"Here three elegant couches surround an oval table made of black glass. All are set in front of a blazing hearth, above which hangs the portrait of a smirking nobleman sporting a broken nose and a tangle of hair graying at the temples. Several smaller portraits hang on the north wall."
"An ornate dining table stretches the length of this room, a crystal chandelier hanging above it imperiously. The silverware is tarnished, the dishes chipped, yet all are still quite elegant. Eight chairs, their backs adorned with sculpted elk horns, surround the table. Arched windows made of a latticework of iron and glass look out onto the small, fog-swept estate."
Another location interior for DMs and players of Curse of Strahd - the areas of Wachterhaus where Lady Fiona Wachter would most likely receive guests.

Last night 4 out of 4 player characters had a mini mental breakdown, for 4 different reasons, so I'd say the Curse of Strahd campaign is going well

So pick your weapons up and throw your mercy down.
DILF ALERT, we have uhh Leo Dilisnya. Spoilers for our campaign below and in tags.
So we resurrected Leo Dilisnya, who was living as a bag o’ bones before my PC stole him out of Wachterhaus by some miracle of god. She resurrected him in the middle of a field using her blood, and it turned out that he was just a 400 year old starved vampire who really needed a drinky and hates Strahd more than anything.
So now he’s just hanging out with us and nothing will go wrong ever again because he is DEFINITELY not evil.

So we found Leo Dilisnya in the Wachterhaus, and he is now a little too attached to Crow (and she doesn’t necessarily hate it but she hates him)
They have very quickly become my favorite heterosexual toxic yuri ship
(Leo’s design is from @vanhelsingapologist!)

I hope you know that seeing your CoS out of context compilations has caused me start making session recaps entirely out of memes for my group. It is the best worst thing ever and I must thank you for the idea 😂
YESSSSS!!! YESSSSS!!!! IM ABSOLUTELY thrilled to hear that!! They're so much fun to make and also surprisingly such a good way to remember actual events from past sessions!! I can look back at an old collage and remember that Silas got his arm stuck in the fence at Wachterhaus in that session haha! I highly encourage everyone to go out and make their own out of context compilation for their dnd games!!

Curse of Strahd - sorting stuff out at Wachterhaus:
- Mortimer (with the help of Pazuzu, Milan, Osry, and Irina) successfully lifts the curse on Stella with skill and patience.
- Milan channel’s Lady Fiona Wachter’s beloved decased husband for some very important questions she needs to answer for her own sanity.  We’ll see if this plays out well for her.
- Osry and Vol, who came as backup, pause from eating snacks to overhear a little of this event, the gravitas of which gives even the hungry Vol pause.
- Pazu realizes his pupkin headed dreams with a new (decorative) helm.
- Vol dreams of dancing beef wellingtons.

