I am freshly enthused by your Doc Heely timeline's possibility of a Lappy/Tomi slobberknocker. Which I'm pretty sure leads to tail steak if the latter doesn't land a rocket or three. I'm also here for Doc justifiably chuggin' haterade about goombas & tories. He ever get any opportunities to force-feed Catgirl Downing Street/MI5 dishes with actual seasoning?

Oh yeah Lappland and Tomimi fight all the time (this usually results in Tomimi catching hands and then catching ten thousand tail spankings once she gets out of the medical wing. She's a badass in her own right, but she's no Lappland Saluzzo). Tomimi doesn't like the way Doctor Waheela takes up so much of Gavial's time and attention and tries to rectify this through enthusiastic application of violence. Lappland and Texas are very protective of their silly himbo packmate and do not take kindly to this, so Tomimi frequently gets her ass kicked by one or both hot former mafia ladies, and God help her when Gavial finds out she's been messing with her bestie.

(She ran into Nearl instead of the wolfgirls exactly once and promptly got lectured into submission. Ever since, she has made sure to only attack her rival (who still has no idea what any of this is about and is only vaguely aware that it's going on in the first place) when Nearl is very far away.)

Over the course of his many long years on Terra, Doctor Waheela has learned to hate: the Italians, the British, the French, the Germans, the Chinese, the Spanish, the Russians, and frequently his own fellow Americans. He's never actually been to Aegir, but he hates it on principle because it's under the ocean and the ocean is wet and disgusting (fish pee in there). He will concede that many of these countries make good food, though.

His feelings towards Kazdel are a mixture of pity because the Sarkaz have gotten such a raw deal and irritation because there's frequently something going on in Kazdel that makes his job harder, and also their food tastes like shit

As for the last part of your question, Doctor Waheela is someone who places a great deal of importance on (and is very good at) both cooking and eating food, and thus he would never waste spices on the British. That said, he's definitely come into conflict with various factions and elements within the Victorian government over the years. He's spent a lot of time and effort propping up the monarchy (both Draco and Aslan) as a way of counterbalancing the nobility, which has mostly been concerned with increasing its own power, wealth, and influence over the course of Victoria's history instead of doing anything he considers useful. The monarchy is far from perfect itself, but at least whoever's sitting on Victoria's thrones usually listens when told not to do stupid shit, whereas the nobles are convinced they're invincible until the Saberwolf of the Headless Valley arrives to take their heads. Then their heirs toe the line for a while until the lesson fades and they start thinking they can get away with being asshats again and he has to repeat the process.

Doctor Waheela thinks the Trilby Ashers and other elements of Victorian intelligence are laughably incompetent and finds their attempts to track him down insultingly amateurish. Terrorizing Victorian intelligence operatives who are more loyal to a Duke than they are to the crown is one of his favorite hobbies, and he once shattered the power of an ascendant Duke by falsifying evidence indicating that the noble in question was actually descended from Gaulish stock. The thought of being French immediately sent the Duke spiraling into a deep depression, and it took years of therapy for them to overcome it.

His relationship with the royal families has generally been pretty good, though Victoria's treatment of the Tarans has been a major point of contention. He gets along well with Gawain and his fellow Beast Aristocrats, and he's actually enlisted their help to deal with the Signori Dei Lupi on more than one occasion.

There may or may not have been at least one Aslan queen in the past who fell for her dashing bodyguard. What came of that, who can say?
