Two hours later, Iseul and Grace arrive at the house. They greet Megan and Emily on the porch, and Grace heads inside to greet Tess, Luna, Chrissy, Piper, and Hamuera while Iseul stays outside and chats with Megan and Emily. “Mom told me you and auntie Grace are engaged, congratulations.” Emily says excitedly after hugging Iseul. “Thanks Emmy.” Iseul says, and Emily grins. “So, could I be in the bachelorette party?” Emily asks. “Sorry Ems, you have to be 18 or older to be part of it.” Iseul says, and Emily lets out such a dramatic sigh that it makes Iseul and Megan glance at each other and laugh. “Hey!” Emily grumbles, but she giggles too. “I blame mom for my drama queen behavior.” Emily jokes, and Megan gives her a playful stink eye but grins.

Later that morning, Piper swims playfully around in the pool in her mermaid form as her moms start to get up in their room. They’re very lovey dovey as they say good morning to each other and check in with each other, and Chrissy pulls Luna close to kiss her cheek. Meanwhile Tess sprays her plants for bugs, and Megan gets up just as a video call comes in from Iseul.

“Good morning, Issy.” Megan says, smiling as she sees Iseul’s slightly tired but cheerful grin. “Morning Megs.” Iseul says, her voice slightly husky from sleep and Megan ignores the random shiver she gets from hearing it*. “Everyone’s still asleep and I’m sitting in the kitchen so I don’t disturb them.” Iseul says and Megan nods. “How was your Winterfest?” She asks. “Good, Gracie and I had amazing time with my family, I loved seeing Min Jun, Paenji, and Cammy. We’re heading to Simland in a few days to visit the Siddiquis and I’ll see my other niece Cece so I’m happy.” Iseul says, and Megan smiles. “That’s great, Issy.” Megan says. “How was your Winterfest?” Iseul asks, her dark eyes on Megan’s. “Good too, we mostly just relaxed. Luna made her grandpa’s chicken tikka recipe and I made some brownies and we exchanged gifts and had a chill day.” Megan says. “That sounds so good.” Iseul says. Plus Iseul asks if she and Grace can come over to visit. “Sure, Tessie and I are home.” Megan says, and Iseul grins. “Great, see you, Liao.” She says. “See you, Kang,” Megan says, laughing and shaking her head as Iseul winks and does the finger gun motion to the camera. “You’re cheesy as hell,” she adds, and Iseul laughs too.

Meanwhile in the Hecking-Feldman-Chen-Liao household, the family has a relaxed Winterfest. Chrissy swims in the pool while Megan and Tess exchange gifts and kiss under a mistletoe. Plus, Emily chats with Father Winter and he gives her that large as heck microscope that came with the base game.

Back at the Hecking-Feldman-Chen-Liao household*, it's a bit late so everyone's in a sleepy mood. Luna passes by her son Hamuera, who's knocked out on the back patio's bench. She gently wakes him and tells him to go upstairs and head to bed. Hamuera nods through a yawn, and goes upstairs.

In Piper’s room, her girlfriend Cam is over to visit her. They stay up for a bit, flirting and talking, before Piper suggests they woohoo. Cam agrees, and after that they snuggle up in Piper’s bed and drift off.

Meanwhile, Tess and Megan snuggle up together too, and the next morning Tess gets up first. She yawns and stretches before looking down at her sleeping wife. She smiles as Megan sighs in her sleep and her heart melts a bit. Tess has been in love with Megan since they met in Selvadorada, when Tess ran into her at a hostel they both stayed at and they'd had a vacation fling and Tess had fallen for her. They’d started seeing each other after that, and Tess knew Megan was the one, and in a year and a half, she’d proposed and they’d gotten married and had their third nooboo. Married life wasn’t perfect, but it was amazing, and Tess felt like if she had to do it all over again, she would.

Back in the Hecking-Feldman-Chen-Liao household, Megan’s parents Biyu and Haoran, Tess’s moms Angie and Olivia, and Megan’s oldest two kids Safiya and Amir came over. Megan hugged her parents and her two oldest nooboos and chatted with her moms-in-law as well. Emily was happy to have both grandparents and her siblings over, and Piper and Hamuera were happy to see their cousins great-aunties and great-uncle.

