniq thinks of the newer agents (starting from clove to gekko)

honestly. nuniq wasnt too jazzed about the idea of hiring a kid (grown adult but theyre a kid to her), especially an untrained one . she understands they might have a link to omen going rogue but is still iffy about the whole situation
also oof. the whole immortality thing? yeah it must be a lot to bear for clove, theyre just very good at hiding it. but like with a lot of the young radiants, nuniq lets them know they can approach her about this stuff bc shes been through it too
she can admit she gets pissed at clove bc their immortality causes them to make more reckless decisions on the field . she wants to get it in their head that you still have to be smart about these things no matter how much power you have
but! she thinks clove is very nice. very silly very sweet guy who is an excellent storyteller. storytelling is very intertwined in both nuniq and clove's cultures so she loves listening to whatever clove can whip up
clove has probably dragged her into dnd at least once
she took a while to grasp it but thats ok shes trying her best
anyway yeah clove talks a lot and sometimes nuniq cant understand them so she has to ask them to slow down

valorant hired him because he was a kingdom killer and nuniq was ALL FOR THAT !!!!
she can tolerate the cocky smug little shit thing bc hes professional at least
hes not very hard to work with and is very cunning and calculating. nuniq likes that
iso has most definitely heard about nuniq before and was surprised to see her alive bc a lot of media made it seem she was dead to quell the uprisings against kingdom
nuniq is fascinated by iso's radiance but it definitely makes her think about how fast and how complex the concept of radiance itself is evolving . to think he could create his own pocket dimension with prismatic energy
besides that i feel like they mostly mind their own business
theres a mutual respect for eachothers skill and grit and they just *nods*
deadlock
like the thing says. theres currently some weird tension between deadlock and nuniq rn (and its surprisingly not gay)
theyre both so cold its kinda hard for either of them to approach eachother
deadlock is. working on her relationship with gekkos creatures! which nuniq appreciates
but idk nuniq never forgets anything and its hard for her to get over the fact she almost killed wingman multiple times
+ proposed awful countermeasures to keep the radivores in check
yk that one headcanon someone made about gekkos friendliness and critters winning over a lot of the protocol?
and how they immediately had beef w deadlock because of it?
yeah thats the situation with nuniq
things have simmered down with the creature situation but nuniq mostly ignores deadlock outside of work
and frankly i think deadlock's scared of nuniq too so

nuniq loves gekko!!! hes so silly
hes fun and lighthearted while still being a good fighter
being around gekko makes nuniq feel. Friendlier idk how else to describe it
also his critters have 100% stolen her heart sometimes she asks to babysit wingman when gekkos busy
she has had to apologize for aput using dizzy as a chew toy though
gekko has dyed nuniqs hair temporarily; it was northern lights-colored streaks that looked really cool when braided, she kept it for about a month until it washed out
overall she thinks hes very sweet and she and reyna can get along over being protective of him
anyway yeah i think thats every agent so far after harbor! wow !!! i cant believe we've already made it this far to agent 25 .. and agent 8 still hasnt been revealed yet i love valorant lore (tired

