Today was a great day, town pride festival with a friend I haven’t seen for months, bought a ton of cool stuff, saw some incredible performances, just had a ton of fun! I bought a ceramic bowl for no reason other than the fact that I liked it! I ate blue raspberry shaved ice! I saw my first drag show! I’m going to rant in the tags now bc I want to yell about it!

#my legs are sore and I’m so tired but MAN it feels good #peace and love and happiness on planet earth #I bought/got soooo much stuff #a pair of earrings for my mom #a pair of earrings for me (I don’t have my ears pierced)#two (2) minecraft bees (one for me and one for my sister)#I got a pair of rainbow sunglasses and a rainbow bandana that are now being worn by a plush cat #a ton of pins. pride and otherwise #a really pretty necklace #a nb flag that now has tooth holes in it from my asshole cat #a fanny pack AND a tote bag #a rainbow folding fan for my friend bc she didn’t have one and I did #a set of dice and a big perfectly clear d20 #the previously mentioned ceramic bowl #and I also found a little thing from a car or something that fell off but I picked it up off the road bc it was shiny #I might post pics of my haul tomorrow #I’m very very happy about it #rain patters #also to top off my day my ffxiv static FINALLY beat A6S!!!!!#it was a great day! i can’t remember the last time I had a genuinely spectacular day.#I’ve had good days. I’ve had okay days. I cannot remember the last time I felt as happy and full of life as I did today.#I just. augh. it’s crazy what these celebrations can do.#im definitely going back next year #and I can’t even put the drag show into words #it was SO GOOD #the last queen we saw did an absolutely fantastic whitney houston performance that was honestly life changing #it was all such a rush #it really is days like these that make life worth living #I don’t think that concept ever really clicked for me until now