Hamuera sat and talked with his cousin Amir. “So, you’re going to Britchester?” He asked. “Yup, I’ll be school rivals with Pipes and her GF Cam.” Amir added jokingly as he glanced at his other cousin Piper. “Yeah, yeah.” Piper grumbled good naturedly but she smiled. “What about you, H?” Amir asked. “Foxbury's my first pick, I love the campus and ma says it has a great science department.” He added. Amir nodded. Amir chatted with Safiya and Pipe while Hamuera blew bubbles and watched them float through the air, reflecting in the light. I feel like this interation is pretty cute, especially when sims get that look of wonder in their eyes at the bubbles. 😊

8 billion photos of some simblreen treats I got (because I wanted to make a mini post on how cute the two respective sets by @trillyke and @nolan-sims are 😄). So from left to right it's Tess, her wife Megan, Tess and Megan's niece Piper, and Piper's girlfriend Cam.

Cam dressed as a zombie from a college horror movie (Cam’s already pretty pale, but Piper used a white spooky day face paint to give Cam’s face a ghoulish gray tint, plus some dark eyeshadow, to add to that subtle zombie effect), Tess dressed up as a Spartan Hoplite warrior, Megan dressed up in a general cute spooky way, and Piper dressed up as a cute pumpkin, complete with a hat, necklace, and fancy eye makeup. “Pipes, I’d eat your brains first just because you look so cute.” Cam said, and Piper laughed. “Thanks Cammy, you look good too, like a hot zombie from a romantic comedy movie.” She added, and Cam snorted. “I’m supposed to be spooky.” She said. “Well you are, but you’re so cute to me that I can’t see you as too spooky.” Cam grumbled good naturedly but smiled.

Iseul then goofed around with Tess and Megan. “Your wife is such a dork Tess.” She said teasingly after telling Tess about something Megan did. “She is.” Tess said, smiling at Megan. “Hey!” Megan said, but she smiled too. “But she’s my dork and I love her.” Tess added, and Iseul grinned as Tess put an arm around her.

After that, Megan pulled Tess in for a quick kiss while Iseul dipped and kissed Grace. “Okay, Issy.” Grace said, smiling as Iseul brought her back up. “I just felt like kissing you, jagiya.” Iseul murmured into Grace’s ear and Grace blushed. “I’m definitely not complaining, jaan.” She said, holding Iseul close to her.

After welcoming Tess and Megan back home, everyone headed to bed. Chrissy snuggled up with Luna, Hamuera headed to his room, Emily headed to her room (she was sleeping in the main house's guest room while her moms were on vacation because her room seemed too empty and spooky), and Tess snuggled with Megan in their room.

Currently I have Tess, Megs, and Emily in the same household as Luna, Chrissy, Piper, Hamuera, and Gus but I'm thinking with the new pack I'll create a two household situation so they'll live together but I can switch between the two and it won't feel so overcrowded with eight sims at once.

Later that night, Megan, Tess, Grace, and Iseul headed to Sutefani Onsen. While Megan and Grace ran off to go sledding on the bunny slopes, Iseul and Tess went to buy snowboards and skiis. They bought their gear, and Tess grinned at Iseul. "Let's shred the slopes. Or is it hit the slopes?" She said as Iseul grinned. "It's hit the slopes, Theresa." Iseul said teasingly, and Tess lightly punched Iseul's arm. "Now come on." She said, and she and Iseul rode the lift up to the big slopes.

Tess's snowboard skills weren't good enough to go on the medium slope, and Iseul was using the easy one, so she headed back down and joined Megan and Grace on the bunny slopes. The four of them all had fun, and Iseul was actually pretty good at skiing and had a good run, according to her moodlet.

Grace came downstairs just as Megan was telling Iseul a funny story and Megan immediately scooted to make room for her. "You don't have to move, Megs." Grace said teasingly. "I want to, Grace, and also because I don't need you and Is leaning across me to kiss each other, you guys are sweet but I don't need to see all of that in the morning." Megan said playfully, and Grace laughed. "Fair enough." She said, and she sat in between Iseul and Megan. Grace leaned in and gave Iseul a quick kiss, and Megan looked away. She couldn't explain why, but she felt a weird pang as Iseul kissed Grace back but she pushed it away. It's probably just tiredness mixed with hunger, Megan assured herself quickly.

