Something I find interesting is that Bad always has always played a bit of the fool when the Federation is involved. He pretends he doesn't understand things, he pretends furniture is enough to distract him from anything (sometimes it does, but other times he is clearly playing it up), he says he doesn't know how he got into this secret room, etc. He stays as neutral as possible without siding with them.
And for a while that seems to work. They keep using furniture to distract him. They never punish him even when he shows up in a Federation building, because he's just a silly guy and doesn't know how he got here.
But... Someone at the Federation has noticed. And the reason we can know this is because of the survey and the reward.
A lot of people have been given tasks recently, and they have all received the rewards that were offered to them. Everyone except Bad, who got scammed out of his initial reward and instead given a lot of furniture.
BUT! The fact that he was offered the question as a reward in the first place says a lot. It says the Federation knew that it needed to offer him a reward that would be enough to entice him to do the task (like the trident for Philza, and spawn eggs for Forever, etc.), and what reward did they deem suitable for BadBoyHalo? Answers. Answers to absolutely ANYTHING he could ask them.
It was an insane reward to offer, completely disproportionate to the task that was being requested of him. But apparently this was the only reward the lower case Cucurucho, Osito Bimbo, calculated would be enough to motivate Bad to do a task for him. It had to offer something INSANE to convince Bad to work for the Federation.
When he was given the furniture, the book that apologised for the confusion was in upper case. The original Cucurucho saw what was offered and pulled back, going with it's old reliable technique of distracting him with nice furniture instead. After all, Bad is silly, Bad is gullible, give him some shiny furniture and he'll give up on anything.
But that means... Osito Bimbo has not fallen for Bad's ruse. Osito Bimbo didn't even consider offering furniture - the offer was an answer to any question, because Osito Bimbo calculated that was the reward that would get Bad to cooperate.
Just interesting what this could be saying about the Cucuruchos and how they view Bad differently...

Just wanted to put it out here as a food for thought, and maybe a little theorizing. After what happened to Jaiden on stream it's making me look back at all the notable things that had happened, mostly, if not completely, all in her pov. Jaiden's recent character development after Bobby died was that she drifted away from everyone, making a house in the rose fields that's so far away from anyone else, which she only ever showed to like a handful of people. And then she had this whole thing with having to keep this place 'perfect' because this place, for her, holds most of the happy memories she had during her time in the island.
Then there's the whole thing with Cucurucho, and how Jaiden, who had been underground mining, was the first to be greeted by them. Although this could be either a coincidence and/or unintentional, but the fact that Cucurucho gave her a bird is really sending the idea that there was definitely something there that none of was were really privy to at the time.
I would also like to point out that (I think) it was the first time that Cucurucho has ever asked someone in the island that have lost their egg about how they felt about after, or just them asking in general. And the person they asked was Jaiden.
It certainly didn't help my suspicions, good and/or bad, when Cucurucho approached Jaiden and basically asked her to work with them. But then said that they'd be tagging along with her which was- well, rather surprising but more suspicious at the time, because I have never seen Cucurucho tag along with anyone (Cellbit or Foolish, basically anyone that had shown interest in working with the Federation regardless of their reason/intention) after giving them a mission to complete.
Like sure, Cucurucho could've been like keeping an eye on Jaiden to make sure she did her mission, but anyone can think up of any reason and it still wouldn't make much sense in my opinion.
On a lighter note though, I may be looking into it a little too much, but I like the idea that Cucurucho likes anything that's made of warped wood, because it has almost the same color as Jaiden's wings (from all the fanarts). It's also funny to think that Jaiden seemed to be treated kindly compared to the others.