aaaaAAAAAAAAAAAA-
So when the party arrived in Vallaki, Ireena went off on her own to "look for some information." Party decides to go find some place that sells armor before they head out to deal with the aboleth. Sylviel gets some new armor and the party meets Kasimir, who asks that they return at some point and escort him to the Amber Temple.
Before the party can reunite with Ireena however, they are found by one of Lady Wachter's sons, apparently she knows the party is back in town and wants to have a word with them. The party is taken to the Wachterhaus and with some unfortunately high rolls, she realizes they haven't actually killed Victor or Izek yet as they agreed to. In hopes of giving the party further reason to kill Victor, she takes them upstairs to introduce them to someone.
Stella Wachter is completely mute, and as some very high investigation rolls reveal, in a lot of pain. Lady Wachter explains that Stella was returned to her in this state several months ago by Victor, and she has good reason to believe he is the culprit. After some debate, Sylviel asks Dimitry to use his Greater Restoration on Stella to try and help her.
The spell works, and Stella divulges what happened that night. She and Victor had never really gotten along as significant others, and one night he finally revealed why: there was someone else he was in love with. At first Stella was quite happy for him, more than willing to discuss ending their betrothal, but when she returned to Victor that same night, she found him in the company of a vampire. She remembers Victor casting a spell on her, and nothing beyond that point. The party comes to the conclusion that either Victor did it of his own free will, or the vampire had him under a charm and forced him to. They agree that if Victor was responsible, they will kill him for Lady Wachter.
Finally reuniting with Ireena and heading to the lake, the party finds a figure standing on the dock, the aboleth swimming just beneath the surface. Sylviel reveals themself to the figure, who in turn reveals herself. Ludmilla notices Fenro, and expresses surprise in finding of of Riardon's children in Barovia. Apparently they worked together for a short time long ago. Intrigued by the party as she is though, she asks that they leave or die by her hand.
Sylviel manages to come to a compromise with her, she gives them some information and the party will leave her and the aboleth be. She agrees, and they ask her firstly if the name "Ez" is familiar to her. She tells them yes, it is, and that Ez is the name of the vampire hunter Strahd is keeping in Castle Ravenloft after she broke in looking for Van Richten. Then they ask if she knows Victor, to which she again responds yes, but that she has had no personal dealing with him. They explain the situation with Victor to her, and she tells them that if they knew the name of the vampire, she may be able to help them further. Fenro takes a moment to put the pieces of what they know about the Victor situation together, and finally figures out what's going on.
He asks Ludmilla if she knows anyone named Escher, and again she replies yes, that he is one of Strahd's vampire consorts, along with herself. The party concludes that he must have been the vampire Stella saw him with. Now Ludmilla has some interesting information to hold over Escher when she returns to the castle...
Having the information they came for, the party fulfills their end of the deal and leaves Ludmilla and the aboleth be, much to Dimitry's chagrin and Ireena's confusion. But now the party has two new reasons to go to Castle Ravenloft, and a lot of questions for Victor.
I WAS TOTALLY NOT EXPECTING THE PARTY TO ACTUALLY LEAVE LUDMILLA AND THE ABOLETH ALONE BUT I GUESS THIS IS HAPPENING NOW HAHAHA-
i swear this is the most accidentally evil campaign I've ever seen. And I also literally cannot wait for the party to verbally rip Victor to shreds next week, it's gonna be fun. AND THE ESCHER REVEAL I'M. I was honestly starting to expect this would be something that wouldn't be revealed until Dinner with Strahd, but I guess the dice had a story they wanted to tell.
And on the Escher reveal, I'm trying to figure out what Ludmilla is gonna do with this information. Cause before this point she only knew Escher had been sneaking out behind Strahd's back, not what he was doing while he was out. I'm uncertain if she'd use it to get Escher to do something for her, or if she'd tell Strahd to stay on his good side and keep him from suspecting anything of her. Both could be interesting and cause quite a bit of drama, but I guess I've got a week to figure it out!
Bonus out of context quotes for the soul:
"There was a weird kid here."
"By the time this campaign is over, I, the player, am going to look like an old man from all the stress you cause me."

This week on Curse of Strahd!
The party:
Is horrible with children! I’m starting to think my friends should not be allowed anywhere near kids. Who the fuck asks a 9-year-old if they believe in a higher power apropos of nothing?
Impressed Victor Vallakovich! I’m not sure this is a good thing, because I personally detest Victor. But he’s now decided the party dhampir is Interesting and Worthy of his Attention, with similar opinions about Ireena and the artificer.
Nearly killed an orphan! They cured his wounds after he got knocked down to 1 hp.
Nearly killed my sister’s character after she got possessed by a demon! The demon is still in her. She’s also a Ravenloft DM, of a different domain of dread. we hemmed and hawed over the possession description for a little while in a private thread before deciding this was the most interesting outcome. They’re trying to figure out how to move her 300-pound-seven-foot-tall goliath character.
They’re thinking of taking him to the (unconsecrated) church, since... well, it’s that or like. the currently-empty-except-for-a-corpse orphanage or like. Wachterhaus. which would not be great since Victor wants to be part of this now. Especially since the party has like four magic users and he could learn shit.
Strahd and Ludmilla have plans to potentially delay the party (or send them out of town) until the Feast of St Andral. If they’re wrapped up in trying to de-possess my sister, though, they have to work a lot less hard.

awright so ive got leo dilisnya as a supporting character in my game (partially bc he's interesting and partially because my players need a vampire they can bone since strahd is strictly off limits), right. rather than dying from starvation he's basically been comatose in his crypt under wachterhaus for centuries. players are trying to revive him bc he'd be a good ally and a source of hot gossip on strahdy-poo.
what i really want so BAAAD is for strahd to find out that leo is kickin it again (i keep forgetting about scrying now) and eventually like, ambush the players in person on the road (perhaps with leo in tow) and tell them the full story from his perspective about how leo killed a bunch of innocents and attempted a coup (rich coming from strahd) (yes leo fucking lied to them and said strahd attempted to overthrow him not the other way around), and basically offer them a whole crazy amount of gold in exchange for leo. i just KNOW my players are gonna fight over it
even better if it's AFTER rictavios true identity is erroneously revealed, strahd captures him, and then appears to personally thank the players for their help by giving them tons of cash. i love manipulating fictional characters

