Under Master Eon's orders, Trigger Happy was assigned to a mission with Blades, Night Shift and Bouncer to stop Magus from using a machine that threatened all of Skylands. However Blades, who was still learning how to be a Skylander, was on the verge of ruining the mission due to his recklessness. After an attempt to teach the young dragon about the value of working as a team, Blades claimed that he didn't need anyone's help and went on ahead to stop Magus by himself, prompting Trigger Happy, Bouncer and Night Shift to follow after him. As they talk about Blades' behavior with Bouncer, Trigger Happy agreed with Night Shift that Blades would learn his lesson the hard way.

Superchargers deserve more love than we give them

Since I got better at drawing Magolor at this point, I have decided to redesign his Skylander look! It looks a lot more polished and stuff in my opinion ^w^

And just so I can link this post to my future Skylander Magolor AU post, I'll retell some of the context for this AU~

💜: After Magolor's boss battle, instead of ending up in Another Dimension like in the epilogue, Magolor gets sent to Skylands and is brought to Master Eon by a certain butterfly. After Magolor and Eon get to know each other over a cup of tea, Eon offers him a job and home as a Skylander. Magolor, with nothing else to lose, accepts the offer and goes through his redemption arc by protecting all of Skylands along with the other Skylanders.

Frames of a little animatic I did on my TikTok. High Volt’s one of those characters where I don’t really have a reason for liking him, I just do. So, might as well list off my headcanons for him?

⚡️Derived from a general headcanon I have, High Volt is in all technicality trans. As he identifies as male, and not genderless, what all robots are by default. He’s also definitely somewhere on the AroAce spectrum. He doesn’t see romance as something “important” as it has nothing to do with his duty as a Skylander.

⚡️Because of his very literal nature and how he always sees things as what they are, High Volt doesn’t truly see himself as “alive” or a living being. He’s a robot, something artificial and not made by nature. And he sees this very literally. (Witch is what this animatic was about.)

⚡️After all the crazy shit that went down during Superchargers and everything was all fine and dandy again, it took a while for him to get used to it. How to act in a more relaxed and laid back environment wasn’t exactly in High Volt’s initial programming, and it was an awkward transition for him. this is also why I think him and Wild Storm are friends.

⚡️He has an odd fascination with the sun. He has a few sundials and often takes notes oh how it moves, along with occasionally rambling about timezones. This is a loose reference to how he was originally of the Light Element when he was being designed.

⚡️He’s given Spitfire a couple speeding tickets in the past. They’re on okay terms now.

⚡️He gets along well with Fiesta. Something about a goofy mariachi skeleton and a broody security robot being buddies just works in my head.

⚡️High Volt is dedicated to fighting corruption within Skyland’s law enforcement. He despises when higher-ups work with criminals for the benefits, and does his best to bring them to justice. He hates Count Moneybone for this reason, but also because Fiesta’s had bad history with him.

⚡️He either stomps his feet or touches other metal things to discharge excess electricity from his attacks. (He’s turned on a couple lampposts by accident.) Physical touch is also a big no-no for him as he doesn’t want to risk shocking his fellow Skylanders.

⚡️His eyes light up whenever he’s attacking, or just irritated.

If you could have any specific ranger return, like say how Tommy had recurring roles and became different rangers and even a mentor. Which would character would it be, which seasons and possibly what color or zords would they have?

(This one might be a lot actually cause there's so many options, like I wouldn't mind seeing say someone like Casey being a dragon or dino ranger. Would be crazy :0)

So, a Ranger I’d love to see coming back would be Jen, honestly. She’s the most badass ranger in the franchise I will not take criticism and seeing her Tommy-DT-Style Mentor a Team would be the COOLEST shit EVER.

And I think I’d love to have her back to Mentor Dino Charge, because A) I do not particularly like Keeper, B) it’d make sense with the Energems having time bending powers twist, and C) it would be simply MARVELLOUS to have her losing her shit over the idiots in that team.

Aa for the colors, maybe something along the lines of a Dark shade of red?? New suit//Crimson color?? I’m Not very good with Dinosaurs, so I’m not sure exactly which one she would get, but maybe something like a Deinonychus?? It’s like a velociraptor, and I think it’d fit… Plus plus plus we can add in the redeeming villains arc with Heckyl and tying it in with Ransik’s too, and I think that’d be pretty fun!!

And maybe bring her back for beast morphers?? A cameo in Ninja Steel pr Dino Fury? AND MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL IMAGINE HAVING JEN IN RPM—

Still trying to figure out Procreate and all of its nuances. So, here's a quick Supercharge portrait.

The DM has forbidden me from telling any other members of our group (several of whom are personal friends) that my patron is dead and I’ve been massively powered up and semi-mind-controlled into the service of my late patron’s creepy father/god, in order to allow the party to put the pieces together themselves. This is awesome! But one of my best friends, who is in that group, called and we talked for two and a half hours, about 2/3 of it about our plans for our characters and the next campaign, and I managed to conceal the secret the whole time.

Skylander name: Thorn

Age: 30

Height: 6”5’

Element: Earth

Personality: Thorn is strong willed and heavy on his beliefs, lacking in emotional intelligence, as well as lacking in intelligence when fighting. Lots of brute force in his combat. Thorn is reserved and doesn’t speak up normally. Though has intense anger issues and can easily break out into a fit of rage. Easily irritated.

Backstory: Before becoming a Skylander at the age of 28, Thorn lived in a large, albeit financially lacking civilization. They were a very religious group. Believing in protecting statues and monuments. They were a civilization who believed in art, and that art can be immortal and obtain magical properties. Thorn lived as a guard of one of these monuments. And he was the strongest of any of these protectors. He took his job very seriously. And enjoyed the solitude of his work. One day Thorn fought an entire assault of trolls single handedly. And after that word spread of his strength. People would come from all over Skyands just to attack these monuments to get a chance to fight him, believing that if they could beat him in a fight, they could fight the Skylanders. Thorn was in a very weakened state after months. Until his family wouldn’t let him go to protect these monuments. Which resulted in increased crime rates and vandalization. One instance required the Skylanders to be called, which made Eon aware of Thorns situation. eventually offering Thorn to become a Skylander, in exchange for his home being observed by the Skylanders, making sure the place was protected. Thorn didn’t want to do this as he cared so much about his home. But he knew he had to protect it, so he agreed. Thorns family either receives praise for him becoming a Skylander, or backlash for him leaving his religion in favour of the Skylanders. As well as backlash for the crime and vandalism that he caused. His family never interacts with him often, due to Thorns guilt of this decision. Two years later and Thorn is in the academy still training, though going out on missions occasionally. Thorn lives with Pricket and Dowser (my other oc’s) near the academy. I intended this character to be someone who is good with scaling larger enemies, honestly as someone who isn’t a fan of the giants I wanted to make a character with a giants stats (massive damage and max health with low speed) but with moves that I would enjoy in a giant. I can imaging this character would be very difficult if you don’t do heroic challenges or give him a hat lol.