Thankfully Tess got up and came into the living room too, yawning and looking so cute that it made Megan’s heartbeat speed up. "Megs, you're not cold in those pjs?" Tess teased lovingly. "That's what Is said too. So now you're both teaming up against me." Megan joked. "Well she's right, and let me warm you up, Meggs and toast." Tess said, and she pulled Megan in for a kiss. Megan grinned and kissed Tess back. "That's definitely better, thanks Tessie." Megan said, smiling at her wife. Iseul glanced away from Tess and Megan kissing too, and tried hard to focus just on Grace. She felt the same pang seeing Megan kiss Tess, but also pushed it down. It's just old feelings mixed with being hungry and jet lagged, she told herself.

Tess and Megan decided to have a chill movie night later that night, and Megan held Tess close as they put on a light slightly spicy romantic comedy. It was about a city girl named Marla who breaks up with her lawyer girlfriend who she feels is too involved in work, and moves to her parent's llama farm in Henford on Bagley. They have a woman named Diane around Marla's age to help with the farm, and after bickering for half an hour of the film because Diane is down to earth and gets her hands dirty, Marla is a city girl at heart and hates all the muck, and doesn't want to get her designer suits dirty. Marla and Diane start to fall in love as Diane took Marla Cowpoke Dancing and Diane showed up in a pretty dress that made Marla blush and stutter. Plus there's a spicy scene where Diane takes Marla inside an empty shed and woohoos her, and Megan blushed and grinned while Tess smiled mischievously at her, saying they should try that kind of woohoo. As the ending scene happened, where Diane chased after Marla in an airport, asking her not to go back to her city girl life and to stay and take over the llama farm with her, Tess grinned. "It's so cheesy but I love it." She said, as she lay on her back with her head in Megan's lap. She had one leg bent and the other stretched in the air. "Me too." Megan said as she grinned and put her hand on Tess's stomach, and Tess smiled before putting her hand over Megan's.

Later that night, Megan picked Tess up in their room. "Tessie, if you're not too tired I'm in a very cavesim mood and want to throw you onto our bed and woohoo you." Megan said. Tess grinned, her arms around Megan. "I'm not tired." She said. Megan's arms started to wobble a bit, and Tess gently slid out of her arms. "I don't want your old person back to hurt, Meggs." She teased. "Fuck you." Megan said lovingly, and Tess laughed before kissing Megan's neck and nuzzling it.

Emily chatted with her mama and auntie Noelle before heading back downstairs. Her older cousin Daphne hugged her, and her grandma Olivia gave her an 8 billionth birthday gift, a pair of cute earrings. Emily thanked her and was then cajoled into taking photos by her mom. Emily grumbled good naturedly but posed for a few silly photos in her dress. Her grandmas had gifted it to her for the occasion and Emily had to admit it was really pretty and she felt fancy as heck in it.

Megan got a table for four and in the rush to sit down, she ended up next to Iseul while Tess sat next to Grace. Megan smiled across the table at Grace while Tess grinned at Iseul. "You get to gaze into my pretty brown eyes the whole dinner, Is. Consider yourself lucky." Tess joked. Iseul snorted and said. "Sure, Tess." Megan wanted to suggest that she switch places with Grace but didn't want to make an awkward scene so she just smiled at Iseul as their eyes met. "Don't elbow me like last time we sat together, Megs." Iseul joked. "I can still feel your sharp as heck elbow in my rib." Megan poked Iseul's arm playfully. "That was an accident from years ago, Is. I didnt know you were still holding a grudge about it." Megan joked back, grinning.

Grace chuckled awkwardly. "Sorry Grace, I keep getting caught up in old memories with Megs." Iseul said. "No it's alright." She said. Iseul thought of reaching her hand over to Grace’s but with the angle she'd have to lean close into Megan to do it, and she decided that wouldn't be a good idea. They ordered their food, and Megan gave Tess a playful glance as the food came. "It looks almost as good as you." She teased, and Tess blushed and smiled. Iseul grinned. "If you guys are going to be cheesy, please warn me before I start eating." She joked. Grace smiled. "I think it's cute." She said. "I think you're cute." Iseul said and Grace smiled while Tess teased Iseul. "See, you're just as cheesy Is." She said. Grace laughed. "She definitely is. She sends me the most corny, mushy, sweet texts." Iseul's face turned pink. "They aren’t that mushy." Grace smiled mischievously and winked at Iseul.