Players finally got some lore. One player, who has the only PC that survived after the Tarokka card reading, has just not really brought them up? So they players haven't been after them or even know what the items are or where the places are. But after heavily hinting as a DM and one of the other players saying "oh yeah you mentioned a reading" I had van Richten give some info without giving the exact places (like some different interpretations) of the items and explain what the items are. I also had him answer questions like who is Strahd and mention the Keepers of the Feather. So yes lore heavy session. But they have been playing for like 20 months and haven't found one item yet because they haven't sought any of them out.
Let's see what happens next time. Sounds like they are gonna be creeping around Wachterhaus for the Sunsword.

Session 22
The player characters steeled themselves for the Moonlight Masquerade in the last session.
Theo, Tam, and Ireena went to the church and tried to gauge the townsfolk for oddity, while Alistor realized he couldn’t lie to himself and that he had hurt Ismark by leaving him to sleep with Raphael Buckvhold. Ismark, for his part, went shopping and returned with a bedroll and the tools Godfrey had asked for. Theo noticed Lydia looking at Nikolai Jr. sadly; Alistor noticed that he and Ismark were both awkward. Tam got to hold Ireena’s hand. Theo also gave Izek Strazni psychic damage by talking to him. Alistor and Ismark rejoined their companions at the church after services to regroup and revisit the plan: Godfrey and Theo will go to heal Stella (with Nikolai and Victor in tow), Tam and Ireena will avoid Izek Strazni together, which leaves Alistor and Ismark to track Lydia Petrovna.
Also, everyone remembered to coordinate costumes (Alistor and Godfrey match, Theo and Ireena match) except Tam and Ismark. They also agreed to meet at the Church of St. Andral in case of an emergency until they realized Godfrey, as a revenant, could not enter. Whoops.
The masquerade is lovely, with candlelight, lanterns, gauzy tents, and a beautiful dance floor. Alistor picks Godfrey up at the gates. Tam and Ismark agreed that Plan C is to gang up together to kill Izek Strazni. The party convenes to drink together at the Blue Water Inn, meets up with Nicky and Victor, and begins their night.
Theo and company go to Wachterhaus. Because they are with Nikolai, they are not stopped from going upstairs, breaking into Stella’s room and Godfrey casting Remove Curse on her. As Stella gets her bearings, Theo’s mask slips and she reveals that she is a reborn. Stella begins crying. As Nicky said last session: monsters have done nothing for this generation of Wachters, she had given up hope in them, and now it was like being given proof that angels were real. While on the subject, Theo shot her shot: she’s in love with Stella and with Doru and they should totally be a polycule. Stella was struggling. Victor apologized and Stella and Nicky kicked everyone out to ready her for the masquerade where they intended to find the rest of their family. Theo may be a little heartbroken because Stella did not agree to be part of the polycule. Godfrey was very protective of Theo for being called a monster - not because it’s untrue, but because not all monsters are evil. It was an awkward, bittersweet return to the party.
Meanwhile, Ireena and Tam danced together to maneuver away from Izek and try to keep their eyes on the guard and Fiona Wachter. They genuinely began to enjoy themselves and each other’s company. Alistor and Ismark had a similar idea to get closer to Lydia Petrovna - but not before studiously ignoring each other, dancing with other people, and finally doing their job. As a result, they lost Lydia in the crowd. Tam spotted the swish of Fiona Wachter’s gown disappear behind a building. He and Ireena went to investigate; Alistor and Ismark followed suit and heard the sound of a fight. They approached only to find Fiona’s lifeless body and an empty alleyway.
The rest of the party rejoined them and as they did, the Vallakoviches took the stage. Vargas gave his speech and Lydia, unseen by anyone except Alistor (to the PCs knowledge) stabbed Vargas and they both fell dead on the stage. Theo and Izek Strazni realized at approximately the same time there were more guards on duty than there are in Vallaki and Anastrasya Karelova revealed herself to the town and told them they had eight hours to elect a new burgomaster or Ravenloft would mete out punishment for Vallaki’s ineffectiveness.
Cue the cliffhanger.

