I also broke down and got a tiktok just to see why it was so popular. I'm going to try to limit my using it so much. I put some booktoks up there but I don't read a lot of what's popular on there.
#I'm considering posting them here if I can figure out how XD#I don't really read Colleen Hoover/Sally Rooney/ Straight YA Fantasy Romance all of those seem really popular on booktok#I read more randomly- currently I'm trying to finish the 60 book challenge I made for this year#it's based off of pinterest prompts so it's the pinterest 2023 reading challenge which you can join on storygraph!#I've read 49 books total BUT only about 40 of them went towards the challenge#Some LGBT Some Classics Some Historic Fiction Some YA novels- I don't read just one type of book#my last read was Stone Butch Blues and I just started The Hours by Michael Cunningham#Yes it's the one about Virginia Woolf and Mrs. Dalloway#I think I might have seen the movie ages ago but I don't remember the plot at all#The Hours won the Pulitzer Prize so it counts for a challenge item!#it's just booktoks right now but I might make other kinds of videos later maybe?#books#bookblr#booktok#mychatter