Plus they talked about serious topics. Grace asked Megan if she and Tess have any kids and she told Grace about Safiya, Amir, and Emily. "Let me know if I talk too much about them and I'll shut up." Megan added after she finished telling her about her youngest nooboo, and Grace grinned. "No, it's all good, they sound lovely." Grace said. "Did you guys always want kids as a couple?" She asked. Tess looked at Megan and smiled. "Well, Megan did and I didn't at first and we originally planned that I'd just be a stepmom to our older kids. But once we got married I started thinking about having another baby with Meggs, and we talked about it for a couple days before deciding we wanted another baby and began that process and had our youngest, Emily. Thankfully we had so much help from my cousin and her wife and both our parents. It's so weird because I swore I would only be the cool auntie but now I have three kids, and it isn't always easy but I love them, but I also respect any sim who doesn’t want kids at all." Grace smiled and Iseul nodded. "Thats sweet. For me I think I always knew I loved being an auntie and hanging out with my niblings, but never wanted nor want kids of my own." Tess nodded. "I get that, and being an auntie is great too." She said. "It's the same for me." Iseul said. "I love my nieces so much and I never felt that urge to be a mom, although as I've gotten older I feel like I wouldn't have minded dating someone who has kids." Megan nodded. The four of them continued to chat as they ate.

Meanwhile back at home, Tess’s auntie Maya, Luna’s mamma, had come over to visit. "Hey sweetpea." She said, hugging Tess. "How are you and Megan? And my grand-niblings." Tess smiled. "Megan and I are good, and the kids are good too. Emily’s sassy as heck now, so be warned." Maya laughed. "She gets that from your mom, my sister Angie. She was such a sasspot growing up, although she mellowed out a little." Tess laughed. "I can definitely see that from her." She said.

Maya came inside, and she chatted with Emily, Megan, and Hamuera. Cam came over after school, and she made a beeline for the backyard. Piper had just gotten out of the pool, and Cam grinned at her disgruntled expression. "What?" She asked. "I stubbed my tail on the ladder." Piper said. Cam bit back a laugh at the imagery. "Your mermaid tail?" She asked and Piper nodded. "I was turning from mer form back to human, and my tail thwacked the bottom of the ladder and I can still feel it in my legs." Cam nodded, and she hugged Piper before saying she could massage her legs. "It's all good, but thanks Cammy." Piper said. She decided to serenade Cam with a cheesy love song. Cam smiled and kissed Piper.

Later that night, Cam stayed for a bit longer and worked on a puzzle with Piper and Emily. Hamuera came over to talk, and he kept getting a dreamy expression on his face. "You okay, Hamuera?" Cam asked teasingly. "He's thinking about his boyfriend." Emily teased. "He mooned about him for hours yesterday, saying his arms were one thing and his eyes and hair were another." Emily said, laughing. "What about you talking about Kiran? You keep saying they have the most amazing brown eyes and smile." Hamuera teased back. "Shut up, Kiran's just cute and funny so that's why I can't stop bringing them up." Emily said, her face turning red as she smiled sheepishly. Cam smiled at Piper, who smiled back. "And what about Pipes? You told us after your first date with Cam that you wanted to marry her and have two kids, and keep doodling 'Mrs. Piper Kang' in your notebooks and sighing whenever we watch movies with sweet wedding scenes." Hamuera teased. "I'm going to kill you." Piper said to her baby brother, half grinning and half blushing as Cam smiled. "It's okay Pipes." Cam said, putting her hand on Piper’s. "Although." Cam added half teasingly half seriously. "We should hyphenate our last names and be Kang-Feldman or Kang-Chen whenever we do get married." Piper smiled too as Emily made a teasing vomit face at Hamuera, who laughed and nodded in agreement.

While they talked, Megan and Tess were in the kitchen and Megan kissed Tess’s neck. "I love you, Tessie." She said. "Love you too, Meggs and toast." Tess said breathlessly as Megan pulled away from her and smiled, her brown eyes warm and mischievous.

So we got these lunchboxes that act as an item to grab a quick meal or drink in the latest patch, and they’re pretty cool. I switched to Tess, Megan and the kids on their vacation and had them try it out, and it was simple but a nice interaction/option to have. Plus, here’s Tess embarrassing her kids again by serenading Megan.

Safiya: (playfully as Tess belts out Burning Up by the Jonas Brothers*) Llama gods, please make it stop.

Emily: (laughing and adding to Tess) Mama, shush.

Amir: (shaking his head but grinning and adding to Safiya and Emily) I’ve accepted their cheesiness at this point, you guys should too.