Returning inside from the town proper, the Blue Water Inn was once again packed to the gills with people, as Rictavio had brought along a crowd of folks who had come to hear his stories of wonder and mystery. However, before the group could get a proper sit down and rest after their long day of running around, the door opened behind them to show a tall, dark haired man with dark glasses, a poorly kept beard, and a dark cloak over his shoulders. He approached Cash and handed him a letter, beseeching the group that his employer, Lady Fiona Wachter, wished to speak to them and asked that they accompany him back to the manor for dinner with her. Nick inquired the dinner that had been prepared, and the man could only suppose probably a meat loaf or perhaps some turkey or the like. The group, excited for the possibility of free food, took him up on his offer and left the inn for a trip to the Wachterhaus.
Upon arriving to the sad, sagging building, one could only imagine how it looked in its heyday. The man leading the group here knocked on the door and a tall, attractive butler that Cash had met prior opened the door, allowing them all inside. The group were directed towards the dining room, which conjoined with the parlor, where Lady Wachter sat at the head of the table, expecting them.
The spread in front of her was lavish, the china fine, and the silverware sterling. Turkey, rabbit, pork, a meat loaf made from ground beef, and delicious vegetables and fruits all lined the table's many plates as she allowed them all to dig in. Chiaroscuro abstained from eating due to being full from cakes and tea earlier in the day.
As the group ate, Lady Wachter proffered them a job, which was the reasoning for her missive towards them. She asked their opinion on the Burgomaster, Vargas, lamenting on how horrid his treatment of the city, and even his wife was. She also made mention about how it had been rumored that two servants of Vargas' had gone missing recently, and that she was becoming frustrated with the onslaught of festivals and parties and gatherings that the Vallakovich family were putting on. She asked if anyone they knew shared her sentiment on those festivals, and it was known to the group that many people were finding it hard to handle wave after wave of forced happiness, not only that but the last festival left a rather large swath of children without parents to care for them.
In this, she asked the group if it would be possible for them to do away with Vallakovich all together, as his actions and subsequent reactions to certain folks showed his color all too well. His farcical "All will be well" chant was causing more and more people to fall into a dismal strife from their desires and the factual real world.
This request took the whole group by surprise, and they questioned Lady Wachter's plans after Vargas' death. She informed them that she'd take over leadership, as Victor was no Burgomaster, and the power vacuum would lead to chaos in the streets. Nick asked what qualifications she had when it came to leading a town, and she listed proudly her running a quite successful book club, the fact that she was one of the few noble houses in town, and the fact that she was, by all accounts, a practical and intelligent woman whose only better at this task would have been her husband had he not died a few years prior. She also informed them that a signing bonus of 500 gold pieces would be rewarded to the group if they decided to take the job, and another 2500 gold pieces upon killing Vargas and his bodyguard. The sound of the gold caused Cash to perk up in interest.
She asked that the group think on it, and Kenshi relayed that after the festival would be the best time for them to come and give her their answer. She looked disappointed, as she wished to have this done prior to the festival in two days, but if that was the case, she allowed them to leave. The butler lead the rest of them outside and they were left to think on the situation that lay before them.
Returning once more to the Blue Water Inn, Chiaroscuro excused himself to the rooms they were renting with a cup of tea offered by Danika. The inn was packed though, even more people had gathered at the sounds of Rictavio's stories, and he and Cash got into a match of fantastical stories. Rictavio told the crowd of a pair of conjoined goblin twins he had met prior, and Cash spoke of the terrifying tale of a group of tiefling sailors in Waterdeep where one of them was killed in a monster attack. Midway through the story, Kenshi left for a jog in the cool night air, and Nick and Alexir sat amazed at Cash after the story was finished. Nick attempted to see how true the story was, and Cash had a hard time hiding his emotions, asking for anything alcoholic before bed. Nick and Alexir came up to their rooms, checking on Chiaroscuro as Kenshi returned from his jog. Cash joined them outside their room, with a haunted stare as his eyes couldn't focus at all, with extra help from the liquor. Nick questioned whether or not killing the Burgomaster was even a good idea, and while Kenshi changed out of his clothes into his night wear, he had to stop midway through putting on his fundoshi, to consider their options. That night, the group slept, though how restful the sleep was yet to be seen.