The warmth is overwhelming (my body burns almost as if they're cremating it)
It's very hot in the VALORANT HQ, specially in summer. See, this can be a problem to agents who are used to the cold, like Sova or Breach, but that's why there's a rule that says that you can indeed go around shirtless and with short pants.
No agent is allowed to have their personal AC, they only have one on their common room. For bedrooms they use fans, but an AC has never been given to anyone, not even Brimstone.
Now here comes the problem. Phoenix's body tends to be hot, like burning hot, but in summer it gets worse. Between his own body heat and the outside heat he literally feels like dying, and that makes even Viper have some sympathy for the guy.
Brimstone's already recieved complains from Phoenix, Jett and Viper herself about this. "Let that kid have a goddamn AC," she said, "I don't want to find him sleeping in the fridge again, I nearly had a heart attack that time."
They also have rules for the common room's AC. One of the rule used to be that there had to be more than three agents in the room to use it, but it was later modified to that plus not being usable in the night, because Phoenix managed to convince Jett and Sova to go sleep there so he could get colder. The other rule is that the AC must be 77°F (25°C) at minimum, and 82.4°F (28°C) at maximum.
Today is different, as it is around 122°F (50°C) outside and everyone is worried about their fire boy, mostly because he looks both tired and about to melt from the heat.
"You really need to get something cold, mate, not even the common room AC is helping." Skye says, handing him a handful of ice and cringing when it almost immediately melts in his hand.
Phoenix has only the shortest pants known to man on, and he's still sweating even under the AC. Skye, who's also wearing short pants but has a sports bra on, is trying to help him get a bit colder, but everything she's tried hasn't worked.
"What's going on?" Killjoy asks when she gets in the room, looking at the two of them almost as if they were crazy.
"I'm trying to help Phoenix cool down! I've tried everything!!" The other woman says with desperation in her voice, "I've tried handing him ice, it melts. I've tried feeding him ice, it doesn't melt but doesn't work either. I've tried sticking cold stuff in his body, doesn't work. We've tried Harbor's waves, they don't work either. He's under the AC. We're considering removing everything from the fridge and getting him in there again."
"Why can't you put the AC colder?" Killjoy asks, then looks at the AC controller, "Oh wait, it's at the minimum, right?" She asks, to which Phoenix can only nod.
"That rule is stupid." Reyna says as she steps in the room, "You're going to die if we keep it like this, necesitamos hablar con Brimstone!" She exclaims, looking at Phoenix with full pity in her eyes.
"I'll talk with him," Sage says, already heading to Brimstone's office, "he is in no condition of doing anything, not even existing at this point." Before she gets out the room, she hears Skye scream and quickly turns around. Phoenix has passed out from the heat.
"I've already told you, we can't do that." Brimstone states, looking at the three women before him, "If we give it to him, the rest are going to ask for one."
"It's not like they're little kids, Brim," Reyna says, looking at him at the eyes almost as if he was her pray, "I'm pretty sure they'll understand."
"We can't have him do anything in this condition, do you understand how dangerous that is for a human being?" Sage asks, then continues before giving the man time to answer, "It's so critical, I don't doubt he could die because of it at this point."
"Okay, okay, fine," Brimstone says, standing up, "I'll talk with-"
"No, Brimstone, you'll get him the fucking AC because he can't even speak." Viper says, looking at him with dangerous eyes, "Then after that maybe you can speak with him. A body temperature that melts ice cubes as soon as they get close - not even in conact - is more dangerous than you think."
"Alright, then," He says, "but with one condition. You three need to help me choose which AC to take." They all nod and start searching online.
Sova is the first one to notice the giant box on the door of the HQ, left there by the delivery man, probably. He looks at it before calling Brimstone and confirming that it isn't a bomb, then he takes it inside. Sage tells him what it is, and Sova takes it to Phoenix's room, which is currently empty.
After calling Cypher and having Brimstone supervising they both assemble the AC in an hour and a half, then put it in 44.6°F (7°C) and staying in the room until Cypher can't handle the cold. Then they call Phoenix.
He looks like absolute shit, there's no other way to put it. He's sweating, has dark eyebags from not sleeping because of the heat, his hair isn't brushed, and he's leaving burnt marks wherever he steps. Yoru is with him, he was told of this before so he could distract him. Yoru also looks miserable, his hair down and unable to stay up, also has eyebags.
Around a minute after Phoenix steps into the room his eyes widen, looking around for a moment. "Are you feeling this or am I dying?!" He asks, turning to see Yoru, "Dude, it's so cold I might have to put a shirt on!" He jokingly says, smiling wide and looking excited. "Hold on what's happening? Why is it so cold here?"
Yoru smiles at his confusion, then points at the AC set up on a wall. "Brimstone bought this for you, you would've died otherwise." He says, looking at their boss. Phoenix looks at him and smiles widely. Then he stops.
"Wait. You're saying I have my own AC?! For my room?! That I can put in any temperature?!" He asks and Brimstone nods "Ohmygodohmygod finally!!" He exclaims, practically jumping up and down. "Thank you so much, Brimstone!" He smiles even wider (somehow).
"You shouldn't thank me, I only bought it. You should thank Viper, Reyna, Sage, Sova and Cypher instead." He says, smiling. Phoenix doesn't get it but nods anyways, walking around his room.
After two more minutes Brimstone gets out of the room, leaving the other two alone.
"Dude we can finally kiss!" Phoenix says before jumping on his boyfriend and giving him a kiss. They stay hugging for some minutes before Phoenix breaks the hug. "Okay I've gotta tell this to everyone they're going to be sooooo jealous" He says as he brings out his phone.
Yoru smiles, "You're breaking our romantic moment to brag about this? Wow, what a boyfriend." Then he starts laughing when he sees Phoenix's defeated face.

Fade, like everyone else, had her habits. You know, those things you do routinely and you feel bad when you don't do them.
When she entered in the Valorant Protocol, she had to submit to new habits.
She had to get used to being hated.
But she also get used to being loved.