Translation of q!Cellbit's final monologue
The tribunal is this wednesday, 24/05. Cucurucho has no interest in the Creative blocks and revealed that when it didn't even think once before accepting Bobby's negotiation.聽
It will not accept to give the blocks for armor and every information we try to extract in exchange for the blocks will be processed and mitigated so that it means nothing to us.
But if we had a new surprise, that not even our side expects, maybe things will change. Cucurucho made a mistake amidst the chaos and the fights. Maybe that's the secret.
The plan is to try to use Forever's breaking of the rules as currency exchange to create a direct conflict between ME and FOREVER, surprising Forever just as much as Cucurucho in the negotiation, and asking for Richarlyson's paternity as a form of "treason", showing that I'm willing to join the Federation and don't have a problem with antagonizing my friends to protect Richarlyson and have him only for me.
After this, the idea is to purposefully distant myself from everyone for a day, create something like an evil castle of darkness far away from everyone just to see the reactions from the Federation/Cucurucho, the codes and any possible impostor among us.
If anyone decides to join me, they could be a possible suspect or someone that wouldn't be trustworthy for the Order.
[ UPDATE - DAY OF THE AUCTION ]
Things went a bit differently than expected, but the main plan went well. Instead of surprising everyone with the treason at the auction, I used as an excuse the fact they lied to me and tried to blackmail me with the Vivo meme to make a scene.
Took the opportunity to change my skin of defense attorney to district attorney to add to the drama
It's a positive point because it makes it look like I have a genuine motive/grievance in relation to my friends and diminishes the Federation/Cucurucho's聽 suspicion towards my intentions. It doesn't look like I betrayed them "out of nowhere".
Considering that the Federation watches the streams canonically to acquire information, I think it was the best option to make a whole narrative arc to have a big twist later.
As proof that the plan wasn't a lie, I left only one signed book for Richarlyson revealing my plan, and didn't want to risk it by showing it on stream.
It's still risky, considering the Federation still has access to the items of the eggs, but honestly it broke my heart to see him sad and disappointed like that. I hope I don't regret that.
I also blocked the access of the others to Sofia to see how Max reacts. I don't want to suspect him, but everything in relation to both of them is weird. I'll avoid mentioning her existence to the Federation, and if they bring the subject up, I'll try to bypass it.聽

THE CODES attacked me not long after I "joined" the Federation.

A code made exclusively to kill me? It practically ignored Richarlyson
It strengthens the theory that the codes attack those that seek to keep the others on the island

FINAL PLAN
With luck, the Federation will also wake me up at the hospital Max woke up on. I'll try to persuade them the best I can to acquire new information.
Continue the plan with the members of the Order and try to charm the other members of the island with explanations on how I realized that the life and the people on the island are better than what I had before and I don't want to lose that. They don't need to involve themselves with this.
Use the eventual tribunal of Richarlyson, where everyone will probably be present and watching, to reveal all the information of the Federation I managed in front of everyone.
Thus, if they kill/arrest me, I'll become a martyr and all those present will know the truth about the Federation.

2 more days left, fuck it here's my predictions on what builds will make it past the reset,
. for admin builds, they're definitely keeping the museum and library, maybe the cinema, the egg adoption center depends on wether or not the wall stays for me. wouldn't be surprised if it or other builds end up buried like the church under the church
. lore builds depend on what the admins are cooking (will the federation be affected by the reset? what about the rebellion? i hope they keep oscurucho's maze it would be funny)
. roses's sanctuary is pretty likely to stay imo considering the significance it has in phil's lore. phil's home on the wall is a 50/50 to me i dont watch him enough to know what he'd do
. there's literally no way fitmc from the oldest anarchy server is keeping anything
. considering that tubbo was already making plans for a new base after the prison event ended, i doubt he's keeping much.
. foolish has never cared that much about the permanence of his builds, i'd be a little surprised if the dragon tower makes it. maybe the titan will because of how newly finished it is, but even then.
. bad is definitely keeping the egg carton, thats for sure. idk about much else, i feel like bad would've sent the admins a million different locations to preserve though
. i think jaiden would keep bobby fields; that place is pretty significant to her lore. maybe not her decoy house though (did she ever finish that? i dont remember)
. cellbit i see keeping his castle, especially if he still plans on streaming the qsmp a lot less when he finally comes back
. we know that bagi's base will be fine, and i think mike has said that the murder mystery area will be fine too?
. we also know that the majority of aypierres builds will be fine as he collected the coods to them live. also maxo's house will be spared because of him from what i've heard (god bless i miss q!maxo)
definitely missing some builds but it's late i wanna get some sleep, most of the bulds left i wouldn't have much of an idea on anyways
