専務取締役 森川 雷太さん X 代表取締役社長 三浦 勇治さん
ネッツトヨタ仙台株式会社は、「2020健康経営優良法人ホワイト500」の認定を受けるなど、積極的な健康経営を展開しています。今回はその陣頭指揮を執る社長の三浦さんと、専務の守川さんにお話を伺いました。
三浦 ネッツトヨタ仙台がめざしているのは、まちいちばんの企業」をめざして、お客さまと従業員のどちらの気持ちもしっかりくみとった、CS(顧客満足度)、ES(従業員満足度)の高い組織にすること。そのワンステップとして、ホワイト500の認定などの健康経営があると思っています。
守川 そうですね。ESの面では、できるだけ皆さんの声を吸い上げられるようにしているつもりですが、健康づくりや職場の環境面などでは、これまでの活動が少しずつかたちになってきているように思います。弊社会長自らも常に言われていますが、「健康は使命達成の原動力」ですね。
三浦 健康づくりは本当に大切ですね。私はトヨタ自動車に在籍時代、駅伝に参加していた経験があり、そのころできた走る習慣が現在の健康づくりに役立っているんです。身体を動かす習慣づくりは大切だと、いま、実感していますね。社内で展開している「健康増進カード」では、私は休肝日の設定を宣言しました。これまでは毎日飲んでいましたが、今は週2回休肝日を設けています。なかなかの苦行ですが(笑)、飲む量自体も5割ほど減り、メリハリのある生活ができるようになりました。
守川 ��ごいですね。「健康増進カード」では、週2回の運動を宣言したのですが、コロナ感染拡大の影響でスポーツジムに行けなくなり少し停滞中です。またやり出さないといけないですね(笑)。
体力、気力、スキルがあれば疾病や、年齢も関係ない!
三浦 弊社では定年後も70歳まで働ける制度を運用しており、60歳以上の方も本人の意欲、体力、事情、スキルに応じて活躍しています。また万が一大きな病気になっても本人が働きたいという意思があれば職場復帰や転属などで働き続けられるようにしています。若年性認知症を発症しながらも勤務している丹野さんもその社員の一人です。本人の健康づくりは大切ですが、社員が安心して働ける環境づくりは会社がすべきことと考えています。
守川 経営理念(注)にもあるように、「従業員の幸福のための企業づくり」という原点は大切にしていきたいですね。
三浦 従業員の皆さんは、丹野さんの事例などを聞き安心した部分も多いようですね。この会社なら「がんばってしっかり働くことで、守ってもらえる」と。その人のスキルや経験を組み合わせれば、活躍できる場所は一つではないはず。また、病気には職場の仲間の理解も重要ですね。
守川 働きやすさは、企業の競争力向上にもつながっていくと思います。これからも「笑顔と思いやりとチームワーク」この3つを大切にして、元気な地域社会づくりに貢献できる企業でありたいですね。

障害を乗り越え働いている丹野さん
発症前はトップセールスマンだった丹野さん。
営業の一線から本社の事務部門へ転属し、総務・庶務・採用の仕事もこなす。
「できないこと」もあるけど「やれることもまだまだある」という本人の意思を会社が生かしている。
当時、39歳の症例は東北では1人もなかったんです。でも小さな子どももいて、親としての責任を果たしたいと思っていました。会社にも解用されると覚悟しましたが、社長から『総務部でも働けるでしょ?』と言われ、感動して涙が出ました。いまの仕事は、仕事の手順ノートをつくったり、細かくメモを取るなどの工夫をしながらこなしています。
丹野さんは、著書の出版や講演活動なども行うほか、認知症をともに考える会「おれんじドア」代表も務めています。

Netz Toyota Sendai Corporation has been proactively developing its health management, including receiving certification as a "2020 White 500 Health Management Excellent Corporation. In this interview, we spoke with Mr. Miura, president of the company, and Mr. Morikawa, senior managing director, who are spearheading this initiative.
Miura: What Netz Toyota Sendai aims to do is to become the best company in town, and to become an organization with high levels of customer satisfaction (CS) and employee satisfaction (ES) that fully embraces the feelings of both customers and employees. The first step in achieving this goal is health management, such as White 500 certification.
Morikawa: That's right, in terms of ES, I try to listen to everyone's opinions as much as possible, but I think our activities to date in terms of health promotion and workplace environment are gradually taking shape. As our chairman himself always says, "Health is the driving force for achieving our mission".
Miura: It is really important to keep yourself healthy. When I was working for Toyota, I participated in an ekiden (relay race) when I was at Toyota, and the running habit I got into back then is now useful for building my current health. I now realize how important it is to get into the habit of being physically active. In the "health promotion card" that we have been promoting within the company, I have announced that I am going to take a day off from the liver. I used to drink every day, but now I set aside two liver rest days a week. It's quite a challenge (laughs), but I've reduced the amount of alcohol I drink by about 50% and am able to lead a more balanced life.
Morikawa: That's impressive. In my "health promotion card," I announced that I would be exercising twice a week, but the spread of the corona epidemic has prevented me from going to the gym, so I've hit a bit of a plateau. I'll have to start doing it again (laughs).
As long as you have the strength, energy, and skills, it doesn't matter what kind of illness or age you are!
Miura: In our company, we have a system that allows you to work until age 70 even after retirement, and people over 60 can work according to their motivation, strength, circumstances, and skills. In addition, even if they become seriously ill, if they want to work, they can continue to work if they are willing to work, by returning to the workplace or being transferred to another location. Mr. Tanno is one of those employees, who is still working in spite of developing juvenile dementia. While it is important to improve the health of the individual, I believe it is important for the company to create an environment in which employees can work with peace of mind.
Morikawa: As stated in the Management Principles (see note), I would like to continue to value the starting point of the Company's efforts to "create a company for the welfare of its employees. Management Principles (Note): The goal of a corporation is not the pursuit of profit. Its purpose is to contribute to the well-being of its employees and to the public welfare. The pursuit of profit is a means to this end.
Miura: Your employees seem to have been reassured in many ways by your experience with Mr. Tanno, don't they? They said, "In this company, if you work hard and work hard, you will be protected. By combining their skills and experience, there is no single place where they can work. It is also important for employees to be understanding of their colleagues when they are ill.
Morikawa: I think that making it easier to work for a company will also lead to increased competitiveness. I would like to continue to be a company that contributes to the creation of vibrant local communities by placing importance on "smiles, compassion and teamwork".

Before the onset of the disease, Mr. Tanno was a top salesman.
He was transferred from the sales line to the administrative department at the head office, where he also handles general affairs, general affairs and recruitment.
There are things he cannot do, but the company is taking advantage of his belief that there is still more he can do.
At the time, there wasn't a single case of the 39-year-old in Tohoku.
But I had small children, and I wanted to fulfill my responsibilities as a parent. But I also had a small child, and I wanted to fulfill my parental responsibilities. I was prepared to be dismissed from the company, but when the president said to me, "You can work in the General Affairs Department, right?