Fade, like everyone else, had her habits. You know, those things you do routinely and you feel bad when you don't do them.
She used to make her own henna paste in the mornings, with the sun sneaking through her heavy curtains. She remade her tattoos rigorously every 25 days, sipping her precious coffee. Drinking coffee was also a habit, but it was closer to a personal addiction that had already given her a bad sleep disorder and brown teeth. She used to read after lunch, her belly full of her own delicacies (drinking coffee). She liked biographies of murderers, crime novels, and philosophical fictions. She used to visit cat shelters, which she made sure they were well taken care of. She used to walk after the sun went down, enjoying the fresh air and the night world.
Fade, like everyone else, was comfortable and content with her habits.
It wasn't good to have to change them because of the disappearance of her loved one. That hurt as much as losing the one she loved. Spending hours and hours scavenging for information in front of the computer; taking grueling trips around the world; using her radiant abilities in ways she never imagined before, all changed her routine drastically. It was so tiring that she even fell asleep a few times. Imagine! Fade! Sleeping!
And, entering the Valorant Protocol, she had to submit to new habits.
She couldn't always make her henna paste and her tattoos started to get annoyingly faded. Lunches were rushed, she rarely enjoyed the food, which she no longer prepared. Her readings were reports and matters connected with the Protocol. Generally, she became too busy to enjoy a night walk. The coffee addiction, which left her electric enough to forget some of her problems, was what was left of her old habits.
And, of course, she had to get used to being hated.
After all she's done using her radiant gift, in addition to her own machinations, the other agents have learned to fear her. Fade posed a constant danger even after a time in the Protocol.
Machiavelli said it was better to be feared than loved. He wasn't wrong. Fear brought an intoxicating sense of power. Fade liked to walk by the halls and people give her space to pass. It was good to see that her gaze caused fear. Her voice made some people tremble.
Power tasted sweet.
But it went down like acid.
Like the supposed poison Viper had put in her food after she entered Protocol, which had given her a colic that Sage and the Protocol doctors said was obviously connected with her period but Fade doubted that excuse. Power was as acidic as the comments Neon made about her behind her back, thinking Fade didn't know about it. Power tasted as bad as the one left in her mouth after being resurrected in one of the Protocol's resuscitation chambers, as Sage refused to revive her in combat when she judge that Fade wasn’t necessary.
Power was valuable.
Having those people's secrets in the palm of her hand was more overpriced than money, jewelry, and lands.
But power had a price.
The price was unreliable.
Sova might buy her a drink, but he would never use his owl drone near her again. Chamber could flirt with Fade all he wanted, but he would never trust her his back. Brimstone might have hired her, but he made sure to keep an eye on every move og her.
It was understandable. She hurt them severely. No matter how much time passed, Fade created wounds that were difficult to heal.
So Fade got used to the consequences of her actions.
Power meant being on top.
In a position of authority so superior that even Reyna, the radiant Empress, couldn’t face her unguardedly. And how Reyna wanted to break Fade in half for hurting Neon. Fade watched with melancholy how these people cared about each other in such a way that they created a barrier that she could hardly get through.
The top was a lonely place.
Fade didn't complain about being excluded from conversations. She understood the fact that no one invited her to girls' night. She just observed the boys playing basketball, containing her urge to ask to play too. Even if it hurts. Because, like everyone else, Fade wanted to have friends. She wanted to laugh with others and have fun as they had fun with each other.
But that didn't make her regret what she had done. In fact, if it was for what she fought for, she would do it again and 10 times worse. Her isolation from the other agents was a price she would pay with her heart if need be.
Raze and Breach were just like her. They understood her struggle and her actions. They were always kind even after she screwed their heads up even more than they already are. Raze basically begged the other girls to accept Fade on a girls' night. Breach slapped Yoru and Phoenix to make them ask her to play with them. Fade preferred to accept such pleasantries, knowing that the two of them did their best to help her, since they had been in the same place for so long. And because they knew what she was capable of, they never completely trusted her either.
And it was fine. They were just like everyone else, just like her. They created barriers to protect themselves from what frightened them.
But there were two people like her who were different.
Omen, who saw himself as a monster, found himself mirrored in her as soon as she entered the Protocol. His heart, which no one knew whether or not was beating, soared for that creepy, kitten-loving girl, which he kind of liked too. She was so peculiar. She spoke darkly as he did, terror and fear filling her mind. But she was also kind and polite, constantly praising others even if it seemed untrue. Omen liked her dark jokes. He appreciated the fact that she wasn't frightened by his unpredictable teleports.
It was a good feeling when Omen looked at Fade and saw someone as disturbed as he was. Like a magnet, she naturally drew him close.
Just like Cypher.
But Cypher saw her as something else, someone promising. Fade, who had a sapphire and amber in her eyes, was an uncut gem that was shaping itself. Cypher never got tired of talking to her, as with each new dialogue the girl managed to impress him a little more. He admired her strategies and her determination. Fade never beat Cypher at chess, but he'd be lying if he said he never felt the chills when she was close to winning. Cypher wanted to understand her as if she was a puzzle. Even more when he knew that they both had similar motivations for fighting.
Raze could destroy buildings for her ideals.
Breach could break cities for cash.
But Cypher and Fade fought for love and so they were able to overthrow the gods.
The three together made an interesting group. Everyone had clear sleep problems and definitely didn't have a sane mind. It was common for Cypher to stare into the distance in sullen reflection; that Fade spoke frightening things; and that Omen sank into deathly silence, tormented by the voices that haunted him constantly. These peculiar aspects, which naturally alienated other people, did not bother any of the three at all. They were broken and they knew it.
Fade liked to say that mosaics were works of art made from shrapnel. Cypher liked how she understood about art and Omen liked how she saw him as something beautiful. They completed each other as if it were a masterpiece.
Three strangers getting along. It was a great combination.
Having Cypher and Omen in her life became a habit that was sustaining the rest of Fade's sanity.
She got used to sitting next to them on missions. She liked to snuggle into Omen's shoulder, which was strangely soft. And he thought, that way, she looked like a kitten. She walked with Cypher around the base, helping him with his wires and cameras, while he chatted about a hilarious life story of his. Cypher loved the husky sound of her laugh. She got into the habit of making small snacks for Cypher, as he had that annoying habit of forgetting to eat. When she had some time, which was rare, she read alongside Omen while he knitted. Omen, when the knitting didn't capture all his focus, calmed the voices as he watched the smoke curling from Fade's coffee and Cypher's tea. They listened together to Cypher humming in that charismatic goblin way of his. Cypher got used to having both of them exist silently around him, finding it strange when they weren't present.
As Fade stood there, with her head on Omen's shoulder and listening to Cypher's melody, she knew that being around them was a habit she no longer knew how to live without.
And, like everyone else, she was in no mood to change her comfortable habit. Mainly because it involved the two people she didn't know she would love as much as she already did.