SESSION XXV. no more secrets (lying).
in-game date: 28th of gnilyana.
unfortunately, jeny does not currently have the components for a second casting of greater restoration, and she's promised the one she has to elya, but he doesn't yet take it. vane checks in with izek, who's been taken to the reformation center, but assures her he's okay. she's worried about the disappearances — but he knows where the missing people are. plans are made: they'll go to the church now to speak to rictavio, ireena and vasili, have dinner with lady wachter, and on the following night they'll check out the reformation center and have a meeting.
at the church, pleasantries are exchanged with vasili, who would be interested in a sparring match with vane. her interest in ireena makes things slightly tense, and vasili is a little too smug about it. the party and ireen bring the children from the windmill to the orphanage, and elya asks vane to investigate from the outside as well. going around the outside, vane finds a room with a young man resting who seems to be out of it. she breaks in to assess his state -- sick, in a magical way, but not contagious. the others finish up paperwork, and leave the kids in the orphanage. once outside, vane shares what she found, and rictavio posits that the young man is milivoj, the gravedigger. he works at the church and is barely out of the orphanage himself, has been sick for a month or so but hasn't been bedridden for that long. they have business outside of town -- and ireena promises to investigate while they're out.
the group speaks with rictavio. he wants to speak with them, but outside of town. there's a tower. vane asks about ezmerelda and though he's reticent at first, he recognizes the name but didn't know she was in town. they ask about van richten, and he mentions he's a monster hunter. they're leaving the next day, and he'll join them at the tower in a couple of days. for the time being, they had to the wachterhaus for dinner.
during the dinner, lady wachter seems to have taken a shining to valar. she mentions she had her fortune told when she was a young woman by madam eva, that an outsider figure would bring the light back to the valley -- and she feels in her heart that it must be about him. he asks if the town had always been like that, and she tells him that vargas's father was much stricter. people had hoped when he died and vargas became burgomaster, but things promptly fell apart. she also tells them about the time she snuck to strahd's castle and she spoke to him -- he took an interest to her and offered her power, though she declined to be a vampire, and instead he gave her an imp familiar.
valar is overwhelmed at the idea of being a prophecized figure that'll bring about the sun and heads outside, and vane follows to comfort him, reminding him about the importance of being a united front.
the party beds down to sleep after dinner. lev begins having a recurring dream of running with wolves, but it's interrupted and shifts onto a dream of himself killing the party. he wakes up with the taste of the party's blood in his mouth, a level of exhaustion, and his max HP reduced. valar dreams he's on the hill where castle ravenloft is, overlooking the valley. a knight introduces himself to valar, calling himself zantras. valar doesn't like how he addresses him as "my lord", but zantras believes he can do something for the people of barovia so that they won't fight against themselves -- a banner to fight under, to unite them. valar doesn't want to lead them, and zantras counters that that is what would make him fit for it.
in the morning, vane goes to ireena to apologize for her behavior around vasili. she likes ireena, and acted out of jealousy. ireena assures her that vasili is just a friend, that she didn't have many back home, so she's enjoying a chance to be social.
on the way to the brunch meeting, valar mentions his dream of zantras to elya, and they discuss plans for the future. valar wants to stay in barovia no matter what happens, believing he can be of more use here than in wildemount. elya wonders if there needs to be a ruler in barovia, if that's part of the curse that the vistani believe strahd is under. elya forbids him from asking how he knows this, but tells him that strahd wants to leave, and that valar wasn't the first one to be courted for the throne. he believes he's dying, so he reached out to a powerful entity. valar remembers promising vane that there won't be any more lies between them and steels himself for that.
the brunch meeting includes fiona wachter, lydia petrovna, father lucian petrovich, vasili von holtz, urwin martikov, elya, valar, and they're later joined by one of strahd's brides, escher, on behalf of his lord husband since he's been made aware of the snafu from the previous day. conversations are had and they reach the conclusion that lady wachter will be in charge of town, aided by lady petrovna, and that lord von holtz will be in charge of the reformation center, since father petrovich and the martikovs have their hands full. there will be a period of mourning, the burgomaster's funeral will be held in a week, and izek's fate will be decided after that.
during this, vane, lev and kai head to the reformation center to see izek, with lady petrovna's blessing. he's surprised to see them, but they're here to check up on them. he thinks he'll be alright, and asks if vane could ask ireena to visit in her absence. they scope out the place to consider a prison break, and additionally wonder if izek would be allowed at the funeral. vane asks ireena telepathically to visit, who asks her to be safe, and the party heads out of vallaki. on their way out, elya sends a bird to kasimir inquiring where they can get diamond dust and ask him about amourae and zantras. kasimir sends back a sending spell indicating them to argynvostholt. the names he's heard from patrina, they're "remainders of something powerful at the amber temple". he warns them to be careful, and that the dark powers corrupt easily.
on the road, they run into rahadin astride a skeletal horse. strahd was impressed by their political prowess, and he wishes to put them to the test. he summons three of them to step forward, and vane, valar and lev do. after a short battle, he bows politely, and takes his leave.

soo question; how is leo dilisnya kicking in your campaign? I’m perplexed as to why and how you managed that HAHA
UHHH COS SPOILERS (????)
We uhhh heisted the Wachterhaus and found the box of bones. We took them because the plaque was like “this is my mortal enemy die die die die -strahd” and that sounded like a surprise tool that could help us later.
But when we pulled them out they were like. Sinewy. Held together by tendon. It was established with Doru that vampires could be starved for years and years so reasoning quickly became bones = possible vampire.
So for fucking fun we drip fed the bones blood and it worked. He started to regenerate over time until we had one mad as hell vampire thrall with gaps in his memory and a massive 400 year old, Strahd-shaped chip on his shoulder. I’m semi-certain it’s based off I, Strahd lore but I am not 100%.
I hope this helps HAHAHA

Dnd Questions: 4, 8, 15, 16, 23, & 42 ;)
>:)
this is very long. only talking about the two long-running kids! anthe n ori!
what relationship does your character have with their parents and siblings?
ori and her family have a very bad relationship, is the thing. she was very close to her brother, as a kid, and she relates very heavily to her mother--she did as a child, but even more now. she also thinks that all three of them are terrible people. i think the only one she actively, openly hates is her father, and she thinks that her brother might be redeemable. and her mother... she can’t condemn her mother; that’s hypocrisy.
anthe is a silly lass, with her family. uhhhh it’s complicated, to say the least? they’re not bad people, but they didn’t really know how to handle her and she knows that. she was a kid at the time, which fucks her up a lot, and she has her dang abandonment issues about it. so she’d prefer to not see them again, please and thanks.
what location encountered in the campaign has your character felt the most “at home” in, or just generally liked the most?
ori is most comfortable in calm nature moments--relaxing under the stars and what have you, but she felt most at home in the assorted adventures with vallakian nobility. wachterhaus was a nightmare hellworld flashback zone for her. thanks.
anthe liked the savalirwood more than you’d expect! haunted forests are so relaxing and lovely and wonderful <3
what battle in the campaign has been most memorable to your character?
either wachterhaus or the most recent fight for ori. considering the character death of it all. i think ultimately the most recent fight is going to ultimately be more memorable just because of what happened to her specifically? the whole. wings and healing magic and sort of. having a third path presented to her in terms of her magic and goals and ways to help people. thing was a lot.
THIS IS A TOUGH COMPETITION FOR ANTHE. the jhe PVP fight is a big one--she referenced it in yesterday’s session because she literally hates. every single thing she did in that fight. harm, geas, panicking and giving up on geas, panicking--she was genuinely useless in that fight. i intended as much, but she hates it. but also, uh, worm experience. not everyday that you die and are brought back!
if your character wasn’t whatever class they are, what would they be instead?
ori’s multiclassing into my usual answer for this soon (druid! yay!), so i will say that she would be very interested in being a ranger! she likes the woods a lot and she likes magic, and she’s very good at tracking people and things down... it makes sense! she is a smart lass and a naturey lass and a combat lass so. it’s just the natural choice. she’d probs go horizon walker. >:) also mercy monk ori is dear to my heart. and PALADIN ORI... statistically impossible for miss 10 str 6 cha but thematically... oath of redemption ori is so sexy. god.
anthe would be a druid! backstory wise, at least. she likes having magic a lot, and it also factors in her love of nature. tho--i might go for the druid/barb build, frankly. go for, like.... stars druid 17 berserker 3. that would be sexy i think.
if your character could go back in time and change one thing about their life, what would it be?
they both have anxiety disorders don’t make me think about this. uh. ori would take her brother with her, somehow, when she left. anthe would have looked for a different god sooner.
what does your character think is the true meaning of life?
ori thinks it is to simply... make the world a better place. she is seeking redemption for that which she was complicit in, but she also just. genuinely thinks that the world can be healed and made into a gentler, warmer place. she hopes as much. her purpose is to further that warmth as much as she can.
anthe wants to understand. the meaning of life is finding meaning, and eventually dying, and in your knowing, you escape entropy! yeehaw!!!! (she is terrified of entropy!)