As hardy and stubborn as the ancient water beast, Leviathan can be described in one word: tenacious. With both fangs that deposit venom into their pray and a tongue that cuts into their enemies, they can hardly be called a team-player. A person as slippery as their namesake, Levi can be found all around the world. No history can be attached to the trail of dead bodies they leave in their wake, yet it seems that these 'overdose' victims seem to leave no mourning families at their passings either. Thus, while the international bounty is certainly there for the form-changing thief, the need is currently not dire enough to warrant a full international cooperation. Still, any sort of radiant operating outside of the law independently is alarming enough to leave untreated, regardless of their vigilante status. Not to mention how the the scope of Leviathan's abilities is left frighteningly undocumented. This leaves only street reputation to make assumptions off of, and theirs is far from friendly. Usually, this scares off any party vying to slay the sea beast for their own agendas, and those stupid enough to wander into the storm are left helpless against the tricky Leviathan. That is, parties that aren't the VALORANT Protocol.

Passive Blood Tax: When killed, the floor is stained by sickly, toxic blood that applies decay to enemies standing in its radius.
Signature Ability Rip Current: (SPLATOON SQUID MOMENT) activate once to establish the rip current, the directory in which Leviathan will travel after activating the second time. Hold to place the end point further, can travel up short walls. Upon second activation, Leviathan will disappear into the tide and reach the other end within a second. This ability recharges after 2 kills. Free, rechargable.
Refraction: Appears as a random agent from the enemy team and is indistinguishable from the team's allies for a maximum of 20 seconds. When Leviathan uses another ability, is fired at, or fires during the duration of Refraction, they transform into a translucent, intangible form that takes 80% decreased damage and gains a speed buff for 3 seconds. Likewise, they return back to normal vulnerability if they fire or use other abilities. 350 credits.
Predation: All damaged opponents' locations are revealed to Leviathan for 3 seconds, with blood trails leading to the remaining for 6. Opponents damaged by Leviathan directly are affected by their venom; they are slowed for 3 seconds and lose 20% of their current health for 6 seconds before recovering. 400 credits.
Ultimate Bloodlust: Lasting for a maximum of 15 seconds, Leviathan becomes a large Hydra beast made out of pure aquatic energy. They lock onto the weakest enemy in a certain radius, dashing forward (same speed as Skye's seekers) with its three heads separating. These heads may be individually destroyed, with the two on the side having 25 points of health and the central one having 150 (regardless of Leviathan's health prior to activating the ultimate). Likewise, the side heads deal 30 damage each while the center one deals 90. If all heads are destroyed, Leviathan is exposed with 20% of their health prior to using the ultimate gone with a gained attack buff for 10 seconds. 8 orbs
